Great spot, Rouge Beauty, & Van is one of best nail salons in my 18 years of getting professional manicures. The most compliments Ive ever received in Seattle. RB is one of a variety of Salons included at Salons by JC. The reception there is friendly, and professional. Free Parking garage makes it super easy.

Salons By JC is always clean when I visit. I go to see Mehreen and she has being doing my eyelashes for years. She is incredibly sweet and very talented. I wont let anyone else touch my eyelids! She is often booked because of the amazing work she does. She is truly one of a kind and will likely be my lash technician for life! Book with her today!

I love my lil suite at Salons By JC. But honestly what really makes it so great is the community of awesome business owners and the great team working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. Lots of talent in this building!

I get my haircuts done by Jade and she has made my hair look better than it ever has before in my life. She has techniques for curly hair that no one has ever used before with my hair to shape it the way I want and take weight out of it. She is also a master of color!

This review is regarding Quattro Salon in the Salons By JC quarters. Celeste of Quattro Salon is amazing! Amazing! I came to her with damaged hair! A different salon damaged my hair so badly that I thought I was going to half to chop it all off! I had to do a chop, but she was able to restore and save a lot of my hair.Before going to Celeste, my hair was dry, brittle, crunchy, breaking off and just a mess! After Celeste fixed my hair it was once again silky, soft, fluid, light and just wonderful. I got compliments all day long! I am so grateful for her. She clearly knows what she is doing! Shes so amazing I almost feel grateful that the other salon jacked up my hair just so I could find her! Everything happens for a reason! Thank you Celeste for making a miracle out of my mess!
