I love this nail salon! The pricing is fair, the staff is friendly, and I always feel so pampered after going here. My gel nails always last longer from here than anywhere else and when I have gotten a design it turns out amazing.

When I walked in the first thing I noticed was that it didnt smell like a normal nail place where you come in an instantly smell chemicals. Here you come in and you smell essential oils. I loved coming here because they give you a massage & do a hot rock & scrub to your hands and feet. Overall I had an amazing experience and will most definitely be back.

I’ve only gone to this place two or three times, purely based off the convenience of the location. This is my first time trying dip nails and I love the process more than normal acrylics but this Salon’s quality is BELOW AVERAGE. As you can see from the photos, the dip Nails peel off basically, and this is the second time this has happened. The Nails only last about a week before this starts to occur. Don’t waste your money here!

This place is wonderful. The chairs are very comfortable. The massage was great on my feet and legs. You get hot stone and hot towels. They even used lime to loosen up my cuticles. I will be back for sure. It is a great value given I have had much less pedicures for a lot more money.

The lovely folks working in this salon impressed me.They were kind enough to work within a time constraint that I had while still giving me a quality gel manicure and regular pedicure.Hot stone massage, yes please!!I am on a perpetual hunt for the best manicure value--Pure Velvety gel manicure lasted for 1.5 weeks on me with minimal upkeep, and heavy hand washing. A good standard. One star off, because I couldnt tell if their manicure equipment is steam/pressure autoclave-clean or soak cleaned or new.(I always feel better when I see medical grade autoclaved packages being opened for the clippers)

I am very new to Seattle and I came to this salon to get dip nails, which I have had many times before at other salons. I was in the salon for FOUR HOURS, and I left with my nails looking extremely uneven which resulted in another hour of me trying to file them to look decent. The way they explained to me is that the dip nails are new to this area so sometimes it does not look the best. Honestly if youre going to charge $60 for a specialty manicure the nail technicians should know how to do it, otherwise you shouldnt even offer the service.

I have been here a few times but my most recent visit will be the last. My daughter and I came in for two pedicures and one gel manicure. My pedicure was the best thing about the day. My tech did a great job. My gel nails were the worst ever. I went out of town the next day or I would have returned to have my nails redone. The girl hurried, they had bubbles on 4 of 10 nails and lasted literally 3 days. My daughters pedicure was nothing at all like mine and as she said since we were next to each other wouldnt they have done a similar treatment? Her tech hurried, did not spend any time at all rushing to get it over with. I could have painted her toes and had them look better. I spent over one hundred dollars and will never return. Such a waste of money.

Came in here with a friend the other night after reading some good reviews. Came in to get my nails done for my baby shower next week. Got a manicure and pedicures hat cost almost $100. My friend and my nails look like they were painted by a 5 year old. I could have done a better job myself. For our toes, my friend had an ingrown and the lady ended up doing surgery on her toe. The next day her toe was swollen and there was dry blood all around the toe. She is now in more pain than she was when she had the ingrown toe nail. Im really bummed because my toes and fingers look terrible and after spending near $100 I having to go pay to have my nails redone. I would never recommend coming here. Their service is terrible and the techs are not skilled to do nails at all!!!

Worst shellac manicure I have ever had! My nails required me to come home and fix almost every one. My nails were not painted to the edges, nearly every nail had very rough tips that scratched me (I had to refile and trim most of them when I got home), half of my nails had tiny bubbles under the surface (I had her fix one of the really bad ones before I left) and some nails were not uniform in shape or were slanted. I will NEVER go back, absolutely terrible. On a positive note, the hot stone hand massage was pleasant but shorter than most hand massages I have received from other nail salons.

Very basic manicure for the price. The person who helped me was surly and did not seem even remotely interested in her work. She managed to cut the side of my finger with the buffing pad, gave me a lack luster massage, and was very curt as I paid and made my way out. I was not a fan and do not recommend this place unless youre in a pinch and desperately need your nails done.

I went here a few weeks ago for a mani/pedi.First of all, my nails looked great. Probably my favorite mani/pedi looks-wise Ive ever gotten. The main issue is that I think they gave me some sort of rash/infection. Ever since I went there my hands have been covered in painful/itchy bumps, dry spots and have been peeling. Ive never had this issue before. Then, the overall experience was weird. There were four people working and literally all four of them worked on me at some point, they kept switching. One of them was sitting in one of the massage chairs and had it on high speed causing it to squeak constantly. One woman working there clearly did not want to work on anyones feet and made the other workers switch with her anytime it was time to do someones feet. She painted my toenails though because everyone else was busy, then got up, put on her jacket and went outside for 10-15 minutes. She came back, put some clear stuff on my nails and then sat at the front desk on her phone. She didnt say anything the whole time. It was just kind of odd.Anyway, their work looked great, just everything else was bad. And overpriced, it ended up being about $88 after tip.Id suggest going to Queen Bee Salon on Seneca instead :)

I went here today for a much needed pedi after a solid month of flip flops and walking on beaches. The lady who did my pedi was super rough and unfriendly, and did one of the worst pedi’s I have ever had, my feet look worse than when I went in, they did nothing to get rid of dry skin. The only plus was the actual paint job, which was done by a different person.

Ive been here several times and usually end up leaving wondering why I ever bother going back?! This last time was so AWEFUL I have to leave a review. The women there are generally very nice but that doesnt make up for how quickly they rush to finish your service.Last week I went in on a Thursday for a shellac manicure. The woman doing my nails cut my nails uncomfortably short, she just started hacking away at them like she was cutting up a credit card (she was stressed bc they were busy). She cut my cuticles and made me bleed (then put my cuticle shaving on top of it to stop the bleeding). My nails were uneven, throbbing and bleeding... then she started with the polish. I had hairs and towel fuzz sticking to the polish and she just kept painting over the top. When she noticed the fuzz she just added more polish. I left with an unacceptable amount of polish on my on my skin, jagged nails, uneven polish (complete with air bubbles, a hack job of a chip fix, 3 black hairs and fuzzy finger ends) and a $36 dollar bill. Its been 4 days and the shellac on 3 of my fingers have already peeled off...This was the first time in my life I havent left a tip.I live in the building next door and have heard several complains from my neighbors about this place. Its way too expensive for the poor quality of service.

I had an awful experience -- got a Brazilian wax that was unprofessional (she snipped me with the scissors and was visibly uncomfortable with the procedure) and the pedicure was ruined in a few short hours, due to poor advice from them on when the polish was dry. Never returning here again.
