This house was an amazing find. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had more than what we expected. The bathrooms were modern and had excellent features. This best part of this place is the backyard area. A nice little pool next to a glass stone fire pit and a garage opened bar area with access to a tv. Located less than a mile from the downtown Scottsdale strip where there are a lot of restaurants and stores.

We had a terrible experience with GoodNight Stay Vacation Rentals. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. They double booked one of their rental houses to us and another group, which we did not find out about until both parties showed up to check in at the same time. The only places they looked to help rebook us were their own properties, but once they saw those were all booked they were completely unresponsive. We came from out of state and they gave us no recommendations or any further help to find a house, leaving us stranded and scrambling to find lodging for hours. They also told us they did not know how to handle this situation as it had never happened to them before, however there are several reviews exactly telling this exact same story in their Google Reviews. Incredibly disappointing and untrustworthy - do NOT book with GoodNight Stay.

This is the type of company that gives vacation rentals a bad name. They poorly manage a home in Old Town Scottsdale that consistently gives neighbors many headaches. They allow guests to rent homes for one night, party loud and trash our street and does nothing. Ive left multiple messages asking for someone to respond and still have never heard back. They have no care for their guests or neighbors.

There is nothing worse then showing up excited for a bachelor/bachelorette or golf weekend only to find 15 other people in the property you booked. Waited outside for 2 hours scavenging for another place. Even more aggravating was how the owner/company approached the situation. They couldn’t care less. Water off a ducks back. Take my advice and the dozens of others this has happened to in the reviews. Do not book.

This company double booked my brother in-law’s bachelor party. Since there was already a party in the house they booked, they were stranded for a few hours, trying to find a new place to stay. This company was even trying to make money off of them by having them stay in another one of their rental houses. I’m sorry, if you double booked, you don’t get to benefit from your mistake. Do not recommend.

The house was not maintained. Outside and inside Doors would not lock, door handles fell off, broken stair, hot tub didn’t work, smashed remote, etc.. we even left a night early due to the state of the house as we couldn’t even keep the toddlers inside because all the double doors could just be easily pushed open even while locked. Company would not respond to complaints nor help with any reimbursement. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better property and management company.

My husband and I recently visited from Massachusetts to see family. Our accommodations were lovely, and we greatly enjoyed sitting out by the pool and enjoying the sunshine! The hosts were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We will certainly stay with them during out next visit.

Stay as far away for Goodnight Stay as possible! They double booked our property and didnt realize anything was wrong until we walked into a house with guests already in it! We were stranded on the street for 3 hours before the company could get it together enough to find us a place to sleep. Instead of doing the right thing and providing us a comparable property to what we rented, they put us in a 4 bedroom house (original rental was 8 bedrooms) for 16 adults. Michele was apologetic at first but took ZERO accountability for the companys mistake. There is no such thing as customer service at this company. We expected a refund for THEIR mistake but nope. We still had to pay for the dump they put us in. Not to mention a ruined vacation spending hours on the phone. Dont believe any of the BS on their website about a promise to quality and care. Those words dont exist in their vocabulary.

We drove in from Chicago to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and stayed at a GoodNight Stay property. It was large and had enough beds for our group of 10. The property was clean and had an amazing pool! Our questions were always answered in a timely and friendly manner. We are already planning our next trip back!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Their customer service was awful (Breanna was very rude and unprofessional) and due to the current situations with the pandemic, you would think they be a little more understanding and willing to help work with their customers. We paid $2000 for our stay that was canceled days prior because THEY DOUBLE BOOKED the property and then did not even allow us to rebook for another week due to their mistake. They took our money and have not answered or responded to us reaching out several times. They are very insensitive with customers and I believe they have scammed a lot of people through their rentals. After reading their terrible reviews, I wanted to write a review myself to possibly help someone else from this happening to them. Especially with the times we are in, some of us cant afford to lose thousands of dollars for situations we have no control over. I should have read more reviews and done research. on this company prior to booking with them. Unfortunately, I have noticed this is not the first time they have done this to their customers. Very disappointed

Really enjoyed our trip to Scottsdale. No home is perfect and the one time I called customer service because we didnt have a broom they brought one over within a few hours. We would rather stay in a home than a hotel and the home we stayed at was clean and perfect for our group. Thanks

Cant say enough about this company. Excellent stay in Nashville this past week. I use short term rentals each week and they are definitely a step above the rest. I was greeted with a unit that was lit up at night, smelled great, music on, and they had a very nice gift basket waiting. Entry was seamless with a digital code lock set to the last 4 digits of my phone number. The homes design and comfort was superb! Beautiful in every way. The team was super responsive and communication prior to the stay was perfect. I will be back! highly recommended!

