Good establishment. Everyone were nice and respectful. The online booking was simple enough but it doesnt have the option to choose the number of people coming so I booked 2 separate ones at the same time and it worked out well. They take good precautions during COVID.

Love this place! Very clean and safe, nice selection of gel colors. Gel manicure looks great for 4 weeks. Online booking is super convenient.Accessibility notes: no steps to enter, fat-friendly chairs, space is well-arranged to maneuver with a mobility aid.

I was here two years ago and the experience was good. Then I came here again last week and the technician’s skill was awful. She was trimming and buffing my skin and it hurt a lot which has not recovered yet. The nail started to chip 2 hours after I left the salon so I went back to ask them to remove it and their attitude was really bad. Will never recommend this place to anyone again.

This place is wonderful! Great, peaceful atmosphere. Lily did my pedicure. She’s very gentle and pays attention to the little things. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my color choice. I tried a color out of the norm for me and she did a test for me and when I said I didn’t like it she picked out other options for me that worked perfectly. If you ever want a pedicure I’d highly recommend requesting Lily to do it for you. Next time I’m in town I’m coming back to get a pedicure with Lily.

This was the first time since the pandemic that Ive gotten my nails done and it was a great experience. Clean, professional and efficient...they got me in and out quickly but I didnt feel like they were rushing.

Easy to find parking as well and the salon is huge with a nice sanitization room visible to customers. Definitely will be coming back

Over one week out and my shellac nails still look amazing! Love the ultra clean environment Ascend offers and their extra COVID safety policies. They definitely make me feel perfectly safe when I visit.

Came here late last year and had a pretty good experience. Came yesterday, paid for the Ascend signature spa pedi ($80) with shellac($15 add-on). The overall result was fine, my feet were smooth and the color looks good. However, my experience with the the manicurist, Rose, was pretty bad. 2min after sitting down while she was using the yellow hard scrubbing sponge, she grazed my ankle multiple times and scratched me enough to bleed a little. It happened because she wasn’t looking at my feet during the process. Even after I said “ouch, you scratched me, please be careful” she did not acknowledge me and kept going. The rest of the treatments (wax, stone, and lotion) were fine, but again, Rose was not attentive at all, so I consistently I had to say “ouch, it’s too hot, can you wait a little”. She was also on her phone while she put a hot wax bag over my feet.I’m not a picky person and not expecting fancy spa level service. While I was there, I was really nice about everything, didn’t complain, and even ended up tipping Rose. But after I left, I felt like I should have said something while I was there and gave more feedback about my experience + showed them my scar. The whole experience ended being more stressful than relaxing.Anyways, lesson learned. Speak up ASAP when you have a bad experience, at least maybe the manager can change the manicurist.

I just received the best pedicure Ive ever had! Ascend Nail Lounge was wonderful. I called the day before looking to book pedicures for my party of 5 and they fit us in last minute at the time we wanted. They were so kind and professional. The salon itself was beautiful and clean. Nail services is great, first time trying lash extensions here was a disaster. Communication with the artist was really bad and I tried my best to explain what I want is nature look not necessary the full set but she doesn’t listen. The process irritates my eyes a lot, and she not gentle even after I told her it hurts.

I’ve gone to this nail shop a few times. It’s within walking distance of my neighborhood. I went a few weeks ago, and my gel nail polish starting peeling the same week. Needless to say I had to take it off after 1 week. I usually have to go after work. I don’t recommend going late in the evening. I’ve gone once during the day and my mani and pedi was perfect.

Tried this place out since it was near by and had great reviews. Staff is friendly and was really easy to make a last minute appointment. I got a regular mani/pedi - overall it was fine. The paint job wasnt the best - a little sloppy with the top coat not quite covering my entire nail and still managing to get it on my skin. Not sure Id go back for a mani but might return for a pedi.

I really love coming here for gel mani and pedis! The staff is really friendly and always do a wonderful job on my nails (theyre very small from chronic biting). Its busier after 4p and on weekends, but you can get in at most times on most days! I recommend trying their deluxe add ons for the additional spa experience.

