I’ve gone to this place a couple times and I just went today and I lost track of time and realized I only had at least 30 minutes before having to go get my kids from school. Rachel was doing my nails and she did an absolutely fabulous job with the time crunch as well as my nails. She did a little flower design and it came out perfect. Each time that I’ve gone to this place they provide excellent service they always ask you if you would like something to drink and they’re always quick to make you feel welcomed. They are extremely clean and I will definitely continue going to this nail salon especially since they are right by my house. HOWEVER even if I were to move far away I would still travel to come here because you don’t always find a good salon that has all of these qualities. Definitely a 10 out of 10 business.

Went here because I’m on a time crunch and saw that this place was rated highly. Just “ok” work. Did not really get any exfoliation or massage I was expecting during my pedicure, and I am not impressed with my dip mani. There is residue all over my fingers, gunk underneath my nails, and the manicurist broke the skin on my 2 of my cuticles and said nothing. Not the best first time experience. Also, 3 other customers were offered a drink and I was not offered. I still tipped 20% but disappointed in paying $103 for substandard work.

The manicure did not last one day. It was very poorly done. The last broke my skin and I was bleeding. My cuticles were barely trimmed at all. The paint chipped after one day. And the pedicure is not lasting either. This was a waste of money.

The staff is great. They provide Top Tier service. Beverages are provided.They take their time so it is not like the hurry up and get you out as some will do.

I’ve been to this place three times and my nails have always come out amazing.

*LINDA* was great!She was quick & detail oriented. Very friendly. She makes sure shape & color is exactly as you want before doing a whole set. She offers to start over if you don’t like the result of your first nail. And she’s even willing to ask for a picture so she knows your exact expectations. I love there’s someone out there that ask instead of assume. This shop was also priced well. $55 for putting this set on. Atmosphere was calm, they were very busy but everyone was so quiet you wouldn’t have noticed it was a full shop.

Ive never gotten manicure here that didnt come out exactly the way I wanted it. The staff is friendly and welcoming, everyone is very professional and truly talented. I hate having to go anywhere else for my manicures. The prices are very fair (you get what you pay for ladies!) and the service is always above par. 10/10 best nail salon on this side of Houston. Ask for Tracy!!! Shes my favorite nail tech ❤️

This is the my absolute favorite place to get my nails done, I go every time. It’s very clean and professional. Everyone’s very kind. And I absolutely love the way they do my nails they always make sure I like it as they are doing them, and they ALWAYS turn out just how I want!

I still do not know what I paid a $140 for. I got a upgraded pedicure with gel and a nail over lay.. thats it. Nothing special: no designs, diamonds, rose Petals or anything..I asked him to explain the price and then all of a sudden he doesnt speak perfect English. Beautiful work but no worth the price.

I’ve experienced inconsistent service from this establishment. I’ve been going to this place for months and would usually go too whom ever is available at the time. Big mistake! Mary did a pedicure for me that was traumatic. I said ouch multiple times telling her she was hurting me from digging underneath my skin unnecessarily. During this encounter Mimi was removing the powder off my nails and even told Mary to stop because she was hurting me. I took a picture and let them know that if anything comes about that’ll I’ll let them know. Once my shelac started growing out I noticed dark bruising in the corner of my nail growth on my big toes. I immediately went to the shop to get the shelac removed & my toes were dark bruising underneath my big toe nails. Tony & his wife said it may have been from shoes, I told them no it’s not and explained to them my encounter with Mary. I’ve been wearing the same shoes, and flip flops and I haven’t bought anything new. I went to the dermatologist who said that severe trauma was caused from what had been done to me at this nail shop and that it’ll take 10-12 mos to grow out. Went back to the shop and Tony offered me a free pedicure that I can’t even get at this point. That was insulting and no one apologized or followed up with me. I’ve went back a couple of times and some people act unfriendly. Tammy, My, Mimi, & Linda are nice and my experiences were always pleasant with them but I’m highly at a point of switching shops and taking action.

