The house was perfect for my birthday getaway!! It was a group of 6 ladies. We felt safe! This house was exactly like the pictures! It was pristine! Very clean! The only issue we had was when we checked in there were two bags of garbage located outside on the ground in the backyard. I texted to let someone know, they were very responsive. Texted backed immediately and had someone out to remove the garbage the next morning.Very spacious! We were very centrally located to everything we wanted and needed. The kitchen was very big and well stocked with shot glasses and wine glasses, which is pretty much all we used! We initially thought we would cook a meal instead we ate out every meal, so Im not aware of how stocked pots and pans were. There was a Walmart about 2 mins up the road. Very convenient location!*I thought I had more pictures but I just have a bunch of videos of the house

Had an absolutely great time. The backyard at this property is unbelievable! The hot tub and pool were incredible. To top it off the waterfall feature and lighting features as well as temperatures for the pool and hottub are easily controlled by a touchscreen tablet. The air conditioning was ice cold in the home and all of the essentials were provided, including toiletries, towels, coffee k cups, cookware and silverware and cleaning supplies. There were various outdoor games including bags, big connect four, and pool rafts to lounge. The patio overhang with the outdoor television was a great addition. I loved the turf that lined the backyard. Great for not attracting bugs and low maintenance! All in all we had an absolutely great time and had everything we needed and more. If I could give this a 7 out 5 I would! Thank you!

We had a group of eight go to stay at this house and it was beautiful. Everything was clean, it was easy to access, and theres lots of information given in order to provide us a safe and secure location. I would recommend it to anyone

We enjoyed our stay at our rental in Phoenix. It was clean and as depicted in the photos. The yard and pool was fantastic! The home was well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Phoenix is a great place to vacation!

We used Turnkey as a property manager for the first 7 months of the year and we were extremely dissatisfied. If you are someone who used their secondary home as a STR, TK is not a fit. What upset us the most is the lack of responsiveness and follow through after multiple attempts to share feedback and make it work. Your house is in better hands elsewhere.

My husband and I rented a beautifully furnished home for three months in the Scottsdale area, and found, for the most part, Turnkey Vacation Rentals to be professional and responsive to our needs at the property. There was only one incident when there seemed to be a lack of communication between Turnkey and the respective Scottsdale Home Care team, when it took over a week of texts and requests to repair overhead lighting fixtures/fans. But overall, anything we needed was attended to promptly. We found our Turnkey representative, Joe, to be especially helpful when an unforeseen problem arose. The main gas line to the home had a leak, so we had to vacate the property one week early, and we appreciated all that was attempted to resolve the problem with the owner and Turnkey. We received a refund for the week, and owner assured us we would receive a discount for the three days we were without gas to the home. ( this has yet to be received) Overall, we were very pleased with Turnkey and the management of this property.

We loved the home we rented. The professionals I messaged with about issues got back to me immediately, and if they didn’t have the answer, said to hang on while they got it. I highly recommend TurnKey Vacation Rentals/VRBO; we have used them several times, and have always had awesome services!

Overall Turnkey was responsive. We called on two different occasions and received a call back within minutes. In one case, we called about needing a new pool umbrella because the one at the house was broken. Turnkey gave us a time, asked if they could enter the house if we were not there and asked if we had pets. The person came within a half hour or so with a new umbrella and helped set it up. While he was there he also helped us with the WiFi--switched us to the owner network for MUCH better connection, and he documented a couple of our other suggestions that might have taken longer--outdoor bar area needs to be painted, pool table pockets need to be replaced. One of the issues we called about was not resolved. We arrived on Sunday and the outside trash and recycling bins were completely full. Since trash was normally collected on Wednesday and the recycling not until Friday, we called Turnkey first thing Monday and asked that they be emptied. Someone apparently came on Tuesday because they moved the trash cans to the road (a day early) but did nothing with the recycling and didnt really solve the problem with the trash. Maybe there was nothing they could you could do about it, but it was annoying (and surprising) that the bins would be completely full upon our arrival.