I always get a great pedicure here - if you’re getting pedicures for the massage, I recommend the royal hot stone pedicure! It’s great and the massage is the BEST.

Ascend has been my go to salon now for several months. They are top notch in everything they do- from the actual nail service, to their friendly and professional team and relaxing/calming environment. Such a nice mini escape every time I go here for a service. Also, I almost always get compliments on my nails after going!

Received a gel manicure here, amazing service! The salon is the cleanest and nicest nail salon I have ever been in. The music is so soothing and the entire experience really feels like you are being pampered. I walked in wanted a set of fake/dip/acrylic nails but they don’t offer those here - which I was sad to find out. I instead just went with a gel manicure and loved it! I am really picky about my nails and the level of detail they put in was the best gel manicure I’d ever had! I can’t wait to go back and try different nail shapes and colors. Couple thing I would note is to mention if you want them to keep your nails long, they shaped my nails but did file them down a decent amount. The second is if you want any detailed design you should call ahead and ask if they have someone available to do it.

The cleanest classiest nail salon outside a four seasons spa.. Careful conscious service did not feel rushed.

Worst manicure of my life - the nail tech tried to use a dirty towel to lay my hands on, cut me while cutting my cuticles, didn’t clean under my fingernails, & gave me a streaky uneven polish until I complained, the massage was ‘meh’ and it took over an hour. I was just praying it would be over soon so I could leave and NEVER return. Do better. And the general attitude of the staff was fake nice; try harder ladies.

They scheduled me last minute and it was no big deal. They were very cautious with COVID procedures. The person who was welcoming customers was extremely nice. The person who did my nails was very talented and meticulous. Very relaxing atmosphere, I could have fallen asleep! I highly recommend and will be coming back.

This place is so great! Helpful staff that are so kind and very good at their job. Loads of gel nail colors and comfy seats. I got gel manicure and pedicure. Manicure comes with lotion massage and it’s some of the best gel I’ve had in a long time. The pedicure came with a great skin scrub and they weren’t even mean about my leg hair that should have been shaved a bit sooner. I’ll be back for sure. Worth the price and a great job overall.

I’ve been getting gel manicures and pedicures regularly for the last 10 years. I had the best service and experience at Ascend Nails! My technician was extremely detailed. She did an amazing leg and hand massage. All of the staff was so kind and hospitable. With covid, I am very selective of the public places I go to right now, but I feel safe with all the health precautions this establishment takes. When I left, I truly felt rejuvenated. My go-to place in Queen Anne!

Overall the service was nice, the salon is clean and nicely decorated, the staff were friendly and I was seated at a pedicure chair immediately. I would recommend them if you want a basic manicure or pedicure. However the salons website is a bit confusing, I thought I was booking a manicure to have false gel nails put on, but it turns out this salon does not do false nails or nail extensions of any kind. I misunderstood the website so I went ahead with just gel polish, no big deal, but my gel polish is bumpy and has a few air bubbles.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Waste of money, I went there to relax ended up angry. I had gone a couple times before and the experience was OK not wonderful, but this time wow the customer service was out of touch. Dont bother to give a business your money when they dont appreciate you.

I was looking for a place to get a pedicure done because after completing an 8 mile hike, it was deff needed. I am not from the area, but the reviews were great, so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The nail tech took her time throughout the whole process ensuring great quality service. She was so patient and calm. The ambiance made it very relaxing as well. This has become my new nail salon whenever I am in Seattle!

Love this place. I feel safe & secure in the pandemic, plus an amazing staff and my nails have held their paint so much longer than others on top the hill, yet the offering on magnetic gel with the last two people have one thinking they did it for the first time and the second well it looks nothing like what I asked for or what was offered. Still looks interesting though so I cant complain but anything outside a gell or manicure is iffy as I dont think the staff is really trained on it.

Have been to this place twice. First time was kinda happy with everything.Second time, today, was horrible. Girl cut me twice during pedicure, and then the polish chipped 2 hours after visit. Wont come back again and do not recommended this place. Paid 72$ (tipped) for mani & pedi (no gel). Overpriced, quality is very VERY VERY VERY poor.

