Brian and the team at Ballard Remodel executed a whole house remodel of our 1950s house. They were fair, honest, fast, and did top notch work. It turned out SO beautifully and we are really happy with it. They did almost everything themselves, and the subcontractors they did bring in were absolute experts, and well-managed by Ballard Remodel. The project was briefly interrupted by the first Covid-19 shutdown, and after that they did a great job of strictly controlling safety protocols on the job site, which was a relief. They also built us a deck, a huge fence, and an outdoor shed building for a nice home office. We could not be happier with the quality of the craftsmanship, and the great communication throughout. Genuinely nice guys who clearly take great pride in their work and care about their clients. They were also creative and understood our style and aesthetic, so they made some great suggestions. I would recommend them to anyone, and if we ever move I would 100% plan to work with them again.
