I came in with some friends to get manicures and was so excited to finally get a nice manicure as I never do. I wanted to get gel but needed some tips as my nails are fragile and they break. They recommended dip, so I accepted. My nail technician started gluing the tips and filing down my nails. She filed my nails so hard that I started to feel rawness and pain on the skin of the side of my fingers. I thought maybe this is normal so I just kept quiet. She kept doing it as I winced, and next thing I know, the file has cut down pretty deep into the side of my finger. I started bleeding and she grabbed another file and kept doing it! She only stopped when there was blood on the file, and then she said sorry to me. I felt bad so I said it was fine, but it was painful. She did it to another finger as well, so I tried to flinch more this time to let her know. She did seem very apologetic and avoided the area during my appointment but it was in the worst spot. She also almost caused my nail beds to bleed with the electric filer. Initially I was like okay this is fine, as long as this looks good and I needed it for a wedding this weekend. I paid $50 and tipped almost 15% to be courteous. After I left, I kept looking at it and realized the color was darker than I thought and the nails look really lumpy and uneven in length and texture. I tried to ignore it, but honestly after three issues with my hands getting cut, and looking up the normal price for a dip, I feel like I should’ve asked for a major discount or a full refund. I feel like the technician was nice, but it was a painful, slightly disappointing experience. I am going to email as well.

I love this salon! I’ve come here a few times for mani/pedis so I decided to get my wedding nails done here. I opted for a classic French manicure and tried the shellac. My technician did such an amazing job - the tips are just the right size- and I received a lot of compliments all weekend. Everyone is super friendly too, highly recommend!

The best nail salon in Seattle! The girls are so kind and work gently but thorough. They have an excellent range of colors in shellac, dip and regular polish. They provide a shoulder massage with the manicures and a lovely hand mask with hot towels. All pedicures have a hot stone massage and hot towel service as well. They play the most calming spa music. This salon is the only salon where I can truly relax without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality and peaceful relaxation.

Absolutely great nail salon. My husband and I scheduled pedicures and acrylic shellac manicures. We were there a total of 1 1/2 hours, received great customer service, and our nails were done perfectly. I have not had nails that were as durable as the ones I got here. We went back for fills and had a great experience as well. Highly recommend.

Van is a true marvel — she is easily the most talented nail technician I’ve come across. I’ve only ever received wonderful treatment at Queen Anne Nails and my experience with Van was over the top! I’m so happy with my nails 💅 they have never looked so perfect 🤩

It was a nice Spa, clean and it wasnt too busy when we went there - which was around 5:30pm. The foot spa I used didnt have hot water, when I asked her to make it warmer she had to get water from the sink, thats when I realized it probably wasnt working, I endured. Otherwise not too bad, prices are decent. Id recommend, just stay away from the 1st foot spa from the entrance. My friend had a better experience, Im hoping they will be fixing it soon.

Stopped in for a pedicure- called ahead, my appointment didnt start on time but pedicure was great. The place is very clean and minimalist with calming music and the nail techs are pros. This isnt a buzzy salon, seems more like a locals spot for good, affordable work. They have a steam sterilizer and change pedicure basin liners after each guest.

Location is not the best spot in Seattle. However the ladies did a fabulous job on me and my friends nails! They deep cleaned all my cuticles on my toes which hurt a little but can’t complain they look great!

I cant recommend this place enough! Im telling all of my friends to start coming here.I got the deluxe pedicure which was worth every penny in my opinion. My hikers feet needed some work and Wan did an AMAZING job. It was so relaxing and extremely clean. Ill be back again for sure.

That said, I figured it’s about time I write a review since I’ve been there about ~8 times.Queen Anne Nails & Spa is by far the best salon in the SLU, Queen Anne, and Belltown area. I see a mani/ pedi as self care so without a doubt I treat self to one every 3/4 weeks. Trust me when I say that I have tried so many salons and even compared experiences with numerous friends. Hands down, Queen Anne Nails & Spa is always the top place. So much that I’ve converted about ~6 friends to this place! From the service to the ambiance to the pricing everything is unmatched! The staff is so attentive & kind. Most often, I’m in and out within 60-75 min because I have one person taking care of my pedi while the other does my shellac mani. Total comes out to $50!! So cost efficient and they even give you a loyalty card so that with every $25 you spend (up to 10 times), you get $25 off. My only wish is that they had more shellac and regular opi polishes that matched. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t trade this place for another one!