House was as shown, clean and equipped with all me and my family needs. I did have a problem with the patio door but was addressed (I think a new door should be placed because I just ended up keeping that door closed and using the other doors) Other than that issue everything was perfect including location 15-20 min away from most of the attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Our recent stay at the property in Scottsdale, Arizona was amazing. The interior and exterior of the house… Classy and stylish! We had a great time spending the weekend with our family in a house that was designed for community but yet also providing spaces for you to go for some peace and quiet. We will definitely rent this property again when we come back to visit family next year.

The house we rented was amazing! So clean and everything we needed was there. There was a few times we had questions about things and they were very quick to reply and help! Would love to stay at another turnkey house in the future!

Edit after response from “owner”:On Sunday we were offered by the local team to be moved to another property. However, that never happened. At 9pm (check in was 4pm) we still hadn’t been moved and wanted to have a place to lay our head. Therefore we were forced to book another place to stay. Then Monday morning the supervisor explained to me a malfunctioning lock was NOT a reason to move someone from a property and she would have to talk to the local team about offering that. Once again, THIS is the level of service you will encounter with this company...Original: I recommend running away, not walking away from any property Turnkey Vacation Rentals manages. They offer a once in a lifetime experience which is guaranteed for us as we will never use them again....We have received horrible customer service with an unsatisfactory property rental processed through vrbo. We were forced to find lodging elsewhere because the locks malfunctioned and the property was unsafe among numerous other items misrepresented in the listing.As a result of numerous hours of calls, texts and emails, Turnkey supervisors feel it is fair to offer us a refund of 1% of our booking.....

The house was amazing. We had an issue with the electricity (to many girls using too many hair dryers) and they were able to walk us through it on the phone.

Rented a property in Las Sendas community in Mesa, AZ for a week. Communication was very good and home was clean when we arrived. There were a few repair issues with the house but main downside was the pool was green even though the description said it was serviced every Tuesday. Reported right away and they had a tech come out the next day and shock the pool, so basically unusable for the first two days. They offered me $100 discount for the inconvenience. Seems a little light for a $1200/night rental with a beautiful blue pool as its first marketing picture.

Our overall experience was amazing at this property. This house has amazing views and overall amazing features including a theatre, pool room, amazing pool, and, luxury bedrooms. Although, there was several issues during our stay. The house appears as an amazing rental property rather than a well cared for personal home. Several features throughout the property were broken including the hot tub, outdoor fire pits, shower heads, dishwasher rack, and a rare door handle. Although the rental company was amazing and was willing to send someone out to fix any issues we did have, the inconvenience of having a handy man during our stay was rather off putting. We had an amazing vacation, but would have loved if all the features worked! Even with the issues we did have, we had an amazing stay at this lovely house.

Turnkey was amazing! Easy to book, super helpful with questions before our stay and never even needed their help while we were there because it was all communicated clearly before our trip!

They blamed the owner and refuse to take any accountability. Imagine coming back from work and seeing your things moved around! Absolutely insane. STAY AWAY!

Went to Arizona and stayed in one of the Turnkey rentals to celebrate my 50th Bday. Wanted to get out of the Chicago Cold and enjoy time with my friends and their husbands. I could not have asked for a better place or better rental service, they exceeded my expectations. The home we stayed in was EXACTLY as described and the the rental service responded to any concerns immediately. We had a heated pool and hot tub which was perfect bc the weather didnt cooperate as much as i would like. GREAT TIME AND GREAT RENTAL EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend TurnKey.

