Crystal recently took over Pink Polish and I am so excited to keep coming back and bring my friends. They use really great polishes (which are better for your nails) and the service was great! The pedicure was relaxing, it was very clean, and the manicure was beautiful. (Including a few photos from experiences)

Pink Polish is under new management and Crystal, the new owner, is AMAZING! I’ve been getting manicures and pedicures from her for a long time and am so thrilled she’s opened her own salon. The salon is beautiful, relaxing, and clean. I’ve never gotten a better manicure than with Crystal - she is truly the best. Meticulous. A transformation every time. I’m a huge fan and can’t wait for my next appointment. Best nail salon in Seattle!

First off the salon is beautiful and the new management is lovely! Crystal does the most amazing job and the other staff were so freaking kind and awesome as well. I’ve never felt so pampered getting my nails done before and I can’t wait to come back!

First time feeling compelled to write a review about a nail salon because this afternoon was just that exceptionally awesome. Look no further for a friendly relaxing beautifying experience. Free parking in a lot. Massage chairs. Clean and spacious. Friendly quick service. Beverage service. Bonus to top everything off- volta charging in the parking lot thats shared with the habit and Amazon fresh. I dont need to go anywhere else for mani pedi in Seattle. Just dont blame me if I fall asleep in the massage chair.

Crystal is a nail genius - I’ve been getting my nails done by her for 5 years and every single time my nails are perfect. The salon is clean and beautiful with parking right out front. It was a very fifty-fifty experience. I brought my sister for her birthday, and she had an amazing experience! They were very careful and gentle with her and her nails came out beautiful! She had an ombré pink powder set done and toes to match. Mine was different because they rushed mine (starting twenty minutes after her and finishing my mani-pedi twenty before). My toe nails were cut unevenly and into the live part.

We had a great intro to Pink Polish. The staff were all welcoming and down to earth. The pedicure was fantastic and the foot massage was even better. Then one of the ladies started singing to the music and we were sold. And lets not forget the glass of cold wine. Yes, go, youll like it!

I am not satisfied with the shellac manicure I got today, It was my first time there and and last time for sure,chose this place trusting the reviews. the lady said she has lots of experience,but the service I received was very low quality of work.

I’m so glad I found this nail spot. It beats all of the other places I’ve tried. My first ever dip manicure was done and I came back for some fun Halloween nails. Johanna was super creative and did a fantastic job. She’s very neat and dedicated and puts a fun unique spin on nail design. Definitely coming back here for all of my other holiday nails! It’s super clean inside, comfortable seating, lots of chairs for manicures and pedicures, tons of options for nail color, wax, etc. You can get regular polish, acrylics, gel, dip powder, fun designs, etc.

This was my first time at Pink Polish in Ballard (the owner let me know they have salons in Tacoma and will soon open in West Seattle). I received great treatment and my french manicure turned out perfectly (see pictures below). I absolutely loved the look & feel of this salon. Extremely polished (pun intended), you can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into the design and customer experience. We even were offered a glass of wine, which I gladly accepted. I recommend this to anyone new in the area, or if youre looking to explore other salons outside of your regular routine.

I have been getting my lashes done with Demi for over a year and could not be happier. I have gone elsewhere occasionally and it does not compare whatsoever. Demi does a fabulous job, lashes last at least 3+ weeks between fills but the only difficult part is she only works at this location once weekly. Definitely give this saloon 5 stars!!! Thank you ladies!!

Have had these shellac french tips for over 5 weeks and they still look amazing. The guy who did them definitely paid attention to detail.

Walked in for a mani and pedi and had a great experience. I just got basic polish and it still looks great a week later.

I came in for the first time for a SNS dipping powder manicure and a gel pedicure. I want to thank Mary for her great service and wonderful job. She was delicate and precise. What I appreciated about Mary most was that she set a timer for my massage, just to ensure I am getting all of my massage time. Ivy did a great job with my first time getting a powder mani. It was quick and beautiful! Let’s see how these nail extensions last. I’m excited for my next visit.

Great place to get nails done, very clean and welcoming. This is my second time being there, this time around I got dipping powder manicure that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to this place.

I am very pleased with the service provided. Place was welcoming, clean and everyone was incredibly nice. I asked for ombré style nails and they delivered! They earned a customer for life. Call and ask about specials!

Nice salon, but I probably would not go here again. I stopped in for a gel manicure/nail repair, and while the service itself was great, the manicure was not. The gel is probably the thinnest I’ve ever had, with it not fully reaching to the edges of my nails/leaving the sharp edges of my nail exposed, as well as being applied ultra thin/inconsistently. The technician noticed this, and went back to touch up the edges resulting in little clumps along the edges, which I had to ask her to file. After about 4 days, the edges began chipping and the nail repair I had done completely broke off. While they were responsive to fix the nail again, the repair is less than ideal. My nail is now SO thick, I guess that means it won’t be coming off ... maybe ever 🤷🏼‍♀️

Absolutely love this place! Every time I come in the staff and owner always go above and beyond of meeting my expectations with their customer service and skill. I was a bit apprehensive about going back into a nail salon the day they reopened but I was put at ease with all of their extra sanitation and cleanliness of the salon. The salon is beautiful, relaxing and welcoming. New go to salon!