Lovvvee this place! The employees are friendly, the environment and equipment are clean. I am rather picky about my nails, but have gotten consistent great results here. Tracy has been doing my shellac manicures for several months now, and she does an excellent job with great attention to detail! I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I got the paradise pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. The massages on my legs and shoulders were amazing! This is definitely my new go to spot!

Always a great experience!! If you’re looking to pamper yourself or a friend, then stop hunting. This is it! The escape mani/pedi is soo worth the extra bucks. They have a great selection of colors to choose from, always provide excellent customer service, detailed work, and the Vietnamese iced coffee is delish.

I have tried many different nail spas over the years and Paradise Nails & Spa is by far the best.Quality service, technician’s take their time to ensure perfection, good selection of colors and just overall a very professional and clean environment. Try their thai coffee as well, delicious!

I went to this nail shop today due to online reviews, and needing to prepare for my birthday. I asked for the second level pedicure and was immediately seated. The nail technician did a very light cleaning. However, she did not file nor buff my nail. The pedicure was done so quickly that I asked if she knew which pedi I chose. Nonetheless, the employees assured me that she was aware. Needless to say after that my polish was horrible and uneven. Polish was on my skin and looked as if I did rush job to myself. The manager wasnt in and the male receptionist offered me $7 off for my troubles. I have no interest in returning to this incredibly disappointing establishment.

All time favorite nail salon. They always do a great job, I never get blind sighted by extras. Prices are mid-range (normal for the area).

The environment is always super quite and chill. A lot of the times salons can be stressful because there is a lot going on: sounds, touching, smells, however this place really focuses on making it a relaxing experience. There are not a lot of chairs available which cuts down the amount of noise, and they have relaxing ambiance music that is at a tasteful volume. The pedicures also come out really nice and last me a long time. Just like the gelish is supposed to. Ive come at different times of the day and week and Ive never had a problem being seated quickly, even without an appointment. 10/10 will continue to come back.

Simply Awesome!!! I was headed out of town to my Family Reunion and I stopped at Paradise for a fresh set.Tracy did an AWESOME job. I received a full set with colored powder. I was also offered a cold beverage. That was Lovely. I was pleased to see how tidy and well kept the establishment was on busy day. The staff is attentive and polite. Great Customer Service.... I WILL BE GOING BACK. ..

Let me say, I haven’t had amazing service at a nail salon like I did at this one in a very long time! Such a great atmosphere and the staff was so welcoming and sweet! They even let me bring my pup in. Helen did a perfect job on my pedicure! Definitely recommend this place :)

The staff here is awesome, so polite and friendly. They keep a very clean environment and make it very easy for a man to get a pedi without feeling out of sorts. Will come back again.

Today is my birthday and Lily took care of me, she didn’t know it was my birthday and is my second time I come to this place. She was AMAZING!! She took care of me wonderfully, did my pedicure very nicely. 100% recommend this place and her if you want to relax.

So the staff is great. Amazing massage and service... but the problem is the nail polish for basic mani smudges very easily. I would definitely come back for shellac or powder.

My 1st time here and it was exhilarating and relaxing. I had a 20 Minute wait being a Walk-in but it was well worth the wait. Tien started my Pedicure which was totally relaxing and the Massage was to did for. Tami did my Nails and they turned out Fabulously. She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. Visited during weekend getaway. I googled reviews in the area close to our hotel. Super convenient. Beautiful establishment. No wait. And I had to nail techs one for my pedicure the other on my Mani. Awesome service definitely quality work. Only thing I probably would reconsider is getting my eyebrows waxed not the best job but it will do. Pricey 47 for basic Mani and pedicure eyebrows were usual 10$. Overall satisfied with the experience I had.

I was in Houston to catch a flight and stopped by here for a pedicure and manicure. This was by far the best I’ve ever gotten. Their attention to detail was amazing.

