Had a great experience working with Terry. My car broke down and I needed almost immediate assistance. Terry was the only mechanic able to take a look and work on my car within the a 24 hr time span. All other mechanics were unavailable for days. He was transparent with pricing and what wrong with my car. I dont know much about cars but Terry explained to me in easy to understand terms what was going on.Turned out I needed my alternator repaired because of years of oil leakage on it.. Terry ordered and installed the part within a day. I was very stressed due to other commitments in my life, but Terry was flexible and communicative, which helped ease some stress. I also felt like he genuinely wanted to help me, and not just take my money. Very kind and helpful man - would recommend and return again.

I tried to install a supercharger into my Tacoma. Im inexperienced. After a few days of frustrated tinkering, I rolled into Terrys nearby shop with steam and strange sounds emanating from my engine and no idea what Id done wrong.I explained the situation to Terry, and I quickly realized I was in luck. Id met someone special: one of those old masters of his craft, who is clearly doing business not for the money, but rather because he simply loves what he does, and hes darn good at it, too.Terry took the whole thing apart again, and gave me a call to explain patiently, and in as much detail as I liked, all the ways in which Id botched the job. I was worried that this would be an expensive fix, as you might expect from a dealership - but I was once again in luck.After a surprisingly quick turnaround, Terry had my truck running like a supercharged Swiss watch - quiet, smooth, and FAST! I paid a very modest sum for parts and labor, in cash. He even tuned it for me, for free. Amazing.A few weeks later, I came back. My engine was leaking oil, and I was unable to open the hood latch (the result of my own misguided tinkering, again). Terry opened the hood and fixed the release latch with a cleverly-applied zip-tie in about ten minutes, and then identified and fixed the source of my oil leak with a reassuring thoroughness. I trust this man and will be taking my truck here exclusively from now on! Thank you!

Terry has been by far the best mechanic I’ve ever been to outside of my own family. Being from out-of-state, I never have found a reputable mechanic who will just tell you up front what is happening and what is actually needed to fix the car. He took the time out of his day to wait to have my car towed to his shop and was fast and efficient in assessing what was wrong. He was able to fix the car in no time and even helped show me more to help keep the car running for years to come. Knowing that coming to a mechanic is never something someone wants to do he made it easy, extremely helpful, and truly made sure to let me know what I needed to do to keep it running. I hope I don’t need repairs any time soon but if I ever do I will go back to him without question and highly recommend him to anyone in need.

From the first time I took my car to Terry Roberts seven years ago, I vowed I would never take it anywhere else. There is nobody better at any part of car maintenance and repair and body work. I was getting hosed by the dealer for years on routine maintenance, and then I started taking it to Terry and not only did he do the work way better for way less money, he actually forced the dealer to refund $1300 theyd charged me for an unnecessary timing belt replacement.Two years ago when my car was hit on the right front side by someone pulling out of a driveway, it was a tangled mess that looked hopeless, and Terry redid everything so perfectly theres no sign anything ever happened. Its impossible to say whether his expertise on all things related to the engine and operation of the vehicle or his auto body repair and restoring talents are greater. As far as I can tell, hes the best there is at all of it. Seriously.

Terry is the best. We brought our vehicle to him that had been in an accident. He was able to not just replace all the parts but also repair to help with the cost and he did it to perfection. You cant even tell there was ever any damage. Highly recommended for any services needed. Hes the master.
