Beautiful, comfortable home. The home looks better in person. Has lots of extra towels for swimming. Everything you need in the kitchen. The grill worked perfectly. Perfect AZ home. Casigo responded quickly to all our needs or questions. Excellent customer service. Don’t pass this one up..

Stayed at a sweet single level condo called Home Suite Home located just a couple miles north of Downtown Scottsdale. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed eating at Ruth Chris Steak House which we were able to easily walk to. The condo was clean and comfortable and the check in process was a breeze. Laura at the Casago office was super gracious when she had to help my wife over the phone on how to get the cable TV turned on. We would stay here again and enjoyed our time. Thanks for the great place to stay.

In working with Susanna at Signature Vacation Rentals we were very satisfied and happy. Any concerns that one might have, all you have to do is call Susanna and she will take care of it immediately. She is excellent in dealing with problems. We are looking forward to our next visit.

RAT POOP and HUSH MONEY! We rented a vacation property managed by Casago Property Management (Signature Vacation Rentals is their email and office address). There was a rat in the kitchen so we checked out and asked for the remainder of our prepaid stay to be refunded. The paperwork they sent us (after many days waiting and multiple requests for it) required that we not file any bad reviews! Here is an excerpt: Settlement Agreement: In return for your request for a reasonable settlement we will agree that [...] Neither of us shall communicate to any third parties uncomplimentary communications about one another; [...] IF YOU DO NOT AGREE If you do not accept the settlement under the above conditions, you shall not accept the below mentioned settlement items. The refund we were owed was almost $1500, and they only offered $557.13 (Im not sure how they calculated this!) As we found this property through airbnb, we were able to get a full refund. However, because of the questionable ethics of Signature Vacations letter, I felt it important to file a complaint. The have received several other very poor reviews online.

Susanna McKibben of Casago ( Formerly Signature Vacation Rentals ) help deal with an infraction I had received from the HOA which resulted in the fine being waived for me. Susanna kept all the correspondence back in November 2016 and email record conversations with the HOA which helped make this case possible.