I love this place. Yes, it is a tad more expensive than the less expensive salons on Chimney Rock and Woodway, but it has plenty of parking, offers free water, wine, and soft drinks on request, and sets their temperature lower. A comfortable and safe room temperature for crowded spaces like nail salons is 70 degrees. Most others wont set the thermostat below 75. That is uncomfortable in our humid climate. There is a reason doctors offices and hospitals keep their thermostats at 65. Bacteria and viruses spread slower in these cooler temperatures. So wear a sweater if you are chilly, but make sure your salon sets its thermostat at 70. All the operators here are great. There is a comfortable waiting area with upholstered chairs and magazines. They are getting better about honoring appointments which is a foreign concept in the Vietnamese culture in regards to nail salons. The operators here speak English in front of the clients. They do not twitter in Vietnamese among themselves while doing your nails. This is a refreshing difference.

I found this place when I lived down the street and it is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, they do a great job, and the prices are just right. Even after moving across town, I still come here when I want to get my nails done and I dont even mind sitting in traffic for it. :-)

After visiting about 10 different nail salons since I moved here to Houston, I finally found this place! I love it here, Ive never had to wait, they do great pedicures that include a hot stone massage on your legs and a neck massage, as well, if youd like! Its very nice and relaxing! Even my husband is addicted to pedicures now that Ive found this salon! Lol! Its a very nice place, beautifully decorated! Lucy is my girl! She does awesome work! I definitely recommend her!

Im a nail salon loyalist and so when my favorite nail tech left the salon Id been going to for almost 10 years, I was stuck and lost in a sea of good but not GREAT salons. And then, along came Paradise. I walked in because of good reviews hoping the hype was real. I stumbled upon Natalie who did my shellac. The experience that day was good, in salon...but to me the REAL test is how may nails hold up. And let me tell you, Natalie is diligent. She takes her time, gets all of your cuticle and her shellac almost always goes for 2+ weeks without peeling (which is essentially a nail miracle). The pedicures are also great. Even if I dont need to go back every 14 days, its something I do simply because I love being here. Love love love - come check them out.

Overpriced, the management is indifferent to the complaint and they dont speak to their employees very nicely. Mistakenly stopped in to have my shellac removed without replacing, simply removed, not replaced with insufficient cuticle work done and lotion rubbed on my arms...that is what they call a manicure...$22 I had to finish filing my nails when I got home- will not be back

I travel 30 mins, past countless other nail places, to come here because you get Quality service at a reasonable price. What I like about paradise is that they take their time on your pedicure. It worth the trip.

2/15/14 My boyfriend and I went here randomly and from the staff to the quality of service it was a gem. It looks small from the outside but its roomy and luxurious inside creating a soothing atmosphere. We each had pedicure and manicure with an added foot massage. We will both be back.Back again 3/15/14. They remembered me and that i always get extra foot massage. . Sophia did awesome job on my nails (full set) thin without junk underneath. This will now be my regular spot.

I went here for years and years! I love this place! Specially Natalie and Tracy! They always did my nails. But recently I have stopped going there because I have realized they are REALLY over priced. I found another place that does a great job and it’s half the price of them. Other then that I would have loved to go to them still.

It is amazing here!! I drive over an hour just to come to this place because every other place screws my nails up. They keep my nails healthy and the shellac polish doesnt chip here unlike other places.

This is one of the few placed that will work on your toes and fingers at the same time. They even serve wine to help the tired and weary to relax! I never have to wait for a technitian and they are very nice.

This is by far my favorite nail spa! Its absolutely gorgeous inside, facilities are clean, and wine is complementary on the weekends. I also love that there are enough technicians to work on your mani and pedi simultaneously. This saves time and is very efficient.