Anyone who has enjoyed the pleasures of home ownership knows that no property is perfect or stays that way for long.But the folks at Goodnight Stay Vacations have created an experience for us that has been as close to perfect as anyone could ever expect!We started our Scottsdale rental in late March 2020 and have needed it through November until we closed on a new house. Since weve effectively been quarantining the entire time since going into Covid lockdown I can assure you we have experienced every square inch of this beautiful rental home.The GNS team has been great! From managing the multiple service providers (pool guy, lawn services, propane guy, repair team) to quickly helping us with a few little fixes, communicating with the property owner, helping with special reimbursement receipts, and even stopping by to take in packages when they arrived unexpectedly while on a trip, the Goodnight team has been professional, responsive, and just plain nice.Id trust them for any future rental need and even let them manage our new house if we ever decided to rent it.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company, we had so many problems with this property and in the end I was called a liar because I did not take pictures of the issues.We rented a home for two families for New Year’s Eve with three children under 5. We chose this specific place over others because of the pool and the hot tub as it would be entertaining for the kids.The house was nice and clean, however the lack of up keep on the house was concerning. Not only was the pool filthy but the hot tub did not work, so both were unusable. Besides that other concerning problems with the house were found;-Pool filthy-Hot tub not working-Built in freezer almost falls out of the wall-Remotes completely smashed and almost unusable-Door nobs/handles missing - one child got stuck in the bathroom-top stair of the staircase was cracked and almost falling off. Very dangerous-toilet paper hangers falling off-1 out of 6 stove elements working-exterior doors don’t lock or and some did not open at all, concerning with young children running around and the pool being right outside the doors.-lights flicking on and off by themselves-Blinds were falling off when trying to use them-One glass door was smashed and covered with paperI had been emailing back and forth with good timing then received no response after voicing my concerns about the property. We ended up leaving one day early because we couldn’t use the amenities let alone cook a meal for a family of 7.After two weeks I received a short email stating my request had been denied, and when I spoke to someone over the phone they told me they did not have a reason. After speaking with VRBO directly I was told they spoke with Goodnights stay and they have denied my request because they went into the home after our check out and none of the issues I expressed were true!COMPLETELY ridiculous. Why would I need to lie about these issues.We had no problem paying the rate for the property we thought we were renting, and it should NOT be the renters responsibility to take images of their failing property in order to be taken seriously.This is obviously an excuse to not have to refund us as per my requestBeyond ridiculous, and will never recommend or use this management company again!

Stayed at BRAND NEW! BEST CENTRAL LOCATION - PRIVATE POOL! This house was extremely clean and just perfect for our family. It was exactly as pictured in photos or better. The kitchen was stocked enough to function cooking all meals at the house. There were plenty of necessities like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get us through the week. Even some extras like dish soap, dish detergent, coffee and filters. Excellent stay!

My families trip was double booked by this company and the company didn’t realize it until they arrived and there was another group already in the house. They were left standing in the street for hours before the company found another property for them. The second property was not as large or as nice as the one that was originally booked. This company was very difficult to work with and did not have any compassion for the situation. In fact, they never admitted that it was their mistake and that they would take care of it. They had to be argued with during multiple phone conversations with them which totally ruined my families vacation.It would be smart not to book anything through this company.

I informed Goodnight Stay I was not sure if I was going to be able to fly to Arizona due to the GLOBAL PANDEMIC and wanted to know if I would be able to get any money back after I paid the balance due. They said I would only get the cleaning fee back if I paid the rest, so I didnt pay and figured at least I was only losing my deposit. Next day, there was a $660 charge on my credit card. I was so confused because I hadnt paid the invoice they sent. I wasnt even planning to use that credit card to pay it if I was able to go. I tried contacting them, no response for days so I disputed the charge. Almost 6 months later, and I just found out I lost the dispute somehow. This company is A SCAM. They STOLE my money. I never authorized them to charge my card. DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY.also - a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake. pay attention to all of the names with just an initial last name, 0 previous reviews and all of the reviews sound similar. shady per usual.

