My boyfriend and I are one of the first 6 resident moved in Origin before the were done with the building. Since we moved in, we really enjoyed living here. The place is always clean and most of People in the building are positive and Pleasant To be around.Management is awesome Always taking care of business.We love our home Origin 🏡 ❤

I am looking to move next year but I was very impressed with origin when I came to visit. Andrew and Marge were very helpful and the building is so clean. They have a 24 Hour Fitness Center which I was looking for. I will be sure to come back next year when I am ready to move.

I moved to Seattle from the Virginia coast site unseen. The Origin management staff, Marge & Andrew, being extremely friendly and helpful made this move much more manageable. I love how the management team plans regular activities for the residents, such as food trucks & community clean up days. The maintenance team keeps up on the cleanliness of the building and are happy to assist residents with issues.

We lived at Origin for two years (wouldve been longer, but we needed a third bedroom). Our time at Origin was probably one of the best experiences renting that Ive had. Marge and Andrew were great! Theyre both so helpful, responsive, and kind. It is nice when the management is friendly with everyone. They care about the residents and showed it with their actions. I wish I could have stayed longer - they made it difficult to leave. The apartments are clean and modern. The package lockers were a godsend. And Paul was great with maintenance. Nothing but good things to say about Origin Apartments. If you work downtown and are willing to commute a little, this is the place for you.

I’ve lived in the Origin Apartments for nearly a 1.5 months. Everything has been as advertised. I enjoy using the gym and the accessibility I have taking my do to the courtyard to do his business. The building management is top notch and are super friendly. Most importantly, I like how secure the building is and I feel the other renters in the building are a community that is also friend. Highly recommend!!!

Ive only moved in just 10 days ago. Im still unpacking and settling in, but I have to say...the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Im new to the area, and Ive gotten all kinds of recommendations that suit my tastes from the building manager, Andrew. The leasing manager, Marge, is the sweetest old lady, and I think Im going to adopt her as my grandma. Were gonna be exchanging baked goods here soon. I can only describe this place as lovely, and I look forward to staying here for several years.

I moved to Seattle at the beginning of the 2020 year, and Andrew and Marge were so helpful in getting me settled into my new space, as well as providing a safe and clean environment during the height of the pandemic. They are both great communicators and do their best to handle situations ( both good and bad) in a timely manner. I have loved living at Origin, and though I will be leaving, I am very grateful to them.

Origin has been an amazing apartment to live in! The entire team is so nice and helpful. My pups are always getting treats any time they run into the staff and the people in the building are also so nice. Its been wonderful to live in a place where my neighbors are kind and the staff is helpful!

My husband and I moved into Origin Apartments back in July. Moving from Austin, Texas to Seattle, WA was tough, but thankfully, Andrew and Marge helped us along the way and answered any questions we had. We were originally planning on visiting Seattle a month before we officially moved, but due to the rising cases of COVID-19, my husband and I decided to try and do everything virtually from Austin, TX. Origin Apartments was the first location I called and I instantly fell in love with it! Marge provided me with a virtual tour and walked me through the steps of the application and requirements needed to move into the complex. It was all super easy and released a lot of stress for my husband and I. (So if you’re thinking about doing everything virtually, this is the location for you!) During our actual move-in-day, Andrew was super helpful and gave us a physical tour of the complex, it is so beautiful and clean! My apartment itself came in good condition and I had absolutely no complaints. The neighbors are wonderful and everyone here is always eager and happy to help! It’s also amazing that they’ve been hosting food trucks every week!!

I love these apartments. There are many events that go on through out the year and they have different food trucks come once a week. Andrew and Marge (apartment managers) are super friendly. I leave pretty early in the morning for work and I always see workers cleaning (and it smells CLEAN despite all the dogs that live here lol). Lastly super pet friendly (I have a dog so this is a must). Would definitely recommend, and have! The only reason my friends arent living in this building also is because there were no available units lol.

The Origins apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. The units are roomy, well maintained, and quiet. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the community has a number of amenities including a 24-hr gym that is perfect for my night-shift schedule. The management works to get food trucks and other events arranged that provide a neighborly experience for those interested.

Community amenities like the rooftop and lounge are a huge plus too. Marge was extremely kind and helpful from day one of our inquiry and is a bright and happy face to see around the building. Andrew is also very attentive to the needs of residents. The maintenance crew (Paul specifically) seem to keep things in tip top order for all of us.They all really put in extra effort for the residents and it shows each day.I highly recommend living at origin!

