Well managed gym. The changing room is ideal with many lockers located around the room along with clean toilets. Recommended!!!

Im so grateful for this gym--not only is the workout insane (in a good way!), the instructors CARE about their members. You know that everybody knows your name thing--thats how Project 968 is. Ive been through a few different stages of fitness while a member and was able to find what worked for me--hardcore boot camps when needed to low impact barre to open gym workouts where I could move at my own pace. Kudos to Michael and Megan and Mary and Dawn and Jordan and the rest of the crew for creating such an amazing neighborhood gym.
This gym provides a diverse and welcoming presence while remaining extremely challenging for those with ambitious fitness goals. Each instructor brings a unique vibe. The organization of the gym itself and expansion of equipment is also excellent. I primarily use the functional fitness classes, but have equally great things to say about the cardio focused and yoga classes as well.

Best gym ever!!! Michael really cares about his members and definitely knows his stuff! He’s open minded, professional and a fabulous gym instructor. My favorite class is Cardio Kickboxing taught by the hilarious, loving, supportive Mary. It’s a crazy good workout that kicks my butt every time! I look forward to going because it’s way more than a gym. It’s a community of some really amazing friends!
Love the trainers and the well thought out workouts they whip up on the daily! There is something for everyone here, no competition other than with yourself. I like that every workout is different and their is always a positive vibe from Michael and Megan no matter what time of day it is. I needed a jolt this am and feel amazing after my 5:30 sweat session! High energy and good people all around.
Project 968 is a wonderfully inviting experience that has something for everyone. The work outs are challenging and the coaches are extremely friendly and know how to push you towards your goals. I would highly recommend signing up if you’re looking for a new gym and community
Easily best gym in West Seattle! Amazing coaches that will spend time to get to know your goals, objectives, and areas of improvement. Theres a close member community that is warm and friendly. Cant be matched. The workouts itself are top notch. In two months, I have seen overall endurance increase, muscle gains, and fat loss. Going for a workout doesnt feel like a task, Project968 is part of my everyday routine. Highly recommended.
This gym is a place where you go to workout but you also make new friends and start being part of a community. The coaches are great and become your friends, the workouts are different everyday so you always push yourself to the limit, and the members are always there to help you and motivate you. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place where you’ll have a killer workout and that people know you by name :)
I’ve been a member at Project 968 for a year and it’s been a wonderful experience. The gym is clean, rarely crowded and a very comfortable and well-equipped place to work out. Michael (the gym owner) is the real selling point - he creates challenging workouts that never get boring, offers personalized feedback based on your fitness level and goals and is an all-around nice guy.
Added muscle and dropped weight. I love the recorded instructed workouts during the week and the weekend bootcamps. Unlike other gyms, I workout when I’m able to but get a personal routine all with the correct form. The staff is great and the people are welcome.
The classes, the people (including the instructors) are great! Ive taken many HIIT/boot camp classes and these instructors mix it up consistently and bring new things to each class. You will not get bored with the same workout. Plus, I love how they incorporate mobility into the classes.
Working out at Project 968 kicked my butt in all the best ways! Michael is knowledgeable and helpful, adjusting the workouts to meet every bodys needs. The gym is beautiful and inspiring. Its a winning combination of a fantastic instructor with a great space.