If Im not staying at the Thompson Hotel in Nashville, I always stay with GoodNight. It works perfect if I want to take a work associate with me. Its always more convenient to stay in a short term rental that has multiple bedrooms and a kitchen when with others. Their homes are right in the gulch, the location couldnt get better. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend GoodNight Stay. We had such a great experience from the minute we booked until the time we left. Their home was so far superior to anything else weve stayed in in Nashville. They also assigned a concierge to our stay and we used them for dinner reservations, bookings experiences and general knowledge of the area. The home was located just outside of the Gulch and we walked to the Gulch daily. I dont think the stay could have gone any better. We will be back!

DO NOT RENT FROM GOOD NIGHT STAY. They cancelled 6 hours prior to my check in for a planned trip to have surgery at the Mayo. I called a week in advance of the trip to make sure everything was ok for our stay and was reassured that it was. I then sent an email the day before to get check in instructions and received those only to be called on my way to appointments at the hospital to tell me that they were cancelling because the house was sold?! What kind of piss poor business are you running that you dont even know the home your are managing was sold?! They then offered me a place without a pool even though the one I originally rented had a pool. Friends were flying into town to help me after surgery and I wanted them to be able to take a break and relax. Totally unacceptable. I had to book another place at the last minute costing an extra thousand dollars. They should have not only refunded my money but provided me compensation for the extra cost since this was their fault. And to add insult to injury they continued to send me we hope your stay is going well emails a few days later. This company does not deserve anyones business. Do not rent from them.

We would absolutely stay here again. This home was located in the best nashville location. We walked every day into the gulch, only 2 blocks. The home was clean, beds were very comfortable and slept my 8 girlfriends and I easily. Very safe neighborhood and incredible style and design in the home. We have had a seven night stay at a house in Scottsdale booked for over 3 months. We just got an email, less than 48 hours from our scheduled check-in, stating the owners have decided to switch the home from short term to long term rental and our reservation is cancelled. All we could get was an apology and “it’s the owners fault.” How can they not honor existing agreements? They did confirm that if we cancelled at this time we would have to pay a large penalty. They offer a refund but now we have to try and replan a vacation on less than two days notice. Horrible company! We will never use them again. There are a lot of one star reviews for a reason.

There was no communication regarding my stay. Thought a code would be sent to me the day we got there...we flew all day and when we landed I had no messages. It took over two hours to get the information I needed. It was after 9pm and pitch black and the key lock was in the ground behind pipes not near the front door. We had issues with the internet and access to the pool and it took multiple times to contact someone regarding both. Would never do business with them again. Tried contacting afterwards twice with no response. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Absolutely nothing to like. Never, ever rent this property again due to how they treat the renters. We had rented this house for 4-days for a bachelor party with all of us being out of state. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic all our misc. plans, vehicle rentals, airlines and 1-hotel stay to golf a day early was all canceled on us and we all received full credit (a full refund I should say). The ONLY exception is this tenant and the agency involved would not return our deposit because they’re obviously insensitive and cheap. Totally no class under these trying circumstances for everyone. Legally may be our only option to pursue our deposit unless those responsible have a change of heart in doing what’s ethically right during this Pandemic. We rented a Goodnight Stay home through VRBO.The communication was terrible, the home was dirty and items we confirmed would be at the house, were not there upon our arrival.We stayed recently and since the pandemic began, everything is about being clean. Starting with the entry door, it was evident that the house was not clean and definitely not disinfected.Its a shame that Goodnight Stay is not an effective property manager as the house itself was in a beautiful area and had a great floor plan for groups or families.Rent through someone else if at all possible.

Avoid this company at all costs - I received notification 5 hours before check-in that our rental for 10 guests was double booked and we could not arrive. They offered to have us stay in another property for part of our stay yet would require us to incur the additional expenses.They would not take responsibility for the mistake or assist us in finding another accommodation that was comparable or even less than what we originally booked.

We listed our property with GoodNight. We were very lucky to find them! The owner Scott Graden is incredible and established. We were really lucky to be able to work with him as he was stuck in town during the pandemic. We are currently making about 25% more than our last management company. Their processes and procedures are so far above what we are used to. Our home is in perfect shape as their people are in our home before and after each stay. We are so happy with GoodNight Stay and would recommend them to any our friends and family!

Stayed at MZ OLD TOWN DREAM * WALK TO EVERYTHING! *The space is gorgeous! All the surrounding units make you feel like you’re not even in the city anymore. Like your own little neighborhood. We had friends visiting in town so we booked this Airbnb for a staycation with them. All the rooms were spacious and we LOVED that we all had our own bathrooms. The only thing I was surprised by were the amount of stairs in the unit! Luckily we’re all very young - So it wasn’t a bother but if I booked this for my parents they couldn’t have made them up and down. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook in some nights! If they visit again - we would definitely love to rebook! Also - location was PERFECT!