The complex is kept clean, secure, and homes a rather nice community. Dog friendly and has all the amenities youd expect from a modern complex. Really cool interior design and the units themselves are beautiful. Its been a great place to work virtually. Glad to have Andrew and Marge on staff as they are very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

During the summer, I had some issues with a previousapartment that did not end up going well for me. I needed to find a place right away within 2 weeks & one that was close to my job as well! Thankfully, I found Origin Apartments! I was impressed on how close I was to my job & as well the features Origin has to offer. I signed up for a tour & met Marge! She is so sweet & so understanding about my situation at the time. I live for first impressions & Marge definitely delivered it! I was so excited to have found a spacious living for myself :)Over the months, both Andrew & Marge & the Origin team have been so helpful & understanding especially during this covid/pandemic time. I appreciate the work they do! I think its also nice they have different events/contest going virtually — & was fortunate to have won a bunch of goodies they have worked hard to put together!!Definitely a good experience.

Beautiful apartment and and quiet place.

Ive been living at this complex since it first opened several years ago.Since Ive been here, there have been two other management companies.Once was decent. The other, not so much.Pinnacle, however, has been awesome. The manager, Andrew, and the leasing consultant, Marge, have made it an absolute pleasure to be living here. They are super-friendly, responsive, communicative, they make sure the building is clean and are consistently doing things to improve our experience as residents.The highlight for me was this Christmas when I was back home in the islands visiting my family. I decided to extend my trip and would be away longer than I expected. Because of this, I needed someone to go into my apartment to water my plant for me so it wouldnt die.I was hesitant, but I sent a message to Andrew asking if he could help.He replied right away and was more than happy to assist.He watered my plants and left behind some xmas candy for me.I dont eat candy lol, but thats great customer service if you ask me.I love living here. If youre in the market, Id absolutely check it out.Nick Bass

Marge & Andrew were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Truly luxury apartments with fantastic windows. Love the rooftop patio with beautiful views and penthouse lounge. So many places nearby to get food and shop. Express Line is nearby and very convenient for me. Highly recommend!!!

I was impressed with Origin and the office staff. Modern apartments with a lot of amenities, clean and quiet. The management here was the most professional and friendly I have seen yet and you can really tell that they care about their Origin residents. Marge gave me a tour. She had answers to all of my questions and provided a lot of extra details and was very friendly. They are dog friendly too!

I have lived at Origin Apartments since 2017. I love the place! Marge, our manager, is very attentive, professional and has always taken care of our needs in a timely manner. She is friendly, inviting, and simply amazing.The cleaning team, lead by Phillis, always uses the best smelling cleaning products, and they lovingly clean the facility. They are always in a good mood and have a lot of attention to detail when cleaning.The maintenance team always responds in a timely, professional and friendly manner.The 7th floor penthouse lounge comes complete with a media center, fire place and beautiful kitchen area. Right outside is the rooftop patio complete with a fire-pit, barbecue grills and out door seating area. The person who designed the space really did an awesome job. The view is amazing. We have had many memorable parties there.The gym is cool too! Yes! This place is awesome!

This is an amazing apartment. With really friendly staff especially Andrew who is awesome to say the least. He has always been very helpful and understanding and will do everything possible to help you find the right apartment. Word of caution though there is one more person in the leasing office named ‘MARGE’ and if you ever end up coming to leasing office and find she is the only one there PLEASE TURN AROUND AND RUN FOR YOUR LIFE BUT DO COME BACK WHEN ANDREW IS AVAILABLE. She is the only bad experience I have had in this apartment so far not professional nor helpful in anyway. She will make sure that your experience is not good, I do not know if that give her a satisfaction of some sort. Luckily for me I ended up dealing with Andrew and he is the reason I choose to take an apt in this building.Hitesh.

Such a cute community with high-quality finishes in the homes like granite counters and sleek hardwood flooring! Amazing location, walking distance to great local restaurants! So far Ive tried an amazing Greek restaurant and a great Mexican restaurant-cant wait to try more!

Marg and Andrew were very thorough and respectful throughout the entire showing process even though we are in this pandemic. They both worked with me to get the best apartment and parking spot. The apartment was very nice and haven’t heard a bad thing about this place when doing my research!! I start my year long lease tomorrow and can’t be more excited. The staff at Origin went above and beyond for my husband and I multiple times. They are quick if an issue crops up and have been so helpful!

Apart from the amazing value this apartment has, Andrew and Marge from the apartment team has been the most helpful and patient to help me solve all my problems. Cannot recommend more!I just want to add that Paul is also super super helpful. I have an unfortunate injury recently and cannot move very easily. Paul has been kind enough to bring all the package for me and even open some of them if they are too big. He is also super responsive whenever I have any request at all. Strongly strongly recommend!

