Our company has worked with Aldridge for the past four years. They are responsible for our server/firewall, desktops, peripherals, backups and security. Plus, they have been instrumental in assisting with software purchases, upgrades and installations. We are a small business with 40 employees that has been using Aldridge as our managed IT service for years. They are excellent at what they do, and a great fit if you dont have the time or resources to manage 100% of your own IT.Whenever we have a major IT project such as linking multiple store networks together, getting everyone set up to work remotely in a rush (thanks COVID), switching over to fiber internet or even if we just need a simple printer fix we can reach out to them. They have gotten us though all of it proficiently. They are very professional and great at their craft which takes the IT burden away from us.Years ago when our server crashed late on a Friday, they came out right away to fix it on site. We lost no operational time due to their quick response and flawless recovery of our system.Lets face it. We cant operate in todays world without a functioning IT system. We have used Aldridge for many years now. They are our outsourced IT solution. Good service 24/7. We have had servers go down in the middle of the night and they are texting/emailing me as they work through the problems. Also are friendly and still have the small company can-do attitude. IT services is one of those areas that is only notices if there is a problem and therefore gets no accolades when things are done right.