Stayed at ** 15% OFF MODERN 5BD/3BTH - MINS TO OLD TOWN! **This place was immaculate. The communication was amazing and very thorough. The neighborhood was quiet and safe! There were restaurants and shops within a 10 minute drive. A nice public park was nearby as well. The pool was the perfect temperature! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The house was quite spacious and could fit 6 people comfortably, possibly more. We had more than enough of everything. Such a wonderful stay!

I hate writing reviews but felt like I had to here. I had such a good time in Nashville with GoodNight Stay. The home we rented from them had some plumbing issues caused by the city and they immediately moved and upgraded us to a better location and a much larger home. Their customer service is amazing. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and their owner even got involved to make it happen. The home had a super cool look and feel and was very clean. Avoid at all costs or you will be writing a one-star review at a high cost! Seemingly the only company in the world that isnt acknowledging the pandemic refuses to refund anything for reservation for a 4/30/20 weekend in which our group is legally not permitted to stay at their site. The fact that we didnt cancel until the AZ state restrictions literally forbade us from keeping our reservation (still a month in advance) are being used as a reason for this incredibly unethical company to pocket our money while providing 0% of the agreed upon services. My experience is based on a COVID-related cancellation. The houses look very nice and well kept, and Im sure theyre great to stay in - but I advise you to steer clear of this company due to their inflexibility during the pandemic. You are better off booking through AirBNB or VRBO, where there is protection for the consumer. I recently cancelled a trip due to the governors mandate to re-close the state of Arizona, and I was told by GoodNights Customer Service manager that I knew the risk when I booked, even though I booked long before any of this began. Long story short: they have an EXTREMELY strict no-refund policy and even in the midst of the pandemic will do very little to work with you if you must cancel.

SHAMEFUL! THIEVES!Do NOT book with Goodnight Stay. I repeat DO NOT book with GOODNIGHT STAY.Chicago, IL recently banned travel to specific states, Arizona, being one of them. This travel ban was placed on July 5, 2020 and we had booked their 14 bed place in early June (before travel ban) for July 30, 31, August 1 and 2, 2020. Our flights canceled on us shortly after this ban was placed, leaving our hands literally tied. I contacted Goodnight Stay immediately after the travel ban was ordered; sharing our concerns, sent them links and screenshots to the travel ban and they still slapped me with the bogus cancellation policy. Goodnight Stay is refusing to reimburse us for our payment and AIR BNB refuses to hold this company accountable. I notified this company and AIR BNB on July 6 about the travel ban (more than 14 days from our stay) and they continue to refuse us a full refund. Goodnight Stay, the owner of the home and AIR BNB should be ashamed of their actions; you are stealing from hard working people that keep your companies in business. AIR BNB has given to much authority to the owners of the home and 0 say for the ones renting as it relates to safety and COVID 19.WE.ARE.TIRED.OF.IT.I advise everyone to look Goodnight Stay up on the Better Business Bureau and glance at the reviews (similar situations regarding full refunds). This company was also in the news for poor business practices; renting their places out to the public under the guise that it was safe to travel and safe to stay at their rentals.Goodnight Stay, the Owner of the rental and AIR BNB, have 0 respect for people, 0 respect for your health and wellness and they certainly do not care that they are stealing from you. They think their businesses are hurting? What about ours? What about all of us who were laid off, fired, the ones who are front line workers and will lose their licenses to practice? This company would rather keep your money as opposed to practicing good business and giving back to the people who keep them in business!I never right reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience with the public because you ALL have the right to know what youre getting yourself into. There are plenty of other rentals as lovely as the ones they offer and plenty of other companies like AIR BNB out there. I strongly advise you look into using other companies. Shame on Goodnight Stay, shame on the owner of the rental and a BIG SHAME to AIR BNB.

I was looking for a vacation rental for my family in Scottsdale over the winter, but chose NOT to do business with this company, upon learning that 2 of their reviews here were actually posted by EMPLOYEES of the company (David Vargas & Lexis McGuire), impersonating actual rental customers, and another review from REALTOR Breanna Sanchez has since been removed. I am a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, and this kind of unethical practice reflects poorly on professionals in the real estate industry.