This property is one of the most well kept places I have visited. I particularly like the lighting throughout the building and the rooftop bbq area! Not to mention ping pong as well 🏓Andrew, the PM is very friendly and attentive.Nicest place in Lake City hands down.

Origin is an incredible apartment to live within. The apartment price is well worth it considering the exceptional amenities, high end finishes and quality of staff. The staff, Marge is willing to help and very nice.

Great location for services and great food. Very dog friendly policies. The roof top deck is really nice and the management team is always responsive and quick to solve issues. Marge is stellar in the office. She has become part of the morning routine. The dog will not leave the lobby if he sees Marge and she always brings Henry a treat. You rock Marge!!

Nice bright top floor apartments, but only lofts (open bedroom, no privacy). Not a lot of counter space. And the neighborhood sucks. :/ (Also be sure to check the condition of the carpet.)

Andrew is simply the best. These places and this location is amazing. While I’m not quite relocating to the PacWest at this time the Origin properties by Pinnacle would be highest on my list.

The on-site managers really set these apartments apart from other locations. In the time Andrew has been there, he has earned the reputation of being responsive to everyone’s questions and requests. The residents love that he treats everyone as friend or family and yet remains professional and efficient.

Origin is a great place to live. After nearly 30 years living in and maintaining a house, this apartment life at Origin is absolutely great. Andrew and Marge are always responsive and foster a warm, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. And Paul and Marzin keep everything clean and well maintained. Even masked, its clear the whole team is smiling when they greet you. I have been here for over a year now and my Dachsund and love my apartment and all the community amenities especially the rooftop terrace, garage parking, and the Package Concierge for parcel deliveries, even the amenities like the exercise room temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The pup really likes the 2nd Floor doggy area.

Management is super friendly and always responds in a timely manner. Nice quiet area and great value for the location!

A great apartment all round, I loved the building. It is a new building and has a lot of favorable amenities. It is clean and modern, with a beautiful rooftop deck that has views of mount rainier to die for. I did, however, not end up renting the apartment for personal location reasons but i appreciate the attention to detail that Janine and Lovey paid to me in terms of the leasing process and building information. Considering that I came in on short notice and at the last minute. I was about to get information I was looking for and all the steps necessary to move in. In the short space of time i was there i gathered enough information to make a decision immediately. I value my time and efficiency is appreciated.

Marge and Andrew are awesome, when I call, Marge always answers knowing it’s me and is so kind and personable (her laugh is Contagious 😊). I was here for a short time while the management company was BellPartners but lemme tell you, Pinnacle came in here and did their THANG. Carpet cleaning, new landscaping, exterior building cleaning, and now maintenance is properly staffed to knock out work orders and keep the property clean and in good shape. I highly recommend this property to anyone inquiring about it. If you toured it, lease it!!

Lovey, Janine and Ken are awesome! We had been in the same place for 6 years and moving was daunting and stressful. My husband and I had a million questions (not all at the same time) and Lovey was so patient with us! Lovey helped make this move-in as seamless as possible! Janine was prompt in replying for additional services! When we moved in there were a few things that were broken and Ken and Lovey were amazing at getting them fixed immediately.Views are amazing, common places are great, security is awesome. Communication from the office for changes or status updates are prompt and informative! 1000% percent recommend!

Just moved to Seattle so it’s great that this building is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and more! Clean and pet friendly! There’s a nice fitness center and lounge located on the top floor. You can see mt. Rainer from the roof top! The only thing missing to make this place a 10/10 is a hot tub. Overall 9/10 I love it here!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced while looking for an apartment. The leasing consultant had 0 interest of getting to know us. She had 0 energy, which made the tour extremely uncomfortable. The building was extremely dirty. We went to look at a one bedroom that was “rent ready” the toilet was extremely dirty the refrigerator had a sticky handle. She didn’t explain the features of the apartment, we went to look at the bedroom and she just stranded in the living room and asked if we liked the apartment. The only good thing about this property was the amenities and floor plans. When we went back to the front desk, I noticed the manager in the back room was talking to a resident in a extremely rude matter. Overall our experience was awful and would not rent due to management in the office. If it was possible to give this community a 0 star I would.

The community is a wonderful group of friendly and diverse people. I appreciate the building, staff, and my apartment. This is one of the nicest places I have ever lived, and the fact that staff has parties to get to know residents on a more personal level is amazing.

