Stayed a week in a Scottsdale house that was beyond the expectation of our 14 guests. The house was in impeccable condition, all furniture and electronics were new and in great shape, the pool and hot tub were a joy to use. Holiday Rental staff did a good job during the booking process and checking in on us during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. I would stay in this house and with this company again in a minute. Highly Recommended!!

Now theyre threatening me with a lawsuit. See people this the type of company you dont want to deal with. I saw a short man and a tall large man in this altercation. The short man was getting close to the large man. You could tell the large man felt threatened. You can deny this all you want but facts are facts. Just because I have many reviews doesnt mean I didnt see what I saw. I highly recommend renting somewhere else. Yesterday I watched the owner and some guy get into a fight at the property. These are supposed to be luxury homes with professionalism. I live in the neighborhood and I should not be seeing two grown men fight.

Our family just checked out of our villa we rented, City Views and WOW. I can see why they call the home City Views. The views were spectacular, I was working remote by the pool and it made my trip that much better. The views were incredible and the privacy it allows for is top notch. Pool was our favorite part of the Villa. We will be back again next April!

My Girlfriend has rented a house for the past month with Holiday Rental. Due to a remodel issue with my own house I ended up staying with her for almost two weeks. The responsiveness of the staff anytime we had a question or needed anything was amazing especially their Maintenance and Upper management team. You really cant ask for better customer service.

On The Rocks is a fabulous house to rent. Plenty of room for a large group not only for sleeping but also if you want some quiet time for yourself. Numerous TVs, putting/chipping green, horseshoes, corn hole and the pool/hot tub, there is no reason to have to leave to do anything else. Owls and hawks will keep you very occupied as well as the sunsets you will experience. On The Rocks has something for everyone. Holiday Rental personnel are very professional and timely addressing issues that arise during your stay. I would definitely look to use them again when looking to rent a house for a future vacation.

We just got back from our stay at Scottsdale Estate Villa and we had the most magical time. Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool, the views and the enormous backyard. We have rented a number of luxury Homes, condos and Villas all around the world. Other than the “Cave house” in Grenada, the “On The Rocks” house in Phoenix is the coolest house we have ever seen, much less rented. The house is also immaculately maintained. The quality of the finishes and the upkeep are second to none.Holiday Rentals, the Management company is the most professional, most organized and efficient management company we have ever experienced. The house was spotlessly clean and extremely well stocked. We could have lived there for 2 months and never run out of supplies. We also had 10 people and there were enough towels for several weeks, without doing laundry.Our direct contact was Kyle and he was amazing. He spent the good part of the first afternoon showing us the property and how everything functioned. He also called several times just to check-in and make certain we didn’t need anything. He was also extremely responsive. Anytime we called to ask a question he was Jonny on the spot. One time I got his voicemail and I did not leave a message, but within minutes he recognized my number and he called me back.I would absolutely seek out Holiday Rentals and I look forward to visiting the “On The Rocks” house again.

The Paradise Valley Mansion was such a fun house! The architecture was very unique and we wanted to experience every room in the house, such as movie night, fire pit, games, fitness center, swimming, baking/cooking, and even a photo shoot for the kids social media. We have such great family memories in this house and will definitely come back to experience this again!

I stayed at one of the properties - a gorgeous 3 story cabin in AZ.  It could not have been a better backdrop for my retreat.  Not only was the cabin clean, spacious, with pretty much every amenity you can think of (fireplace, wrap around deck, huge lawn, tennis courts, charcoal and propane barbecues, jacuzzi, pool table, darts, shuffle board - the list goes on!), but the team were extremely communicative regarding our questions before, and during our stay.It was an amazing trip and their teams efforts, and the beautiful cabin, made it even more difficult to leave!

WOW!! I just got back from the most incredible trip. We stayed at the Payson Heights property booked through Holiday Rental and I have to say I was completely blown away at the level of service and quality of our stay. The customer service rep Alec was so prompt to reply to any questions I had and had really great follow through during my booking. Upon arrival my family and our guests were so impressed with this property! It is HUGE and has so much space to run, play, and entertain! The bedrooms were all extremely comfortable and well kept and we LOVED the jacuzzi, game room and theater! We are already planning our next trip and cannot wait to stay at this property again! My husband and I love to travel and have pretty high standards. I have to say, this company was a pleasure to work with. The process was simple and they made it easy to communicate with them. We LOVED Payson Heights! Our family had 12 adults & 12 kids and there was plenty of room for all. We rented the main home plus the guest house.They had ping pong, pool table, corn hole, tennis, basketball, horseshoe pit, KanJam, jacuzzi, fire pit and tons of kids games, toddler toys and books for all. The kitchen provided everything needed. You were secluded, yet close to town. It was easy to rent with Holiday Rental. They answered all my questions and even sent a list of recommended restaurants, stores, bars, wineries and activities in and around Payson. We cant wait to rent again! This place is definitely 5 Stars!!!!!

Ive stayed at the Ritz Scottsdale and this was probably one of the nicest villas Ive ever been. The service was top of line, everyone was super responsive, nice and very helpful. We had a pool cleaner come in everyday, and 2 hours of house cleaning. The house itself was absolutely stunning and worth every dollar. Definitely recommend staying at this place!

