Nathan and Enrique were a delight! We have just finished a large remodel on our Seattle home, and Built Square was absolutely the right choice for us. Nathan was so organized - much more than what we expected from a typical contractor. We had a standing weekly meeting with a printed agenda; he was always prepared for the meeting and knew the details of what we needed to cover; billing was clear and openly discussed; we had a printed calendar with the job stages on it; he provides a Google sheet to be sure finishes are selected and clear to everyone. Of course, mistakes are bound to happen during a large, 6-month job - and Nathan handled them with poise. He was honest and fair and clearly explained options for solutions.As important was Enrique, who was our lead on a daily basis on our job. Enrique was on-time, pleasant, the perfect amount of chatty, and completed work with the highest quality I could have imagined. He was kind to our dog and daughter and always beyond respectful of our home. I could not have imagined a more pleasant person to have practically living with us for 6 months!Our job finished on-time and on-budget, with the exception of increases in scope that we decided to do along the way. I look forward to an opportunity to work with Nathan and Enrique again and am pleased to recommend them to anyone considering a Seattle remodel!

Minimum budget for them to even look at your project is $50,000. If you dont know how much to spend and mention a number less than that, they arent interested in talking to you--even to provide an estimate or consultation.

Built Square did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We worked with Divven and Rick, both of whom were professional and easy to deal with. I’m quite picky, and had lots of questions and feedback, but they handled it very well. Divven was great at customer service and planning. Rick was our project manager, and proved to be very personable and detail-oriented. Our kitchen turned out very nicely despite our very old and out of level house, and we often walk in and think wow! What a great kitchen! The project was on time and on budget, which I think speaks to the care that Built Square brings to their projects. I hope we can work with them again.

After scheduling a consultation and having a good brainstorm session with Divven, I was completely ghosted, even having proactively sent two emails and calling. No explanation as to why I was left in the dark to solidify a proposal...definitely not the hallmark of great customer service or care

Built Square did an amazing job on our kitchen and bath remodel. They were very professional, they took the time to understand what we wanted and worked within our budget. The crew was polite and kept everything clean while we went thru our renovation.