**RENTERS BEWARE**After getting contacted about the mistake in the system I am expected to contact their 3rd Party system to get the changes fixed. This shows the Amazing customer service they offer.Cant send out your lease information on time. Cant update the system when they tell you to pay less than what the portal will try and charge you. Expect you to do a Google search to find the 3rd Party site to contact them to get their mistakes fixed. What an absolute joke. Truly one of the worst experiences Ive had with property management and customer service. I was told when I was moving out they wish I would give them another try to let them win me over with their customer service. Thank goodness I didnt.I lived at the Origin for almost 3 years. The first team working there was great. Super helpful and never had any issues. After they were purchased by Bell, the transition team was also very helpful. And then it went down hill. Truly a joke. Never know who is working in the front office. Both times my lease was set to expire the ball was dropped and I was put in a difficult situation forcing me to renew my lease. The building became terribly managed. Before they FINALLY put up notes to NOT let your dog poop in the hall someone let their dog poop close to my door and I picked it up as I would have stepped in it at some point, most likely and the property management at the time said I should have just left it and someone would pick it up eventually. I am pretty sure on the stairwell between the 4th and 3rd someone actually smeared dog poop on the wall, to the point during my move out one of my friends asked, UHHHH IS THAT DOG POOP ON THE WALL?At one point someone was opening packages and instead of sending an email saying, hey thats a crime maybe you shouldnt do that, they told tenets to pick up their packages when they arrive so it doesnt happen.I asked why my first lease expiring was given to me within like, 15 days of when it was set to expire and the property manager at the time said, I dont know, I wasnt here.During my move out experience I was pretty shocked. I was asked to reconsider and let them win me over with their customer service. I went into the office the next day, after having been in their the day before and was immediately told, Okay so were not going to charge you for the $100 parking. I was very confused as I had never had parking the entire time I lived there. I just looked at her and she was like, are you Abby? I told her no and after having a conversation the day before about moving out she then responded, oh... so why are you here?I think if you dont have to deal with property management and just need a place to stay, its nice. Pretty overpriced for the neighborhood when if you look you can find places closer to the city, with the same amenities, for less money. But as someone who paid their rent on time every month for the almost 3 years they were there, only complained once the poop in the stairwell got so bad my dog wouldnt even walk there, and pretty much let everything roll off my back this is just insane.I am hoping this will be addressed since I have sent several emails and called multiple times asking about this and nobody has gotten back to me.At the end of my lease, which I was supposed to be notified 90 days prior to, and was only given 20 days, I was told to pay my final rent amount at the rate that I have been paying but that the portal was going to try and charge me an additional $281 which is what would have been added onto my rent if I stayed. I informed Chia that is how I paid my rent based on her instructions. A few days later Marge informed me I needed to pay the $281. I went back with the email from Chia where she told me to pay the fee I have been paying and not worry about it. After my move out I was sent a list of fees I still owe, again the $281 is back on the bill along with around $30 in fees from days after I had handed my keys in.

The fact that you reply faster than her team is absurd. Seems like you care about your google reviews more than the service provided. Please confirm that she actually emailed me before saying she did. My email is on my resident profile. I tried to call again at 2:46pm and the phone number did not even ring through.Multiple mistakes in consecutive rent charges since I moved here in June 2019. When I called last time to tell them to please contact me via email regarding the matter, they contacted me via phone. Application process is unnecessarily long and manager seemed to be uninterested in helping, forcing me to move in days after expected move-in date, therefore increasing the rent/mo. Residents here seem to be disregarding/leaving dog feces everywhere eg side door has three piles at one point, staircases smell bad because of same issue.

Ive been living here for almost a year and I can say this place is the best apartment Ive ever lived! Very organized management, very friendly people, and they keep the public area very clean all the time. I felt so lucky in my apartment hunting to find such a nice place. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends who are looking for an apartment at Seattle.

I moved in on July and couldnt be happier. The office staff is genuinely eager to help you and the community is well maintained. Walking distance to library, groceries, coffee, restaurants, lake, brewery, etc. Only 15 minutes from Downtown and theyre per friendly!

