They had a posting on Airbnb showing as available, I booked it, they happily took my money, then were completely unresponsive when I asked for details of how to access the unit. After a couple days told me the unit wasn’t available. Even then, didn’t cancel my reservation so continued to sit on my money. I had to get Airbnb involved to resolve it, and even they had problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Lesson learned...read reviews and trust people when they say this is a horrible company that cares nothing about your experience. Once Padzu has your money, they will not answer phone calls or return voicemails or emails. Amazes me how this company stays in business. We rented “Ahwatukee Sanctuary” in Phoenix mostly for the hot tub and outdoor bar area. The hot tub would not heat up and the outdoor bar area was filthy and had not been maintained or cleaned in months. I emailed and called Padzu before and during our stay with no response or help to get the hot tub working. Pictures of the home were very misleading as this house is falling apart and in poor repair. Renting this house was expensive and ruined our trip to Phoenix. Shame on Padzu and VRBO

Definitely worth the money to spoil yourself. Every amenity is provided. Its nice to have a comfy home base. Saved money having a place to cook meals and decompress. Very easy and professional staff. Loved having a pool and not having to go the beach everyday.

This company is absolutely by far the worst in the business. I am totally puzzled how with the way they conduct themselves they are still in business. Anyone that does business with them will totally be mislead, lied to and once in the place will not be able to reach them. They will not talk on the phone. They will send a text or respond to a text if it benefits them but not for anything you are needing or wanting. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen: do not I repeat do not do business with them in any way. You have been warned

The staff was easy to deal with and straight forward. The house was ready on time. There was an issue with internet that ended up being with the provider, maintenance took care of contacting them and relaying repair info to us. Problem was resolved quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again if we had a large number of people.

This company kept our $2000 and canceled our reservation when we asked for a refund because Im disabled and cant travel when the president is telling us to avoid groups of 10 or more.. This is truly the slimiest company Ive ever dealt with. They were so rude and basically made fun of me being handicapped. Then when they got upset we wanted to cancel and told us We will cancel your reservation but not offer you a refund even though we very clearly said we only want to cancel with a full refund. Shady is an understatement.

I rented an Apartment in Palm Springs and I have to say that Sierra and Ryan were very available and nice. Every requests I have sent have been answered right away and solutions to any problem were found. Sierra did an amazing job!

Padzu Vacation Homes were easy to work with and accommodating. The place we stayed was a very nice place. Our only disappointment was the loud construction going on in our back yard.Padzu Vacation Homes did what they could and I thank them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We booked one of their listings through Vrbo, but when we got to the property the resort didn’t have record of our reservation even though Padzu already took our money. Big shock they didn’t answer our calls, messages or emails.

Highly recommend using Padzu to book your next vacation. I stayed in one of the Townhouses with my family in Scottsdale and it was a great experience overall! Our place was walking distance from downtown Scottsdale, the house was thoroughly clean, beds were comfortable, it came with a television and the internet worked well. We even cooked dinner one night and the kitchen did its job. All in all satisfied with the unit.

Stayed in one of Padzus rentals in Park City over Memorial Day weekend. Communication was great from the beginning, and they were extremely attentive with every detail. The staff member we dealt with was very friendly, and came over within minutes of us reaching out about a question on the property. I would recommend Padzu for anyone looking for a great vacation rental experience!

Because our house was full of toxic black mold and I had to get my kids out of there. I booked a reservation with this company for a month 1800.00 and they cancelled my reservation hours later and told me I have to wait 5 days for my funds. When you book a reservation they don’t email or communicate anything about check-in process, you call their number and main office nobody answer leave messages and emails takes hours for a response. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Thanks to them I’m homeless with my kids because they held my last money for 5 days and cancelled my reservation. My first and last time using them. From the reviews everyone have similar issues with them. They don’t deserve 1 star!