One of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten! They really take their time and pay so much attention to make it look perfect. They spend about an hour on my pedicure including a foot scrub massage and hot stones. They take pedicures to the next level and offer water or tea as well!Highly recommended. There are cheaper places in the area but its truly work the extra $$.

They’re very good at getting groups in here — my colleagues and I go every few weeks and can usually get an appointment the same day.They have a punch card system that’s really good, with punches for pedicures and shellac manicures. Buy a certain number and get one free.I did wait a bit for my appointment after being seated but it wasn’t a big deal.

Always always have time for you right away usually never a wait time and it’s super cute and friendly inside, definitely a great place to go for parties and or events with multiple people :) wonderful music that makes you feel super relaxed and it’s filled with wonderful woman who work to there best abilities.

This nail shop is the best one in lower Queen Anne. They rub hot stones & message your feet as well as wrapping hot towels around your feet. Such a nice extra touch. The other salons near by feel crowded and feel rushed. Solid little salon👍🏻

Had a reservation for 6:30 and we didnt get seated until 7:10. My friend had to wait an extra 30 min to wait to get her acrylic off because they didnt even think about it until then. They bypassed her with someone else who also had a reservation and had to wait 45 min so they left. My shellac manicure took about 15 minute as the nail technician was in a hurry. She didnt not clean up the shape or cuticles well. Then she did the shellac and it was bumpy and shapeless. I would not recommend

Absolutely the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing and the attention to detail was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a pedicure done right!

This place was amazing. Came from out of state and Queen Anne’s was very accommodating. Extremely clean and very affordable. The service for the price is hard to beat! Got a shellac mani for $25 and it was amazing. Even got a shoulder massage. Would defiantly recommend.

Wish I could them 0 stars. I’ve been there once and they did good job on my nails, however 3 broke down first 3 days. Went back today with picture, asked about exactly same shape, but it came out awful. AWFUL. Shape, color inconsistency, details. Still paid 45 dollars for this garbage. I showed this lady picture while she was working on my nails, just to make sure she’s understand what I came for, and she kept doing her own thing. Yeah, by the way no one apologized, no one said anything. Don’t even bother going there.

The ladies here were attentive and kind. Im not someone who gets my nails done often but their routine was nice, relaxing and my nails turned out fabulously. Also the price is great.

I booked an appointment online for myself and two others less than 12 hours before we would show up. Even though it was late in the day the staff was very responsive and reached out to me via email AND text notify me that there was a scheduling conflict and provided 2 options to resolve it. The service itself was excellent... Love the hot stone part of the pedi! Great place to take a larger group as long as you contact them before hand. It should also be noted that the brow wax was one of the best I ever had.

Beautiful shop with online scheduling that always seems to run late. I usually book a mani/pedi for two people, two weeks to a month in advance. Weve been three times and every time we arrive a few minutes early we end up waiting a few to about 15 minutes (today it was 20 minutes) past our appointment time. Great service once they begin, but wish appointment times were honored.

Clean the staff are friendly and do excellent work, prices are reasonable and they dont chit chat with each other in their language which at times can be annoying.

They have so many colors to choose from and the massages are amazing!

I brought my baby in and got a Shallac mani and pedi. I usually dont bring my baby but they welcomed us (2 mama and 2 babies!) walk-ins. My baby was crying and needed attention, the staff was very nice to feed and play with him. As I got my pedicure they let me have him on my lap. They didnt rush or take any shortcuts and did a very very professional job! I am so grateful and please with their customer service that Ill be coming back. I appreciated their friendliness and attentiveness to my baby and my nails! Next time I plan to leave the baby home but glad I finally found a salon I like! Also very clean salon!

I dont know they have good ratings and 5 stars I walked in on Tuesdays trying to get my nails done I wanted a full set.. the lady told me they were all booked told me to come back.. So I tried coming back and the nail salon was closed later that day I called and asked if they were open.. on website it says they open at 10 I called at 10:21 and lady told me they dont open till 11am I asked is I can come in For a Full set and she told me oh sorry the lady who does full set not here Today...come back an other day... waoooo