After they change the management company (Bell or something...), my experience there was terrible!!! First, they don’t clean the dog poop grass. Second, if you tell them the concerns about your renting, they always write down and do nothing! Excuse me??? Third, when we went there to pay the move out bill, there was no one at the office hour while we waiting for half an hour! We even went there for twice!! Then we sent them a check by mail and asked whether they had received the check by email. It works that they replied they received. But, after almost one year, I received a letter from a collection agency said that I still owe that amount of money!!! What the heck🤢🤢🤢

I am an international student applying for living in this apartment. I explained everything to the manager Janine and clerk Lovey about my parent that’s going to be my guarantor. After paying application fee and applied my parent got rejected with the reason: no credit history. I asked Lovey about this and this is her answer:Hello Darrel,I looked into it with our help department and was advised that per our Bell company policy“Bell policy requires all guarantors to have acceptable credit and since they are an international applicant, we are not able to get a report of their credit history. This causes them to be denied.”Unfortunately the decision cannot be overturned.Apparently then dont understand whats an international student, since in the following email Lovey replied this:Information provided to me by you was that your cosigner is currently out of the country I was not to infer that they never had any rental history in the United States.Congratulations Bell Partners, you have a genius consultant.

I dont at all need to think for a moment before giving Origin its well-deserved full five star review. I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it.I got very lucky and got an MFTE place on the sixth floor - the unit itself was stunning with hardwood floors, beautiful (and plentiful!) cabinets, a balcony, huge floor to ceiling windows (south facing!), in-unit large washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances (including dishwasher!). But what really distinguishes Origin from all the other modern Seattle apartments which also have very similar features are the *extra* things that are so well thought out. Some examples include:1) They have TWO elevators, a large dolly, and the service of reserving one elevator, all of which really helps in the moving in/moving out process.2) The management is AMAZING. Both Janine and Lovey were always responsive to emails, phone calls, and in-person requests and would resolve every one of my problems promptly. As an example, when people started leaving dog poop on the property, they actually started working with some DNA company that would be able to trace whose pet was responsible for the mess! When the building lost power during the February 2019 snowpocalypse, they were very quick on getting it back on and keeping us updated. They organized so many meet your neighbour dinners/snacktimes/breakfasts, it showed how much they truly cared about making the building a happy place for everyone to live and not merely a place to rent out as a business. I cant emphasize enough what a difference it made as a resident without roommates to have people to socialize with in my own building! They also randomly got donuts for us some mornings.3) The building has a really amazing lounge on the top floor with plush couches that I used a lot to relax and read before going to sleep at night. They also have couches at various spots in the building that you can sit in - I loved these too.My own apartment, because of the south-facing windows, had a direct view of Mt. Rainier. I dont think Ill ever forget the experience of having breakfast every day watching the mountain. I got truly lucky with Origin and am so grateful for it! The only bad outcome of living there was that Im now too spoilt and expect every place I live in to be as good as them.Thank you, Origin!

The manager is fabulous, and the stuff are great. The billing’s services and clean level have changed to better since the new manager arrived.

No longer properly taken care of - dog poop in stairways and hallway carpets reek of smells. Lovey at front office is incompetent. Reserved elevators when moving out but she was not in and ended up getting them an hour late. Was charged much more for cleaning fees when moving out compared to what she quoted. To be honest Im sad writing a bad review because this used to be a great apartment before the change in management.

This place hired reputation management people to get rid of bad reviews. I mean cmon. Im sure the property manager is a nice guy/girl, but really? We get it. Seattle loves another giant apartment complex with amazonites... Lake City welcomes its new condo overlords. Two stars as its actually quite nice even though they have archiac policies towards my friend.

They do unannounced annual apartment inspections?! Although they provide two day notice when doing so they will not work with you and set up specific time or dates only a two date range between 10A-6P. This is very hard to work with especially if you work graveyard or sleep during the day. Horrible experience!

Unresponsive front office team. Been trying to get in touch with them for a week and not return phone call or someone would answer and say they don’t work there. If they won’t response to someone who is trying to become a new tenet I can only imagine how they treat them people living there.

I absolutely love living here! The staff go out of their way to help ensure a great living experience and the amnesties are phenomenal

Clean and stylish.

A brand new building located a block away from the main road off lake city and 125th . very close access to shops and the staff were friendly. Has a decent gym and rooftop place with a game room and floor plans were pretty decent.

The all staff very rude. Do not live here. They care about there money no you.

Emailed and called the 2122 number multiple times about questions of the property, no responses. Finally got Johnny on the phone the other day, showed interest in one particular plan/rate after talking to him. Then went on their website to submit a previously saved application for its lease only to find the rent on that room was raised in the matter of hours! What a coincidence. This maybe is a new apartment building, but I, along with couple of friends, dont want to deal with this type of management: lack of response and unprofessionalism. Seeing how high they can charge to fill the vacancy by no means fits in the class of the property. Im afraid this is the tip of the iceberg. Who knows what issues might come up while living there. Their apartments are small for the rent they charge too.