So, I realize we are all on the verge of “being grounded” again. But I just want to say, I was “quarantined” in this house the last several days. Literally had zero interaction with anyone besides my quarters...it was HEAVEN! Had groceries delivered to house... all necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. Gourmet kitchen where meals were made with love and laughter. Gated community on a golf course...not a tourist packed location. Privacy from neighbors. Enough space to allow for alone time, but also great spaces to sit and visit without anyone being “it.” No one was “the mom,” or “the wife,” or “the employee,” or “the leader,” or the....???... This has been EXACTLY what my constantly “it” heart and brain needed. Thank you Connie for sharing your home with us!

A few friends and I stayed at one of Turn Key’s rentals in February 2021 in Scottsdale. Upon arriving, the entire house reeked of rotting fish. We requested maintenance 3 times, and every time they would just bring candles to mask the smell (which made it worse) and could never figure out the problem. We couldn’t spend ANY time in there because it would make us sick, I kept waking up nauseous in the middle of the night. When we asked for just a partial refund (since again, we couldn’t be in there) they offered us $75 back on a rental stay that cost $1,225. That was just insulting. We understand things happen, but we were Terribly unhappy with the customer service and would never recommend anybody stay in these properties.

House is very Clean, Spacious, had all the amenities we needed, very quick, clear, easy instructions and directions. Location was perfect, as we drove in from NM. Highly recommend staying here again in the near future. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We had the best girls weekend at this house. It is absolutely spectacular inside and out. TurnKey was responsive and very proactive about making sure our stay was first class. I would highly recommend this property to any group looking to spend quality time together in a fabulous setting.

We needed a rental home while we completed a remodel at our home. This home was a perfect fit. It offered a flexible floor plan so that my daughter had an area to play while my wife and I still had our space. The beds were very comfortable and the home was well appointed. The local team was very responsive with any requests/needs that we had. I would highly recommend.

I never had a single question for checking in or out, or about the property at all. They had it all covered, and when I did have to reach out, they responded almost immediately. We will be back for sure!

The place was very clean. The pool was the best part of the house. It was well maintained and we where there 10 days and had no issues. The house had everything we needed and the pool table was a plus. The kitchen can use a little more up to date appliances but we worked with what we had. We also use the outdoor BBQ which was a nice option to have. The best part is the customer service we got from TurnKey. Any questions or issues where answered asap. They checked in with us as soon as we got in to make sure we where happy with the cleanliness of the house, which to me is was very important with Covid-19. This is the second TurnKey home we have stayed in and we have been very happy with everything.

The house is beautiful! We were there with a couple girls for a girls weekend and we had a wonderful time. The house is clean, organized, and had all the necessary cooking utensils that we needed. The pool was amazing as well - clean with the vacuum running when we got there. My friends and I are already talking about booking this house again next year!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! We recently had to cancel our trip since the state issued a quarantine for all out-of-state visitors. We had not control over having to cancel. If we went, we would not be able to leave our house. They refuse to issue a refund OR a credit to stay at a later date. What kind of business model is this?!! They are keeping our $3000+ and they dont even care. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they are offering ZERO understanding!

Awful company and awful experience during these times of a world wide pandemic!In light of the recent travel bands we were forced to cancel our trip to Anaheim to visit Disneyland. Upon informing turnkey on 3/12/2020 of the situation and our forced cancellation I was SHOCKED when they refused to refund any money whatsoever. I am fully aware I am outside my cancellation window however given the GLOBAL PANDEMIC I would’ve thought they would’ve taken that into consideration. They are money hungry and do not care about anyone other than the bottom line! Steer clear of any rental you see that is hosted by turkey!!!!!!!!In response to your reply your statements are not valid. The house is going to sit empty due to travel restrictions and would have stayed empty regardless of who booked it. All the hardship is placed on the renter with zero on the owner. A compromise would have been appropriate. When the originating site (homeaway) recommends owners refund the money one would expect the owners to follow through and not screw the consumer

The process of booking a reservation with this company started out great. However, I have received multiple emails advising I must call to finalize or my reservation will be cancelled. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to Customer Service regarding my reservation. When I call I wait an hour or more with no luck of getting through to anyone. This has made our experience with them unpleasant already as it should not be this hard to book a vacation rental.

