Great option for vacation rentals. Always clean and well organized. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed with CasaGo in June for the kids graduation from college and high school celebration. It was an amazing trip staying at the Princesa de Peñasco and then taking a sunset cruise on the Seniorita Rita. CasaGos attention to detail, quick checkin time and the ability to answer our questions about restaurants and quad rentals made the trip just an absolute joy. My wife and I are planning other vacations by the areas that CasaGo services in the United States and Mexico... Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Stayed in a property in Scottsdale and had police called on me for no reason. Police didnt even know why...Property was dirty, and worst of all 2 casago employees entered the property while my 4 children were down stairs running around. And both walked out apologizing. These were separate days. Try to stay away from Logan. Hes has horrible customer service.

I want to rate Casago as a company that brings the best guest service. My family stayed in Scottdale, AZ and we were greeted warmly. I always felt like home and had a great experience, I recommend and thank Casago for the nice treat.

Rock Point is the perfect place to find a nice getaway from life for a bit. Youll find plenty of sun and beach here, and the water is always crystal clear, blue, and warm. Most of the hotels are right on the beach, so you feel like you open your door to the ocean. Be sure to call in advance to make reservations at a hotel, because they can fill up pretty quickly. Whatever you do, though, you need to be sure that you at least make it out to Rocky Point sometime. This place is almost too good to be true.

My experience at Casago Scottsdale was very good they were so attentive to everything i needed! I stayed in Mountain Horizon in Scottsdale, the house was so beautiful, the wood flooring so nice, very clean, my daughters enjoy it!! Will be back!!🖤

We use Casago to manage our home In Scottsdale and could not be happier! They take excellent care of it and always let us know what’s going on. Going into our third year with them and looking forward to many more. Catrina is excellent!

Casago, definitely the best choice to stay. Beautiful place, everything was very clean. We recived all we needed and the whole service was excellent.

On our vacations we visted the house The Cosmopolitan, and we had so much fun. The Scottsdale Casago team provided a great service. Which is why we will be coming back.

I have stayed with Casago many times at many of their homes in both Tucson and Scottsdale. I have always had a great experience. I love the Staff! Especially Susanna, She is always super helpful.

Incredibly poor customer service. Nobody knows anything. Would never recommend this company to anybody. For the 25% fee they charge they should have people working for them that are much more competent and are able to say something more than I dont know. Unreal.

I stayed at Marina Pinacate on May 2017. Not on the beach but can walk a little to the beach, nice view though. Room quality was a little dirty but was okay for the price we paid. We went through seaside reservations to reserve the condo. I want to Thank Jorge at the front desk in Rocky Point for all his assistance. I had left my work computer in one of the drawers in the unit, and he personally went to check. He kept me posted and was able to locate my computer. I am really grateful for the honesty and good customer service!! I would use them again on my next vacation. THANK YOU Jorge!

We rented a casago property this past weekend in Scottsdale and it was the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The staff was extremely helpful and their customer service was above and beyond what we could have ever expected. They even decorated the house for my friends birthday...it was icing on the cake! We will definitely be using their services again soon!

RAT PROBLEM! Casago Property Management failed in their ability to manage this BASIC HEALTH CONCERN and is poor at delivering the basic management services for the property we were staying at. The property was vastly overpriced, and was NOT AS NICE AS IT LOOKED in the pictures: Recently restored should have said Rustic and utilitarian. If it was half the price, it would have been acceptable. Amenities offered were of poor quality (beds, linens) and in need of repair or a detailed cleaning (bathroom). Too much paperwork: multiple emails with forms, rules & regulations from Casago, and then the expectation that you drive to their office to get [bad] directions and lock box info! No information printout once we arrived, had to call again to get wifi info. Then the rats...When we found our fruit half eaten on the counter and rat poop throughout the kitchen drawers we booked accommodation elsewhere, and called to let Casago know that we were checking out early and why. After several calls back and forth to check with supervisors, they said they would send paperwork for our requested refund. It has been 5 days and we have NOTHING FROM THEM! They did not take the situation seriously - no apology, no assurance of compensation. DO NOT RENT A CASIGO PROPERTY!

I used Casago when my house flooded about 3 months ago. The insurance company worked with this company. The property was clean when we got there. We enjoyed our stay. We did have problem with the pool not heating about 2 weeks into the stay. Their pool team was out to meet me the next afternoon and ended up working to get the parts for us that day.

Spring training home for 9 days. The property was clean and well-kept, and the property manager was responsive. My friend and I enjoyed our stay.

The past week my family and i took a roadtrip to Scottsdale and decided to book the Speakeasy Condo by CasaGo. It was the best option for our needs. Thanks to all the CasaGo staff members who made our little trip such an amazing time.

My family and I recently stayed over at Desert sun in Scottsdale and the pictures don’t do any justice to this house, it’s absolutely stunning! It was exactly what my family and I were looking for ! There is nothing bad I can think about, 100% We will definitely be back soon !!

I rented a Casago property last month for my family, and we had no problem, everything was perfect.

We have worked with Casago for many years and they have never failed to give us a great experience from booking to check in to checkout. Our favorite is staying at the Princesa Resort on Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. A quiet, beautiful resort and the condo we always stay in is top notch with all the amenities we could ever want and need. I highly recommend them for all of your travel accommodation needs.

We stayed at Sonoran Sky in Puerto Penasco. The rooms were very nice. However, we were charged $39.30 for the dry cleaning of the mattress of the sofa bed. We did not use the sofa bed. When I explained that to management they stated the cleaning had already been done so it had to be paid for. Thats not exactly fair especially since we did not use it. Our room wasnt even comepletley clean when we checked in. I found someone elses clothing in the master bedroom dresser. Not to mention it took 2 emails and over a week to get a response.I feel that money should be refunded to my credit card immediately. I will continue to spread the work of their terrible customer service from management. We will not be staying there again.