Its virtually unheard of to visit a nail salon where EVERYONE does a great job. This is an example of one of those places, and for that reason alone, I am a lifelong customer. Ive been coming here for over a year now, and although I have my favorites, if they arent available, I can literally sit with anyone and be happy with the final product.They arent the cheapest in town, but if you are willing to invest a few extra bucks for quality work that you know will last, this is the place for you!They provide drinks from water to soda or Vietnamese iced coffee (highly recommend BTW). They have a lot of colors to choose from, and various brands. They invest money in quality products like Essie, OPI, and ChinaGlaze, but they also have a lot of dip colors to choose from.My shellac manicures, if I dont pick at them, last typically up to 3 weeks, sometimes longer! My pedicures can last over a month as long as the color lasts.I typically spend around $80 for a shellac manicure and the Deluxe Pedicure. Worth every penny!!!

I actually dropped and broke a bottle of red nail Polish on my pants and shoes. They swooped in to clean and saved my shoes! And then provided additional services late into the evening. I came in feeling frazzled (obviously lol) and left feeling polished toes and fingers with good experience.

Im writing this review because apparently the owner does not know that double dipping the spatula when waxing is not sanitary. Our bodies secrete fluid and when the stick goes back in the wax pot those fluids are being transferred to the wax and the heat is a breeding grounds for bacteria. Then the bacteria that is transferred from my body to the wax pot gets put on someone else. When I advised the front desk clerk of this issue he was really nice and seemed concerned of what was going on. So he advised his manager or the owner and she stated that its only one stick per person. I went in yesterday and when I came out I noticed a lot of hair left behind. Of course its the lighting in the wax room. Yesterday I did not notice she was double dipping I went home last night took a shower and noticed one of my pores was inflammed with fluid. Then today when I went in so the lady could fix it. I saw her double dipping and it finally snapped. That is the reason I got a bump of fluid on my face. Because someone elses bacteria seeped into my pores. I wont be returning unless these women or the owner go back to school and realise what she is doing wrong and how nasty it is.

Apparently this never posted. This review was typed out months ago. Possibly longer. While I was so ecstatic that I found a great place, they seem to micro manage these days and the ladies are not allowed to conversate with the customers like they used to be. Time is not taken to go the extra step. It’s rush rush and on to the next dollar. I called this morning to make an appointment for my son and I. Lady couldn’t even understand English. Hung up on me and then left the phone off the hook so the next 4 times I called over 30 mins, I got a busy signal. I will not go back here. Period. If ur that big and famous, that’s great, but paying customers got u there. Good luck.This is for all of the ladies that are picky as heck just like I am. I have literally gotten up from places and walked out because i didnt like the service.I was looking for a new place to get my nails done yesterday as I had an important legal appointment Tuesday. I searched in the heights area where i work and after being told that i was required to purchase a refill that i didnt need, and then also hung up on, I came across Paradise Nails and Spa.I called over and asked what the wait time was. I was told there was none. I drove over and to my surprise there really was not a wait!! I was pleasantly surprised. I was taken right in. The wonderful woman who did my nails was Lena. She was AWESOME!!!!! There was a passion in her that demanded perfection. She CARED how the acrylic was applied. She was patient and tidious. I had shellac put on my nails. After I picked out the color another woman came to me and told me that another customer had said that after she got home her color changed, and that she didnt think i should use that color. I thought to myself, WHO DOES THAT? Most people just say ok and could care less as to what happens then. I chose another color that was almost the same just in a different brand.When completed- My Nails Look TERRIFIC!!!!!!the selection of shellac colors was large, and lots of summer bright colors. I had a specific color on my toes, and someone there took a picture to get the shellac to match. I was astonished.These women at this nail shop constantly make sure you are satisfied with what is going on, and that you are comfortable. I will recommend this nail shop to everyone I know.I am a picky, picky person when it comes to my nails and toe nails. I want them to be beautiful, not just done at the nail shopThank You Lena, and thanks to all of the other ladies there that were smiling and really genuinely concerned about the customers experience.
