I can’t say enough positive things about Scottsdale Stays. We were in Scottsdale for over a month because my husband was getting treatment in the area.Robin (owner) and his wife were beyond accommodating, kind and responsive! We stayed at 3 of their properties. All of the properties were clean and comfortable.They were very easy to work with and even gifted us a very nice bottle of wine! Above and beyond!I recommend anyone heading to the Scottsdale area to use Scottsdale Stays. I will recommend to all of our family and friends and we will use them again for sure!Thank you so much Robin!

Yeah so following on from the last thread- we only commented due to getting abusive (presumably drunken) emails in the middle of the night from these guys months after our stay... 3 years later you can see them doubling down. We did not raise anything publicly until the abusive comments - ill see if I can find the email and time and attach it as an image. These guys were well known around the neighborhood we stayed in and not for good reasons. We would be Karens except for the unprovoked abuse from these guys which looks to be continuing 3 years later with accusing us of being Karens. Our comments were about the Owners and not the house (the house was a great location) - I expect the owner experience will extend to all properties.

Horrible experience. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. We arrived at the house and there were bloody tampons in the trash, the sheets were dirty, blood on the sheets, champagne bottles in the pool filter, pink feathers everywhere, standing water in the shower, the house was disgusting. The pool was completely unusable because it was littered with palm branches, dirt, and sand, and the water was green and murky. The bottom of the pool wasn’t even visible. Robin the owner was no help and was slow to respond and then completely unresponsive. This was by far the worst vacation experience.

What an amazing experience with this company pleasure dealing with them we stayed in the ultimate and had a great experience highly recommended!!!!!!!

Stayed 6 nights on a golf weekend. The house was as advertised, clean stocked with everything you need. Heated pool was a bonus. The house easily accommodated our group of 8 and the location allowed us to access our activities quickly. Both Robin and Natasha were easy to communicate with from start to finish. Highly recommended, thanks again for a great trip.

The home we stayed in was great! It was very clean and welcoming right when we got there. Accommodations were exactly as advertised and everything was in great working order for us when we arrived. Located just minutes away from downtown so youre right in the middle of the night life! Owners were easy to get a hold of and communicate with back and forward to make this stay incredible! This company is really great. They have many homes to chose from which I have rented over the last few years. The owners are incredibly helpful and have made our stay much more enjoyable than expected. Everyone one of the three places we have stayed at are like top notch luxury resorts. I highly recommend anyone to book with this company. If I had any issue it was minor and resolved immediately.

I am so hurt by the names this company called me. My husband and my family were going to rent this place for a little over a week. I am very picky about cleanliness and believe that at $3500.00 for 11 days that this is not asking too much. My husband, while on speaker in front of my family, asked if we decided against it after viewing we could change our mind. They said of course. The same day and within hours of signing the contract, my husband informed them it would not work. As a matter of fact we asked if we could check in early to look at it, after much delay in response they said no because another tenant was checking out the same day. When they provided the address and we looked at the outside and the area the home was in we decided against the home, without even entering the home. The owner by text started calling my family and myself names, saying we are simple people. Also telling my husband if I work for him he should fire me. I cannot explain how upset I am. They stole thousands of dollars from my family.

My entire family, including my 4 month old son that was just released from the hospital, have been lied to by this company. Not only lied to, but attacked and called abusive names. They promised that we could look at a property and if for any reason we did not like it they would return my fathers money. When we got the address, it was in fact not in the heart of Scottsdale as promised. The exterior of the home, which coincidentally had no photos posted of, was horrible. The company was so slow to respond that dad messaged them within 7 minutes of check in that it would not work. They waited all evening to respond. My dad was very cordial and maintained his composure until they started saying rude and even more abusive things about my mom directly. My dad did what he had to so his family would have a place that they felt comfortable staying. I do not think a company should be allowed to lie and steal from people. I will be letting anyone who will listen know of this companies practices.

