My fiancΓ© has been coming to Elliott Bay Community Fitness since when the gym opened 7 years ago. I became a regular recently and already fall in love with the workout routine now. πI was never really into workout before, and just wanted to workout to help with my long sitting back/shoulder issue this time. Its been about 3 months now and I found myself missing the gym if I skip it for more than 2 days! The coaches and programs here are so awesome and fun! You can always scale the workouts to a level that works for you. Workout buddies(theyre fun too!) are at all levels and always encouraging each other. Thanks to Elliott Bay Community Fitness that I am now feeling healthier, stronger, and happier(Thanks to all the dopamine hits!). Literally, the gym is now my favorite place to go every day! ππ»ββοΈWhether youre a hard core crossfitter or just someone like me looking to become healthier and stronger, and maybe also make some cool friends in the area, you will find Elliott Bay Community Fitness has it all! π€π€

Iβve been to many gyms over the years and EBCF is by far the best! Great coaches, awesome people, and hard workouts. Everyone is extremely welcoming and encouraging, no matter what fitness level youβre at. I felt like part of the community right away! The owner, Rohan, is personable and will work with you to help you reach your fitness goals. Virtual classes have continued to keep me fit throughout the shutdown.

The members and coaches are friendly and inviting, and Ive noticed that new faces tend to become regulars pretty quickly. And I look forward to seeing my gym buddies each day, whether Im there in person or working out virtually.When the pandemic hit, the Elliott Bay team immediately implemented virtual workouts, which will continue to be an option for members even when safety restrictions are fully lifted. So if youre being COVID-safe or you just cant make it to the gym that day, theyve got you covered. If youre working out at home, theyll help you adjust the workouts to the space and equipment you have on hand (like substituting a bottle of vodka or a menorah for a dumbbell). And trust me: youre still gonna get a great workout.If youre looking for a way to get fit or stay fit with a community that is friendly and welcoming, you cant do better than Elliott Bay Community Fitness. I mean... its right there in the name.
I love the Elliott Bay Community Fitness at home workouts. They are relatively short but are high intensity which is perfect when trying to squeeze it in while the kiddos are napping. I like how every day is different and how the workouts are thoughtfully designed to work every part of your body throughout the week. I have been doing them for about a month and have already noticed changes in my body. My legs have never been stronger!
Ive been a member of EBCF for a few years, but I was completely blown away when, early in the pandemic shutdowns, Rohan and team moved their entire operation seamlessly online and havent missed a day since. While were all looking forward to being back in the gym in person, I have been able to stay more active than anyone I know because of the hard work of Rohan and the coaches at EBCF. I think anyone in Seattle interested in a solid fitness community should check them out.
Dropped in to Elliott Bay CrossFit unannounced today, and was welcomed immediately. Coach Eric did a great job on warming up the class, demonstrating/correcting movements, and motivating the class. Very nice facility and environment!

Did a drop in while on a vacation to Seattle. Awesome experience! The coaches and owner were friendly and they provided good coaching and modifications for those who needed it. I would definitely stop by again if I were in the area.
I dropped in here while on vacation from Orlando. The workout was fun, their explanation of the movements and techniques were thorough, and I really enjoyed myself. Ill definitely come here again next time Im in Seattle.

We dropped in on Memorial day to do Murph with the Ellicott Bay CF crowd. It was so much fun! Gym is nice and clean, athletes are very friendly. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic new box in Belltown, loved my drop-in experience the other day. Drew was coaching and Rohan was doing the workout with myself and another person. Drews technique and clarity were huge for a movement (squat clean) that I have a terrible time with, but he really helped a lot. Rohans energy level and interest is super high, that was great to be around.The box itself is sharp, clean and new. All new equipment and custom rig. Nice changing rooms and large clean bathroom. I would have gladly joined, my schedule and commute just wouldnt allow. Ill definitely be back for a drop in. Thanks again guys!! :)
