Paul is an excellent barber and human being who has always made me look and feel better after leaving his chair. I only started seeing him during COVID times, but honestly, I wish I could have been his client years ago. Not only do his haircuts look sharp, but he is always ready for deep, meaningful conversations, and honestly, he became my favorite barber after my first appointment. Watching his neighbors and other clients walk by and say hi, shows how important he has become within his community.

This is a barbershop not a salon, not GreatClips or Supercuts like some of y’all been going to for most of your life 🥸. Paul is his own boss and his rules.I enjoyed my cut. I made an appointment, showed up and I was in the chair exactly on time and left exactly when his next appointment arrived.Paul honestly makes it simple, convenient, and the most important welcoming to anyone. I would recommend him to anyone whose wanting to experience a barbershop. 💈

Pretty much all you would ever need and want in a barber. Paul’s online booking is extremely convenient and slots are usually open. He’s conscious of covid, sanitizes before and after and is professional about masks etc. throughout. He was friendly and made good conversation.I would recommend this local Madrona business!

Paul the owner was rude from the second I walked in the door, leading to condescending during our pre-cut discussion. I tolerated it to a point but was upset so I left the chair before he even started. He decided to close the conversation with a personal insult relevant to my appearance and which celebrity I may have reminded him of. Unbelievable! I had my hair cut by him years ago (happily) without the grind. I live in Madrona so I try to patronize local businesses as much as possible.Huge waste of my time and warning others before investing theirs / $50. Save it for a professional service provider.

Paul is all that and a bag o chips. Pretty much sums it up. Any rookie can do a good cut on a headfull of hair, but it takes a real artist to make a balding graybeard look presentable. Best cut and beard trim Ive had in a long spell. Will be a regular.