Currently staying in a house. Owners are not being responsive to our need for warm hot tub and a couple other items.I would love to switch this to a five star review later

We had a minor issue that I reached out to fix via email. Since I was getting no response, I called and was very friendly. I said I was just following up on an email....and the gentleman who answered the phone literally said, look, Im really busy. Well fix it when our guy comes out there next and then HUNG UP ON ME. I am shocked! I was so not mad when I placed the call at all. I was simply following up on something. This company is rude (as mentioned in several other posts) and unprofessional.

Recently stayed at this property and would advise there were several issues with the house. First, for some reason the pool vacuum has to remain in the pool at all times even when you are swimming. This is likely because there is a large grapefruit tree that drops fruits in the pool. Also, there are a lot of rules. For example, if you adjust the thermostat down below 75 degrees it will incur a 20$ charge a day and if there is a missing towel you will be charged. When staying at the property the pool was amazing. However, the pool rail was shaky, the toilet paper holder is broken off in the master bathroom, many of the patio chairs are rickety, the barbecue is balanced on rocks, there is no barbecue utensils, the hot tub cover is also janky and falls off to the side, there is limited toilet paper (2.5 rolls to get us started). Oh, and you also have to know and understand the garbage schedule, which was incorrect in the email, but correct in the massive binder. Oh, I almost forgot the dishwasher rack was broken and you had to manually pick up and pull it out it would not roll. Lastly, they would like you to change light bulbs if you could. I have stayed at many homes and for the price I expected at least everything to be fully functioning and maintained. If you stay here do it at your own risk. You might be thinking what happens if something goes wrong? Well it did the pool pump stopped and when I tried to call the manager and she rejected the call and would only text with me and then proceeded to send me another email warning me if the pool damage was my fault it would be $1500. Overall, I did not feel welcomed or relaxed, but stressed I would have to pay for something this company did not maintain in the first place.The goal should be to make guests feel welcomed and encourage an environment where they can let you know what improvements could be made instead of threats if you break something there will be charge. The only saving grace was the pool and that is about it.

Owner is extremely rude, unhelpful and not an honest person. Stay away!!

Spacious 5 BR equipped with 9 beds and a great front room with plenty of seating for 8 large guys on a buddys trip. The beautiful backyard had a great pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table and foosball. Owners were nice and easy to deal with.

Great accommodations and amenities. Location is in the heart of the Scottsdale night life. Plenty to see and do within minutes of the property. The property is well maintained and Robin is very easy to work with and made the stay worry free.

We had a wonderful stay at the Verde Estate! Had a group of 13 friends, there was plenty of room, great pool, and entertainment amenities. Highly recommended!

Due to this company not refunding my parents $3500.00, as promised for a home they never stepped foot in, I will likely not be able to come home to see my family after Army BOLC and before going to my permanent duty station. With minimal income as a 2nd Lieutenant, my father was going to pay for me to come home. After hearing this I could never ask him to pay. He supports my mother, three sisters and my nephew. They also threatened to sue him over his and my families honest posts. They did try and blackmail him at least and say if you remove the reviews I will see what I can do. This coming from a business owner? I hope that this post was helpful.

We had a couple issues and owners did there best to accommodate us.

Stayed 3 nights at verde property, how was as advertised, slept a group of 13 with ease, big house, huge backyard, pool, and hot tub were awesome. Robin was very easy to deal with, and answered questions quickly, would highly recommend to rent with them.

Amazing home in a great location similar to a great hotel for 1/3 the price of a luxury suite 1/3 the size.

We stayed at the Casa Royale Estate – Kierland / Desert Ridge property and were very impressed. A group of friends and I stayed here during a golf trip and we loved everything from the luxury pool to the open concept kitchen/living area. There was plenty of room and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived.

After issues with inspects smeared across walls due to poor cleaning and the owner failing to install screens after many requests from previous visitors, and also our own and previous visitor issues with rats getting in which the owner withheld visitor deposits as the rats were apparently their fault we also received abusive emails from the owner half a year after our visit. If you like rats, smeared insects and abuse then youve found the right place