I have been a member of Project 968 for only the past 3 months. I’m definitely not a morning person but I’ve been very consistent in attending the 5:30 am synergy classes . Full credits to Meghan, Michael & Jordan who have mastered the art of keeping the classes very interesting, fun and also challenging for everyone (at different fitness levels). Also the community is great and everyone is warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend Project 968 to everyone!
Michaels boot camp will challenge you but youll leave feeling accomplished. The gym equipment is picked perfectly to meet your cardio and strength training needs. Lots of good vibes and positive energy from the members. Michael is a knowledgeable trainer and the classes are well designed. I have a weak lower back, he guided me through modifications when needed. I got a great workout uninjured. Great place to move your body and get fit!
I love this place. The instructors program challenging workouts, tailored to whatever level you need. If youre concerned about the lack of treadmills, fear not! Workouts include both cardio and strength to give you everything you need for a balanced regime. On top of all this, the community is fun and supportive.
You wont find a better workout studio in West Seattle than Project 968! Michael and his instructors offer motivating workouts in a fun, encouraging, small group environment. The space is clean and modern and the music cant be beat! Nowhere will you find a place where you sweat yet have so much fun!
Fantastic place - the early morning classes are a great fit for busy schedules. Get yourself up (it gets easier once its a routine), and then after an hour of energy and camaraderie, youre done and feeling good. Its an investment with guaranteed returns in feeling better now and being healthier long term - my BP dropped like a rock the first three months.
Project968 is amazing - the space itself is always clean and there is such a great variety of equipment to maximize my workouts. I love the flexibility of having open gym to do the daily workouts provided on my own time, or being able to join classes. The instructors are the best I have found, and create classes that challenge you to do your personal best while always focusing on form and staying safe and injury-free. I love sweating with a community that is really welcoming and meets you where you are - the instructors do a great job of personalizing their coaching to what you need, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Project968 has me performing at my peak as an athlete after two kids, so the results I’m seeing are the icing on the cake!
This place is one of a kind. Everything is brand new and clean. There is every piece of equipment you would ever need. There is technology options for music. Michael is on point with his instructing and programming. The group fitness classes are well done. The coaches are encouraging and ensure you get a good workout every time. They all have lengthy backgrounds in the fitness industry. Because of the small class sizes the coaches are able to give individual attention in the class. You can get a little bit of everything with the class offerings.
Project 968 is amazing. I really appreciate the high end equipment and attention to detail that Michael and his team put into the workouts and the gym itself. The quality of the equipment is unlike any other gym I have used. The instructors are motivating and extremely accommodating. The moment you walk in youre greeted warmly and the workouts are fantastic. Its great that Im able to workout and still get to work early after a bootcamp and if I miss the class I can still go to the gym later and make up for it!
This is my first time becoming a monthly member to a gym outside of the YMCA and have now find Project 968 a regular part of my weekly routine.I appreciate the positive community and workouts that challenge me to build strength. I always look forward to the boot camps and how each instructor adds their own spin. You cant go wrong with Megan, Michael and Jordan leading a workout!
I have been a member of Project 968 since June. The members are extremely supportive and inclusive. Michael and Megan both lead the HIIT classes, and are highly motivating, positive, encouraging, and adjust to a wide range of fitness levels. Form and keeping your body safe are paramount, and classes are small enough to make that work. Michael writes an optional daily workout for open gym that you can do at your own pace on your own time. Michael is approachable, responsive, respectful, unpretentious, and will push you while respecting your limits. Project 968 is clearly his passion. I never have to force myself to go, and although challenging (you will always sweat), I never regret showing up.
Michael & the project 968 team have got me back in great shape. Great space and equipment, along with incredible community = motivated to work out much more than I used to!
I really cant say enough great things about this gym in West Seattle. Michael has created such a positive environment for self care. Every detail from the workouts to the communication to the way the gym is organized is thoughtfully done with intention. The instructors are energetic, knowledgeable, approachable, encouraging and FUNNY (which does make a difference when you are pushing yourself). There is variety in the workouts and the availability of open gym to keep you coming back. You wont regret working out here.
When I met Michael I felt like he really understood my needs. He understands my desire to get healthy, strong, and mindful. Michael is able to customize my training and make it fun and changes it up weekly. As I am a working Mom, his hours and flexibility are really just what I need. Im so happy I have joined Project 968 and have results.
A boot camp that I didn’t hate by the end of it! I attended Mike’s morning class and the rest of my day was easy. If you’re someone who typically hates boot camps, come here. If you’re someone who loves boot camps, come here. Basically, whatever kind of person you are, come here! It made me want to continue attending and that never happened before. Thanks Mike!
Project 968 has given me back my life. I walked in on my first day morbidly obese with a bad knee telling myself just give it a shot. Best thing I ever did. Michael, all the trainers, and the members are absolutely amazing. I didn’t just lose weight; I lost fat, gained muscle, strengthened my knee, and found a great group of people to sweat it out with. From the first time I met Michael at Project 968 I feel like I finally met someone who understands how to motivate and teach me to obtain my goals. My goals like many women are to lose weight, gain strength, and become more flexible. In the past, when I joined other gyms/trainers I felt like I was getting the standard fitness routine and I quickly lost momentum. Every time I go to Project 968/Michael, I feel excited because I know Ill learn some new techniques and will be motivated to continue my journey.

Michael is an amazing trainer. He worked with me and with my 12 year old son. He designs workouts to meet fitness goals for everyone. More me, adding muscle and improving my cardio were important. I can’t say enough good things about 968! It is the first gym I’ve worked out in where I felt that my experience was actually important. It is a unique environment with a community feel and I attribute that to Michael. The space is cute and clean, with the best equipment. He has done a great job of bringing other teachers on board, like Megan & Jordon, who lead the HIIT classes, and Mary who leads the barre and kickboxing classes in the studio. I love the variety of workouts I can get each week with the guidance and encouragement of these knowledgeable teachers.

This is hands down, the nicest place to workout...ever! The space is welcoming and has a ton of natural light streaming in. The focus is on the work youre there to do, no gimmicks or sales pitches. Not only is he skilled in what he does, Michael Browder is a genuine and down to earth guy. Hes brought something really special to WS:)

The training and knowledge I’ve received from Michael has been key to my weight loss. There’s no fad workouts or diets just education and empowerment. The workouts and equipment are unlike other gyms or group workouts which makes it fun to come back to.
Being a member of Project 968 is different from any other gym experience in the area! You get daily customized workouts, Saturday morning bootcamps and tips & tricks from the owner himself, Michael! I would highly recommend checking this gym out and finally breaking free of the commercial gym cycle!

This place is the best! I have been out of shape and out of exercising for a long time and I knew it was time to find some way to work out again, but I was very scared and didnt know where to start! I needed something that would keep me inspired to keep showing up and not be too intimidating. So I looked into Project 968. From the beginning it was unlike any other gym that I have experienced. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive! I happened to join right as they added the studio on delridge, so the variety of workouts keeps my mind and body working hard. I am now a person who gets excited to work out because I love the gym, the instructors, my class mates and every workout is something new! I highly reccrecom giving them a try!
Each piece of equipment is thoughtfully chosen in this gym but the real value come from the workouts and the guidance that Michael provides for each movement. Very friendly and helpful!

The expertise of the instructors is unparalleled while each instructor-student relationship remains unique and intimate, as the staff go above and beyond to address students’ needs, concerns, and individual fitness goals.The studio is a separate location from the gym and a special place in itself. There, you can take yoga, pilates, barre, and even cardio kickboxing, which is an epic rollercoaster of a class! I love the studio more than words can say and I love that we can choose between classes at the main gym and classes at the studio on a given day. It’s a winning combination that’s unique to P968.I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. Anyone across the spectrum of experience in fitness should try this place out! You’ll fall in love with the social, warm, welcoming community and will be put on a path to success!

Since the moment I was invited to a bootcamp class by my friend Saragh I noticed the place super neat and very clean. Equipment brand new and Michael the owner a very nice knowledgeable guy! I love it! I enjoy working out there and doing the bootcamp classes. He has amazing trainers with great energy! If you also like a solo workout, he will provide a workout for you. He brings the latest cardio machine who are going to make you not regretting a workout! Thankful for Project 968 in my community!