Had a great time in Palm Springs thanks to Padzu! There were no issues with our stay thanks to the helpful staff, they were willing to answer any and all of our questions. The location was great and the house was clean, not much more I could ask for. We will be using Padzu on our next vacation in Park City!

Rented and paid through airbnb they pulled my cancelation without telling me and the 1k refund takes 3-5 days. The only reason i can think why they pulled this is because im a person of color.

I stayed in Park City using Padzu and overall it was a great experience. The Padzu team was extremely helpful and communicated well. The place was exactly as pictured and we had no issues checking in. The unit was very clean and the TV was easy to use as well as great internet service. I recommend using Padzu to anyone that wants a hassle-free vacation.

I dont even know where to start....we booked a rental for a little over 2 months in palm springs area. We paid for the rental IN FULL approximately a month ago. The night before we check-in my wife gets an EMAIL stating that the own of the property is uncomfortable with the rental amount and they CANCELED our reservation. Once again, we paid for the whole 9 weeks upfront appx 4 weeks ago....I immediately called the office and couldnt get ahold of anyone ( which has been the norm for the last month sense booking the house). I then called the 24 emergency number and the woman that answered DOESNT EVEN WORK FOR THE COMPANY ANYMORE. She told me that she hasnt worked there for a couple of months.....We had given notice to our apartment and due to covid we cant risk staying with family due to the health issues that I have.So thank you padzu because as of Monday morning my wife, 2 young daughters, and I will be homeless.I cannot stress enough NEVER NEVER NEVER book with this company.To cancel the day before you are supposed to check in and not even call is BEYOND crazy!If you enjoy last minute cancelations or when something goes wrong not being able to get ahold of someone to assist you, then this is your place!

The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice pool. Will stay again.

I went and booked on Homeaway a house. I got a confirmation email however I noticed that I only got charged the service fee. I called homeaway and they told me to call them. So I did, they told me that I wasnt booked since the payment didnt go through on their end but on homeaway it was reserved. So I tried reserving their through their website. Nope someone had just reserved it hours after I got cancelled and I couldnt do anything about it. Not only that but I called 10 times until eventually they answered. Never book with them.

Thanks to Padzu our stay in Palm Springs was very enjoyable. They were very accommodating and answered any questions we had right away! The house was beautiful and the location was great!

The service we received from Padzu in light of covid was completely unacceptable. We had a rental through a vrbo property that they represent called villa Serena. Due to covid and border closures we weren’t able to go in March 2020. Repeatedly we requested the option to re book and did not request a refund. Their response “owners can not be expected to bare the entire burden of this crisis”. Their full response was w“We signed a cancellation policy”. All that was ultimately refunded after weeks of requests was the cleaning fee. Do not book with this vacation rental agency

My business partner and I booked a Padzu condo in Deer Valley, UT for a conference, and it was amazing. The place was exactly as advertised, we had no issues checking in w/ keyless entry, it was professionally cleaned, the cable / sound system was easy to use, and the service was really great. Id highly recommend Padzu, and were booking with them for our upcoming trip in Scottsdale!

Stayed at the Scottsdale House, which is beautiful, well-kept and very well appointed. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Once you rent from them they are non-responsive, you will be unable to get in touch with them. They charged us to heat the pool/spa at a rental but we arrived to a cold pool/spa. Took our entire vacation to heat up. This had been addressed by previous renters but they have learned nothing.

They are refusing to cancel and refund the stay we booked through VRBO. SHAME ON YOU! VRBO is reimbursing fees and cancellation penalties to ALL owners, yet the still refuse to give our money back. SO LOW PADZU!

Impossible to get a hold of them, poor customer service.

Rented an apartment in Scottsdale, AZ. At first I blamed the owner of the condo however after communicating with the employees and owner of this rental company I firmly believe it is their fault my condo rental was terrible. I found toenail clippings on the rug, strands of hair around the bathroom and unwashed towels. The hot water heater went out constantly and the pool and hot tub were broken. Padzu owner Ryan called me a liar and offered no sympathy or reimbursement. If I see Padzu is the rental company I will choose a different rental property and be sure to tell other renters of my experience with Padzu.

