My experience staying at one of the VacayAZ properties was decent, however, problem resolution once I checked out turned to be an issue. Once they have your money, thats all that matters to them. They are not in a business to maintain customers at all. There were a couple of issues with the house, to which we were told they know about, but they are waiting on parts to fix. These things should maybe be listed in the kidding to make people aware that a feature of the home may not be available. This want really a deal breaker, just didnt really seem very honest.Upon leaving, I realized right away that I left a rather expensive item behind. I reached out right away and over the course of a couple of days sent back and forth multiple emails. I was eventually told the item want there... So either they never bothered to check or the housekeeper they hired wasnt honest. I told them exactly where the item was left and sent photos. I was told that someone would go back and look and would get back to me, but no one ever did. I sent multiple additional emails without any response. Finally a couple of months later, I was just told Im out of luck.When you spend also $4000 on a house rental for the weekend, you really expect better customer service. I rent a big house several times a year in the area, but I wont use this company ever again.

This Mountain View - Scottsdale VacayAZ house was a private luxury retreat with incredible mountain and desert views! We will definitely stay there again. The architecture and decor is stylish & modern. There are multiple areas both inside and out for a large group to be together or separate into smaller groups. We were there for fun, but it would also be perfect for corporate retreats.They also offer so many amenities and tips for making your time in AZ perfect. It’s close to beautiful hikes and world-class golf, but you will likely spend most of your time at the property utilizing the gathering areas around outside fires, pool, spa, or the gym with desert & Mountain views!Perfect for large groups who want their own privacy too, or families with children who would like to have separate areas for adults and kids some of the time.

Wow! An absolutely jaw dropping home, it’s even better in person. The location is perfect, enough privacy around but close drive to everything in Scottsdale. The floor to ceiling windows gives an amazing view from every room. All the amenities were top grade. Everything was easy and organized with booking. We for sure will be returning to this location!

My husband and I have been nothing but impressed with VacayAZ. From showing us houses (we looked at 11 in 2 days), to the process of purchasing and getting the house in order for it to be rented ASAP. They are efficient, pay attention to detail and very responsive to any communication we give them. They also give knowledgeable feedback about our property and how to improve it. This house was amazing! One of the nicest I’ve seen. Perfect for our large group. Location was great. Amenities were top notch. We really didn’t need to leave the house for anything. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a first class, luxury experience.

The Mountain View Home: Absolutely beautiful, spacious, luxury home in Scottsdale. I loved this place! It literally sits at the base of a mountain and has a stunning view from almost every single room. This home is well thought out, especially for large parties. There is plenty of both indoor and outdoor space to accommodate everyone in one place, but also easy to spread out and relax privately as well. The bedrooms are spacious, and aside from the master, they are fairly comparable. All bedrooms have their own bathroom but one. The master will not disappoint. This house has almost everything, even a large yard with grass!! There video games, ping pong, many TVs, basketball hoop, play set and of course a spectacular hot tub and pool. The exercise room sits right off the master bedroom. There is very little reason to leave. But if you are looking to get out, there are numerous hiking trails, restaurants, golf and many other outdoor activities to do. This house is a dream. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at this home for a girls weekend getaway! We barely left the house because it was perfect place to hang out and relax! Beautiful home, pool and property...no detail left undone. Extremely clean and everything we needed. Would give it 10 stars if I could!

This house is amazing! Each room has its own full bath, so much room to play (in the loft with all the fun video games and table games), or relax (decks off some rooms and spacious quarters). Loved the fireplaces, ability to open the enormous glass doors that face the mountain and the relaxing pool. Privacy, fun, relaxation, and luxury all in one place!

We stayed at the Mountain View home for a couples trip earlier this month. Not only was the home amazing and perfect for our large group, Patrick and his team did not miss a detail. We stayed for the third time with VacayAZ tHis week. We have liked their properties and preparation. The property on 50th st was great for our family Fathers Day, but we had some challenges with a few parts. The reservation, check in and cleanliness was perfect, the sleeping was OK (the beds all had foam pads and it was hot this week, no one slept well). The left side Master and big shower were wonderful for our parents, but the 3 other bedrooms sharing a slippery and high Jacuzzi tub that did not drain well was not optimal.The pool was the primary reason we booked; however there was lots of deferred yard maintenance here- the Palm above the pool had not been trimmed in a long time and had dropped a lot in the pool during some winds. We contacted Zach when the skimmer wasn’t working and he replied it was a “high wind event” (which was on Tuesday and we cleaned it until Friday AM when it wasn’t one any longer). My husband ended up cleaning the skimmer constantly so the pump would work, but it was really clogged. We would clean it, get in it, and it would be full of tree droppings in no wind within 30 minutes. We gave up.The trash was overflowing from previous tenants, but we were told to put our trash in the recycling or green bins.The kitchen was overfilled on spoons, but no cutting board, bbq tools were broken and was down to 2-3 different types of plates, glasses. Just needs an inventory and refill.My in laws asked us to find a better option in the future. We have had good experiences in the past, but was underwhelmed by their approach to service after we were paid in full. For the work, the cost and the frustration, I think we will go back to the Resorts for this price.

I requested a quote and was pleased with how quickly they responded.The vacation home itself was extremely clean, and I loved how they give you the distance from the vacation home rental to other attractions on their site. They have been managing my property in Scottsdale for a year now and it would be hard to imagine using someone else. The house looks like it hasnt been used at all in spite of 40+ bookings. Their attention to detail, ability to solve property issues as they come up and responsiveness to my questions is excellent. AT first I though their fees might be too high, but considering everything they do and their ability to not only keep the house full but managing the pricing almost in real time makes them worth every dime.

Booked a house in late December and requested to have the date moved because of the amount of covid cases in the Phoenix area. I didn’t hear back for nine days after 3 follow-ups. After following up again, they tell me they will not allow me to move my date because it’s been “almost a month since I booked” and they would likely not be able to book the house in 3 weeks time. I’m now out over 1k because of this Poorly run business. If they would have responded when I initially requested to change my date they would have had a full month to find another renter.

As the owner of two vacation properties, my priorities are a great experience for the guest and knowing that any issues that might pop up get addressed quickly and properly. That has been my experience with the VacayAZ team. I depend on them for this to work for all parties and they operate in a very conscientious manner. Five stars.

I booked a stay at a house with vacayaz for June. I come to Phoenix for work a few times per year and sometimes extend my stay. I planned that for this trip so I rented a house with vacayaz. Unfortunately, due to covid-19 in my sites that I visit I wanted to cancel my travel and come a little later. Phoenix has exploded in positive cases and I dont want to take further risks for myself, my employees, and the people who will be cleaning the house. When I explained this and asked what could be done the answer was nothing. So I asked for a credit since I planned on coming back. Again a pretty blunt no. My wife also called and she was hung up on. I understand we’re within the cancellation window and they are a business making business decisions. I’m in business too. However, even something like a partial credit or discount for the future, really any concession would be nice. But to be hung up on? Really? I guess this “hospitality” business is all about the money and not about the well being of their guests, staff or community. I will never rent from them again regardless of the price or lodging.

My husband and I just recently stayed at one of VacayAZ properties. It was a great house in a great neighborhood that was super conveniently located. Just minutes to groceries, Keirland shopping and 15 minutes to any major Scottsdale or Pheonix location to visit.We had a wonderful stay. House was adorable and super clean. Felt like we were home within minutes of arriving. They have everything you need and then some. the pool was clean and beautiful with a perfect outdoor pool deck to relax on.Highly recommend staying with these folks.
