Cant recommend. Theyre happy to take your money, but the house needed work. They did a superficial/cosmetic refresh, but left in place old single-pane windows, huge gaps in the door seals, numerous incandescent and halogen lights, and antiquated/inefficient central air. Then they charge you for any electric bill over $100. I dont mind encouraging people to be efficient with electricity, but making the renter pay for the AC when its low efficiency, the whole house leaks air like a sieve, the lights make heat, and the single-pane windows radiate the afternoon heat inside? Wrong.Also knocking them for unresponsive smart home thermostats that kept resetting themselves to 87 deg F after I paid over $900 to extend my stay (by necessity, in spite of the homes issues).Many of the incandescent light bulbs were dead on arrival at the home.Also found multiple scorpions inside the house during our stay.No 24-hr contact number for emergencies.Wont be using Hit Rentals again.

Tried to ask a question about condo that was available for next year rental.Not only did it take 3 phone calls and 2 emails to have them answer, but was told place was rented for a year!!! Ever hear of bait and switch?

This company is not considerate. I rented a condo in Las Vegas and I tried to get ahold of Randy 2 days prior to traveling to get more information on checking in since I was being directed to the Palms casino and was kinda worried if I should check in at the front desk or I would meet someone the owner or someone, I did not receive a message back and tried calling and no answer. So I decided to arrive early early just in case I couldnt check in and needed to rent another room at another hotel.i arrived at 1:40 and check in was at 3pm. The host had no issue checking me in, I was glad it wasnt a scam. But I got happy to early. I walked into the room and there was a guy shirtless, it was an awkward moment. The guy said he had requested to check out at 1 and didnt realize it was 140. He left the room. As soon as I walked in I called house keeping and called Randy and once again no answer. She finally texted me back not called! and 5 hours later my room was cleaned. That following Monday I called and explains the situation and she basically in a nice way told me it was my fault that by checking in early threw off the cleaning crew. But if she had answered my messages 2 days before i wouldnt of been worried and had follow instructions. I asked her that I didnt think I should be charges the whole cleaning fee, that as a company they should take responsibility and keep a customer happy. I didnt want a full refund all I asked was to be taken in consideration and refund the cleaning fee. Til this day I have not heard from Randy in regards to a possible refund. Communication with that company is not good. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have screen shot my messages where it proofs my effort to contact her prior to my travel date and no answer.

One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. Difficult to get in touch with and when you do customer service is terrible. Read other reviews about this management companies poor performance and then experienced it myself. Any owner/landlord should think twice before hiring them to manage their property. I even caught the agent in several lies that she had to back pedal on. Can not express more strongly how disappointed I was with the experience. So much so that I am passing on a very nice property that owner could have gotten my 6 month rental, starting at the lowest and unappealing time of the year, July. I will take my business elsewhere.

Threw all of my stuff out without contacting me....2,000$ worth of my irreplaceable possessions. They were even rude about it when I tried to figure out how to negate the situation they put me and my friends in. Not to mention the endless 5am yard work happening steadily for almost everyday we are there and we stayed for a whole month.

Have called multiple times a day for the last 4 days and never able to get in touch with anyone. Left messages to a woman named Randy each time and never a call back. How is someone supposed to find a place to stay?!?If I could..I would not even give them one star.