Buyer beware!! Strongly suggest do not use this company. The customer / renter is LAST in its business model. Given the current health crisis, how does Goodnight Stay not even offer a compromise for near term cancellations i.e., partial refund, alternate dates, other properties, etc.? Please avoid this company at all cost. My fiancé and I had a huge trip planned. This company misrepresented the house we were supposed to stay in - originally they said it has 7 bedrooms and when we submitted the final payment, they told us it only had 6. The photos of the listing were also changed after we had paid. This wont work for our group and now they are not offering any refund. They have also taken several days to respond after weve emailed and called the main line and the GM, David Vargas. We are currently still waiting for them to respond to a message from 2 days ago.

This company practices poor customer service on many levels. Not only is it a GLOBAL PANDEMIC that they’re not acknowledging, they’re taking full advantage of their customers during this time by refusing to follow cancellation and refund protocol. We’re suppose to stay at one of their properties in Arizona within the next few weeks but due to the GLOBAL devastation happening AND statewide legal restraint of large social gatherings were forced to cancel and they’re REFUSING to accept our cancellation or to refund us our money. We even tried postponing, rescheduling the dates to a time that is safe for all and LEGAL for that matter but they won’t allow this to happen and continue to deny any and all request we present to them during this time. I will NEVER use this company again and I will most certainly tell everyone I know how disrespectful they have treated us. This is a time we as a nation/world should come together and look out for one another, not STEAL or take advantage of a saddening situation. Shame on you and your company.

Awesome Company, they really went to bat for me during the pandemic. My rental property was failing miserably and I was managing it myself. They came in and were able to provide immediate income. Their owner, Scott Graden is incredible and a leader in the industry. I dont think there is anyone more knowledgeable. We are Chicagoans that stay yearly with GoodNight. This year was still a great trip but turned into a 3 month stay due to COVID. We didnt want to go back to Chicago where it was a hotspot. Scott Graden the owner and fellow Chicagoan is always incredible to work with. The team bent over backwards for us and cleared the schedule for our stay. My family appreciated this as we had no where else to go. I know it was alot of work but they didnt even blink and eye and just took care of it. We are indebted for the care they exhibited during our stay. I will always recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you GoodNight!

Do not under any circumstances stay at any of the property rentals with Goodnight Stay. These people are horrible and extremely unprofessional. We were supposed to stay here for a bachelorette in Scottsdale when we got word of COVID-19. We monitored it closely and I reached out to the property manager and he claimed that the virus was not in “Sunny Arizona” and that everything was fine to try to entice us to keep with our rental. It wasn’t until the lockdown and the fact that we couldn’t travel that we had to request termination of the property. The property manager said that he wouldn’t refund us any money but we could move our trip to another time in the near future and then he cancelled our trip over night without telling us and without refund or a future date. He wouldn’t respond again even when the head manager of VRBO tried to call him on the phone with me during the dispute. Finally we took it to the credit card companies and Goodnight Stay responded saying to the company that they can’t do anything about a pandemic and refused to give us any money at all (even a refund for the pool fee, insurance and cleaning fee). After 3 months of disputing with the credit card company, we received $450 of the $2700+ rental and nothing more. There is evidence that this company is a fraud all over the internet and I can’t even believe that people are this greedy during a time like this. They are not kind in any way and will do everything in their power to take advantage of their customers. karma will definitely come their way.

I have been meaning to write this for weeks now, as I normally do not leave reviews, but I like to recognize excellence when I come across it, which is not often!I booked a couple of nights at one of their Old town Scottsdale properties during the COVID-19 pandemic and was not expecting much as AirBNB had previously turned out to be a horrible experience, but upon arrival I was amazed at the property. It was beautifully decorated and more than I could have imagined! The value was so great I ended up extending my stay a few weeks when my mom was unexpectedly hospitalized, my sister who is a nurse ended up coming into town and was able to stay with me, which even with the last min add on and then the sudden need for late night coming and going they didn’t blink an eye, while other properties would have had a problem. Family members, my business associates, her business associates and more were able to have a place that was a showstopper, to come and handle business matters, eat, or whatever the need be that normally would have been done in a different setting, but due to COVID-19 had to be rethought. Where there would have been chaos, it was a breeze having that place, and again, they went above and beyond to accommodate.Tanner and the rest of the staff were more than helpful, and I was shocked at their level of professionalism and customer service! On the first day my daughter and I were cooking and needed a can opener and when we couldn’t locate one, I emailed about the availability of that item. As their kitchens do come with most everything you would need, the fact that it wasn’t there was just a fluke. We went on about our day and I didn’t check my email again right away stating they would take care of it, and you can imagine my surprise when a short while later we went to go for a walk and found that someone had delivered a brand new can opener to the unit, it what seemed like record time.This company is light years ahead of and better than AirBnb, who I would highly recommend everyone boycott due to their excessive spying and beyond shady business practices. Whenever able I would recommend booking directly through goodnight stays website. You won’t be disappointed!!!Thank you Goodnight stay for being a treasure in a sea of trash. The Scottsdale market could learn a thing or two about customer service, professionalism and class from you.