My family loved our stay. Everything was detailed and put into place. We could not locate something in the home, and the management was extremely responsive. We couldnt have asked for a better trip.

Our girlfriend, Sondra Vidal, rented the On the Rocks property for her husband’s 40th birthday week and it was absolutely spectacular in every way. The location was scenic with a beautiful landscape surrounding and enveloping the house to create an “on top of the world” feeling, while viewing sunsets that looked like watercolor paintings from the many comfortable hang out areas offered. The property location was convenient to all points of interest and being able to see the house during our Camelback Mountain was surreal! The rooms and decor matched the natural aesthetic of the scenery and did not sacrifice comfort in achieving the at home elegance enjoyed. This was an experience surpassed by none and I cannot wait to visit On the Rocks again!!

We stayed at On The Rocks in Phoenix, AZ for a friend 40th birthday celebration and it was nothing short of fabulous! The home was absolutely gorgeous and then pool/waterfall and grotto feature made it such a beauty to look at. Not to mention the top of the mountain views. We had Chef Christine in one night for a Steak dinner, that was fabulous and the cleaning service (daily) was so amazing. Would 1000% go back!! Thank you Holiday Rental :)

Holiday Rental set the bar high during our recent trip to Arizona. Our four families loved the house so much that we barely made time to see the rest of Scottsdale. We had plenty of room, even with seven young children, and the Holiday Rental team took good care of us whenever we needed anything. The hot tub was just right (some hot tubs are more like lukewarm tubs, but not this one!), the fireplaces made the evenings cozy, and the views in the morning especially were spectacular. The surrounding area has anything one needs within a very short distance--for example, we play a lot of tennis and easily found some nearby. It is a perfect house for kids--ours never wanted to leave the pool/hot tub and they loved the basketball hoop by the pool. It is also worth noting that there were good instructions available for lights, the pool/hot tub, theater room, and everything else, making the logistics of our stay easy. We loved the Holiday Rental team and will definitely be back!

Upon arrival, we had a gift waiting for us, house/ pool cleaned daily, home was absolutely stunning, had a blast with all the different activities available, and I can go on and on about what we loved! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a BANG for their buck!!

Nothing short of superb, down to every detail. The on site check in, the daily maid service, the how to videos all on ipads with easy instructions etc. Jen and Alec gave me a great recommendation for a pre stock grocery service and Liz helped me arrange my check in so it was a smooth process. I highly recommend. The home we stayed at was Paradise Valley Retreat and it felt like a boutique hotel but private. We cant wait to return

I have rated this a ONE star only because I have no other option to rate it any lower !! Myself and a group of lifelong friends had booked the Mummy Mountain home for all of our 50th birthday celebrations in April of this year. However, due to the COVID19 pandemic, we were unable to travel, could not go. Upon request of reimbursement for services NOT rendered, we have been blocked from even calling the business !! We were repeatedly lied to about having to check with the owner in an effort to buy time in the hopes that we would just forget about the whole thing. Mary Martin, who was our representative with Holiday Rentals, was/is as unprofessional and rude of a person as I have ever encountered !! She continuously defaulted to the cancellation addendum that the point person of our group had signed, with the misunderstanding that the remainder of our deposit would come at a later date . She could NOT answer a simple request when asked Why and what are you holding half of our deposit for? There was no booking mistake on anyones part, it was simply due to a lack of being able to fly and get there !! So basically, they just kept more than half of our deposit, just because !! We will revisit Scottsdale, thats a promise, however we will NEVER use Holiday Rental, and I highly recommend you reconsider as well !! TERRIBLE BUSINESS

Every detail of our recent stay last week was fantastic. I highly recommend. The staff was very friendly as well and helped me find the perfect chef for our celebration dinner at the villa. I cant wait to come back and stay at City Views.

We rented a $7M home... the pool didn’t heat. Hot tub had heating issues. Ice makers didn’t work. Refrigerators didn’t work. TVs were hardly functional. Our $300 portable speaker was better than their “million” dollar system, outdoor appliances were a joke, AC issues in bedrooms, handles fell off bedroom doors, we were lied to by staff about pool heat funtioning... i don’t leave reviews but this $7M home needs a $1M update. Take your money elsewhere... management company is a joke in a response to issues.

Just rented this cabin this past weekend and we had a blast!!! The moment we pulled up the kids were super excited and ran around the property. There was so much to do here from Tennis, basketball, ping pong, Foosball, horseshoes, corn hole and hanging around the campfire. The cabin is super spacious and also had a casita that offered privacy. We took some day trips up to the rim and played in the snow. Thank you for an awesome weekend. Will definitely be booking again this summer.

We stayed at city view property and while the house is incredible, the pool was unusable. For a family with young kids, a pool is essential. There were bees everywhere freaking the kids out and I got stung just standing near the pool. We could t be in the pool without swarms of bees circling our heads. The management was a nightmare to deal with. They sent over an exterminator who said there was probably a nest, but they didn’t pay him to remove it. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, they’ve been rude and threatening towards our family since the stay. There are plenty of luxury rentals out there that have excellent customer service.

The place called Camelback Retreat was perfect. We were a group of girls celebrating a birthday enjoying spring training and couldnt have asked for better accommodations. Close distance to the bars in old town, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we loved the Chef they recommended to us! I will definitely use them again.