Been going here for over 10 months. I had been bouncing around random nail salons, and getting subpar results, since moving to Seattle, but I finally found my official go-to nail spot. Jo is great!!! She knows what I like, remembers what colors Ive done in the past, all good things! Clean space, modern and girly decor, lots of color options, great dip quality, EASY and FREE parking lot right in front, and normal pricing. Highly recommend!

Aesthetically pleasing - beautiful interior decorations, furniture, and lighting! They have about 10 pedicure stations and 8 manicure stations. They have an abundant selection of polish, shellac, and dip powder! I’ve never been a “regular” at a nail salon until I started going here. I ask for Sue every time I get a dip manicure, she does an amazing job, is very friendly, and helpful with professional suggestions. They are well staffed. Busy on the weekends, as is any nail salon. I usually go on Monday’s and it’s not super busy, but I make sure to call ahead just in case. They stay true to appointments.

I took my girlfriend to the salon on her birthday before dinner as a surprise after noticing she did a terrible job on her nails. She was amazed by the gesture, but most importantly was more than impressed with the quality and of course, the excellent service provided by the staff and owner. They even gave us a couple glasses of wine. It was an awesome experience. I highly recommend this salon, which is new in Ballard, and just what the neighborhood needed.

Brand new nail salon and you must try it!! The interior is beautiful. Jimmy, the owner, is delightful and a great nail artist. Super clean. They have good opening specials. You wont be disappointed! Make Pink Polish your go to salon. 😊

My shellac manicure didn’t last more than 10 days. All the polish fell off each of my nails on my right hand but in full. Not like chips here and there because that happens. But The entire thing, clean off.

I want here to get dip nails and they turned out great! The workers were nice and offered drinks and some snacks. 10/10 recommend

The place is absolutely gorgeous and now so are my nails. They don’t have a million options for dip polish but they have a decent selection and the colors they do have are really nice. Their pricing is amazing for the quality. Will 100% be coming here from now on.

Great experience today at Pink polish. I was able to walk in around 4pm on a Friday and get a dip manicure, and was out by 5pm. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. They offered warm beverages and others. I’ll be back for sure!!

I came here after seeing a Groupon for a gel manicure. I was looking for a new place to get my nails done in the area, and this is definitely somewhere I would come again! All of the staff was very friendly and their space is GORGEOUS. I would recommend anyone come here, I’m really happy with my nails!

Great customer service, and the pedicure was amazing. Ladies were very gentle and friendly. The gentleman that seemed to be the owner or manager was also very friendly. Its nice that our service came with a glass of wine. Nice touch!

Just went there for the first time using a Groupon. I got the Pink Me Up Mani - Pedi combo and it was delightful. Jimmy the owner did my manicure and he was meticulous. Service was excellent, all of the technicians were smiling. My pedicure was great as well. Sue did a great job on really working on my toes and massaging my feet and lower legs. I will refer this to anyone. Also, there is a big parking lot - no worries about finding parking or paying for meters.

I bought a groupon for a gel manicure and redeemed it 5 days ago. The staff was very nice, and I left a very generous tip because I thought the lady did a good job. However, since then, 4 nails have completely pulled off and 3 of them are chipping. Gel nail polish usually lasts me 2 weeks. I am upset about my loss, and wouldn’t recommend.

I bought a groupon for eye lash extensions and as my appointment was beginning, the lady told me that the Groupon wasn’t valid because they ended the promotion and Groupon re-listed it without their permission. She told me that she would give me the first time customer deal and that Groupon would refund me. Groupon would not refund me nor do they have a customer service line. I got scammed but idk by who. The employees also weren’t great about wearing masks indoors, since we are currently under a state mandate to wear masks. The services were good and I’m happy with the final product but the Groupon scam and the casual covid precautions will prevent me from going back. Which is sad because I love my nails. They truly dog a great job.

I will never come back to this place for nails. I tried this place for the first time since my regular nail salon was fully booked. I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour and a half. My nails (SNS dip) were done by someone who was NOT trained and she did not know what she was doing. The customer who had her nails done by this lady right before me ended up making a complaint to the manager and scheduling a follow up appointment the next day to fix the nails and get them redone. Although it’s only been a few days, now my top coat is peeling/coming off. Also, the people who do nails here don’t speak English. It is very difficult to communicate with them about how you want your nails done.I do not recommend this place for nails.

Great service, Jimmy is wonderful! My mom and I walked in with no appointments and a Groupon and they fit us in for two mani-pedis and spoiled us with wine while we waited. Our specialists Johanna and Hannah were amazing and so sweet. We will DEFINITELY be back regularly!