We treated ourselves to the Ascend Signature Manicure and Pedicure and it was so worth it! What a fantastic nail lounge with exceptional service.We passed by Ascend a few weeks ago and finally decided to make time to check it out. It’s a new nail lounge but they definitely know what they are doing. The online reservation system was very easy & convenient. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We enjoyed our choice of Mimosa, red wine, soda or water during our pedicure. It was a very relaxing environment with soothing music, which is different than TV playing like other locations.Anna and Sam were absolutely amazing and we’re very pleased with everything. Our hands & feet feel amazing and look gorgeous! Thank you!!!We highly recommend Ascend Nail Lounge whether you are a local or just visiting and need a color update.

If you get a regular mani pedi (no gel, shellac or acrylic), don’t go here. I had a gift card and did the premium mani/pedi - over $100 value. While all the services were ok onsite, my real nails have been non stop snagging and chipping for months and my nail beds are ashy which has never happened to me. I’m so sad because I used to have very healthy natural nails. Honestly, I wish I had never gone there and used the gift card. Just not worth it. I’ve been getting manis and pedis for over 20 years and this has never happened (Atlanta, SF, Chicago, NYC, Seattle)... NEVER.

I have truly enjoyed Ascend! Great addition to the neighborhood. All the staff is very friendly and caring. They truly care about sanitation and use bowl liners for their pedicure chairs. Great place for Manicures and Pedicures. Also had great experience with eye brow waxing.

This is my new go to nail spot, hands down! Im so glad this place opened up in my neighborhood. Ive gone here twice now for gel manicures, I was fortunate to get Anna each time. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with kind smiley faces at the front desk. They also offer an array of beverages to make your time there even more comfortable. Anna does a wonderful job, shes quick but not in a bad way. Quick as in, she knows what shes doing because shes experienced. And ladies and gents, everything is clean here! You can tell they absolutely care about their clients and the cleanliness of their tools and the space itself. :) Anna pays attention to every detail and even asks me how its looking throughout the service to make sure Im happy. She also remembered me from the last time I visited so we picked up our conversation easily from the last time as well. Also bonus, she gives the best hand and arm massage! Came in for the signature pedicure with my son and his girlfriend. We called for an appointment and they were able to accommodate us the same day. The hygiene during covid was excellent. Required questionnaire, temp and handwashing. The service was phenomenal, nothing but great. Relaxing, and left with beautiful feet.

Ascend nail lounge is by far the best place I have been for nails. It’s open, clean and beautifully decorated. I never feel rushed, just relaxed. They deliver great work and the staff is a joy to be around. The managers are so kind and professional. I came in opening week and have been coming back ever since. It’s everything I wasn’t getting at my old salon. They have a great selection of gel and regular polish and seem to always have the newest nail trends which is appreciated. They even have a rewards program! Definitely have been telling all my friends. So glad they opened just around the corner from me.

This was my first mani/ pedi in 7 months because ya know, COVID.... I must admit, I’ve been pretty self contained but needed to have my salon fix. I called ahead to make my appointment and was advised of the COVID-19 measures in place: customers are asked to have their temperature checked, complete a survey, and wash hands before beginning service. They are also operating at less than 50% capacity. Customer service was fantastic and Sam did a great job resuscitating my neglected nails!

I have gone her before pre COVID and loved it, just went in today for my first mani in months and not only was it excellent service as always.. but they have gone above and beyond to keep themselves and their customers incredibly safe, masks, temp checks, clear plastic windows that separate you and the manicurists, extremely clean! Clean and nice! Came here first time today for pedi and was impressed by the space - very nice and clean spot in Lower QA. The tech did a great job and the staff was very nice. They also have a weekday “Christmas happy hour“ which was nice to get 20% off and a glass of champagne 🍾

Wonderful, brand new spot that does a top quality job. Everything is very clean, and my shellac manicure lasted almost a full two weeks.