Last spring we had to fight to get a refund for a reservation made through vrbo that PADZU cancelled themselves involving our bank Dispute Resolution centre and VRBO risk and security dept.PADZU reactivated the reservation 10 months later and charged a credit card number they shouldnt even of had so we are having to fight AGAIN. Please for your own sake, do not deal with this company.

Horrible! Anything ryan dame is associated with is a con and fraud. I rented a condo, paid for the week months in advance, confirmed with him on the phone and when I arrived he had sold The property and left us stranded. He didn’t even have the decency to apologize over text...no response. This guy is a thief! Do NOT rent from this company. I’m not the first one to be conned. Learn from my mistakes, this guy should be in jail for fraud.

Had a great stay a home in Scottsdale Managed by PADZU. The process was seamless and the home was absolutely perfect. Location of the home and helpful staff made the trip a real vacation. We will be back.

My wife and I stayed in one of Padzus condos in park city for the weekend. It was the perfect spot for a romantic get away from our home SLC. We got in to the house with no issues making the experience that much more relaxing. Will be using Padzu to book our next vacation!

Do not use this company avoid at all costs!! They took our booking then 6 weeks of leaving messages and calls to finally get a response from a very nice lady in UTAH. She confirmed my booking, took my money in full then out of nowhere they cancelled 3 months later saying my card was flagged as fraud, complete rubbish !!!! you had been paid I have the receipt and strange enough you were quick at sending it back to me...I would suggest this is down to price the villa has gone up by 50% since we booked for same dates !!! My suggestion is that if you put wrong prices on internet, take money and confirm bookings then honor it, shocking service in all the years I have been going to the USA....DO NOT USE THEM !

I could not be happier with my experience with Padzu Vacation Homes. Heather and her colleagues were on point during my whole stay. They were there when I needed assistance or had a problem. Could not ask for a better team of people to be working for you.

Terrible!!! Ive booked their place on AirBnb and they left me on the street.I travelled more than 10 hours from overseas with two big baggages in Palm Springs was 115F. I sent message to them one day before to ask what time I can check in the all I get is this: 4pm. Is this a polite answer from a property management? I showed up at 3.50pm front of the building but the exact address wasnt provided, while the Airbnb policy requires to provide the exact address after the payment!I was waiting in the car 50 min I called them three times and sent them message, I never get back from them. I called Airbnb customer service, they also called them but they couldnt reach out Padzo. It was already 6 pm and I called a real estate agency in the city and I was very lucky to find a property. I was already waiting for the new property key when Padzo called me and asked me who I am and why I called him three times he had a meeting. I provided my phone number to them more than 30 days before but they still didnt know who I am. When I complain the answer was that they cancel my reservation. He told me that I yelling on him.The agent was disgusting he said I didnt mention where I am, but I sent him a message with the building number the unit wasnt provided to me and he said I failed. Ive been 56 countries in my life I travelled all over the world but I never faced with such an unfair and rude person and process. Not recommended for foreigners! Probably he felt he can do this to me because Im not from the States.

These guys messed my entire vacation up. I scheduled it 5 months prior through them. When I show up at our place they had no information about my booking they never got my info. I tried reaching out to them for hours with no response. Calls messages. I highly do not recommend them do ur self a favor and skip over this place. If ur an owner try let them manage ur places guess what I got full refund through airbnb ( they use airbnb to book there places ). Airbnb saved my vacation and laid difference in the next booking I had to make after this place dropped the ball! Do ur self favor and dont book through them and good luck to everyone on there vacations!

Literally a scam. They cancel my reservation in Vegas because they found out it was EDC weekend and then put the listing back up 3x the prices. Do not book with these people they will ruin your vacation. Luckily I found a place close by.