They offered excellent communication and let us know we could check in early and exit late without us asking. Just offered because it was available. Everything was perfect!

We were so happy to have found this place for the holidays! Our family enjoyed the outstanding kitchen with everything needed to entertain. The outdoor patio complete with grill, heater, and fire pit were so much fun! The master bedroom is huge! We will be back soon. And the TurnKey staff was outstanding in meeting our needs.

Fabulous! The house was very usable, plenty of towels, toys for the young kids, house was very well-stocked with everything a person would need or a family on a vacation, the outdoor pool hot tub was just wonderful. The table with the propane heater was so nice to sit around in the evening and visit. The location is very quiet and can easily enjoy the evening sky. There were several trails within walking distance that we all enjoyed as well as mountain biking. It was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Quick and easy access in any direction.We are a family of 9 and this house accommodated us easily. We weren’t in each other’s way. Plenty of seating inside and out. Kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, pot, pans. We lacked for nothing. Laundry room was so nice to have and newer washer and drier. Very quick and efficient.All in all a wonderful clean and fun home to stay in. We just loved it.

If I could then Id rate this company at zero starts. Poor customer service not allowing for a vacation rental to be refunded due to a worldwide pandemic. Don’t consider doing business with this company. Ever. Seriously run to any other vacation rental comapny.

We shared a house with another couple and had an excellent time. The house lived up to expectations. We woke up one morning to no hot water. We were impressed that within an hour someone was on location to fix the problem. The timeless of the response saved our plans for the day. Overall a great experience.

Four golfers rented this property for 4 nights. We were all quite pleased with therental. Each bedroom was good, the entire place was well appointed, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was good. It was a bit chilly,so we didn’t use the pool or hot tub. All in all, I would gladly rent this property again. BTW, the pool table was a nice feature and the TVs were great.

Started off really bad with them. We have a short term rental ourselves and understand the business. We needed a place to stay while our home was being renovated. The home was dirty, outdated and their customer service was rude. Wouldnt recommend

I wish all of our vacation rentals were managed through TurnKey. They have 24x7x365 support. When we couldnt get the gate code to work, it was a simple phone call and someone answered almost instantly. They confirmed the homes cleanliness met our expectations, and sent helpful reminders by text.

Very nice property and location. Master bed too low. Very hard to get in and out of for Seniors. Kitchen lacked some essential items. No table cloth or placemats. Enjoyed outdoor fire pit / table. Great outdoor grill for cooking. Overall positive experience.

Turnkey management was very thorough and kind. If you have any questions the service number provided was an easy process. Never had to be on hold and they had a local manager reach out to me within minutes to help us with the WiFi. Very efficient and customer service was impeccable.

Turnkey was so responsive to our questions and needs. We asked for extra blankets and when we arrived we found several brand new blankets waiting for us. I would definitely rent from them again.

The house was great but the process and communication getting into the house was not. Needed gate code and garage code before the lock code and neither were sent until we were struggling to enter the house. Regardless, the house was perfect for our family with the pool, layout and amenities.

We recently had our first experience renting from Turnkey Vacations while in Scottsdale, AZ. We were very impressed with the timliness and level of service we received when it became clear that we needed to be relocated to another property- through no fault of TurnKey. The local representative (Retta) worked diligently on our behalf and delivered exceptional service. The new property was well stocked and was above and beyond our needs. Had we rented from an individual owner, we would not necessarily have had the option to relocate. Something to consider in the future when booking.The only recommendation that we would make is that the yard maintenance be scheduled as soon as possible when unexpected guests arrive. With lots of trees and birds on the property the backyard was very high maintenance and would not have been useable for children without a lot of work. We invested a lot of our vacation time making it enjoyable.Overall we had a very successful experience with TurnKey and would not hesitate to recommend them.J. O’BrienVancouver, BC