My family and I booked a home through GoodNight Stay and we were very impressed! The home was incredible, even better than the photos! It fit my group of 10 comfortably and there was plenty of interior and exterior space for us to relax and mingle during our 5 night stay. The home was spotless upon arrival and GoodNight Stay’s customer service team was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We will be back very soon! This company is morally corrupt and has criminal business practices. We had booked 4 nights stay for a youth baseball tournament but then the tournament was canceled due to Covid-19. Additionally, our state of Oregon was given a “stay at home order.” They refused to reimburse us, even though VRBO advised them to do so. We are out approx. $2000. Absolutely do not book with Good Night Stay, they are morally corrupt and unwilling to do the right thing in the midst of a global pandemic. Appalling.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. We are living in unprecedented times during the Covid19 pandemic. Arizona has issued a stay at home order for their residents. However, Goodnight Stay feels that it is appropriate to encourage our group to either risk flying to Arizona or keep our security deposit for a April 29th check in. With police, fire, and other front line essential workers in our group, this wasnt even a option. GoodNight stay has decided that they could keep our deposit even though Arizona state government has told their residents to stay home. This is unethical and terrible business. Stay away at all costs.

Appalling customer service. We are in a global pandemic and Goodnight Stay refuses to acknowledge the dire situation. We are out of country travelers, literally unable to fly to the USA, and this company will not make any exception. No refund, no reduced rate, no offer for rebooking. This company refuses to refund my deposit for a trip scheduled 4/30. We booked well before the Covid 19 stuff started and by the time it became a reality my deadline to cancel and receive a full refund had passed. Statewide restrictions prohibit social gathering and my groups size was 18. They downplayed the virus and encouraged us to travel which is extremely unethical and irresponsible.Im extremely disappointing in the business decision this company made to retain money from my group, most of which were financially impacted and could really use the money that this company refuses to refund.In addition, they are poorly representing the home owners as they are claiming its the home owners that refuse to issue a refund. I recommend any home owner thinking about listing with this company that they think long and hard about their unethical business practices.I will never recommend this company to anyone and hope theres large lawsuits that arise from their exploitation from this global pandemic.

During the middle of a worldwide pandemic, this company refuses to negotiate any sort of refund for our upcoming stay in Arizona. A group of us traveling from New York, Georgia, and Kentucky desperately wish we could make our trip, but in order to do our part to help stop the spread of the virus, we decided it was best that we cancel to protect our own health, as well as the health of anyone we may come in contact with during travel. This company has repeatedly replied to our requests with generic messages, denied negotiating any sort of refund, and even lied about having talked with the governors office stating they said they “aren’t too worried about this virus”. There was a similar situation reported in the Phoenix Sun Times so I know we aren’t the only ones having issues with this company. It is totally unacceptable that Goodnight Stay and VRBO are not willing to help people in this crisis we are all facing. The last thing we want to do is cancel, but we have no choice as our jobs will make us self quarantine for 2 weeks for any travel. I know someone else who booked through Airbnb and has had no trouble receiving a refund. I will never book through VRBO again, and most definitely will make sure I never book with Goodnight Stay through any other platform.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Goodnight Stay misrepresented the home we reserved and the staff has not responded to my messages for 2 days now. We booked a 7 bedroom home that sleeps 22 people and upon completing payment (almost$9k total), the notified us that it is a 6 bedroom home that sleeps 20 people. Incredible experience. We switched over from Vacasa and its a night and day experience. We had major issue with Vacasa - cleanliness and maintenance issues. Our home has been incredibly maintained and our income is up 25% with GoodNightStay. Ive been fortunate enough to work with their founder for the past few month, Scott Graden. His knowledge of the industry is unmatched. We are looking forward to continuing the relationship with GoodNight and are looking for our 2nd vacation rental now to have them manage.
