Awesome experience drive through wash. You can relax for 3 minutes. Clean dry and shiny car afterwards. Nice professional staff. Everyone should do it.

Are used to always use a Bentonville zips and Ryan was always so helpful however I relocated and had to start using Rogers location. I was very surprised to see him there and was so excited because yet again he has amazing customer service and does an excellent job on your vehicle. I am so glad at the Rodgers location got him!!! His customer service is above and beyond

I went through the drive through car wash and then began vacuuming my car out. One of the employees, Alonzo, came up to me and asked how my service was. I was not happy because it didn’t clean well, especially my tires. Alonzo asked me to come back through a second time. He personally washed my tires and sides of my car prior to going back through the wash. I was super impressed by his enthusiasm for his job and professionalism! I would come back because of the customer service!

Today I was greeted by Allen B. He was very nice and helpful. He is the new manager at the Walnut location in Rogers. The fact that he made sure my experience and expectations were met is 5 stars 🌟 in my book

The basic wash was not so good, my back window stayed dirty, and the vacuums kept falling off and barely sucked when they were connected. I did enjoy the towel and cleaner being available though.

The bets place to get a jugh quality car wash. Thus is a drive through unit. I wish they would also have a full interior detailer on site, but for the price and amenities (infinite free vaccums) its gonna be hard to beat!

Allen was very friendly at the walnut location in Rogers and showed that he cares about the business and wants to keep people coming. The car wash has seemed to get worse over time and didn’t seek to always have soap and things working. Hopefully that begins to change! Allen is great and definitely brought a smile to my face.

Fast service, and there was an attendant that did some preliminary scrubbing by hand to clean the bugs off the grill before I went through the wash. Great quality service!

Allen B is VERY attentive to knowing his stuff and making you feel comfortable. He smiles and gives a friendly wave before each car wash. Although I cant say that for all employees unfortunately. Whoever the short guy with glasses that claims its his car wash is has a bad attitude and could learn some kuth from AllenB

I went into Zips to wash my car and I have a damaged bumper. I asked them to check my car and give me their thougths if it would be ok. Chris offered to watch my car go through the wash and stop the wash if needed, which he did. Everything went great, no problems and Chris was extremely helpful, professional and kind. Thank you, thank you, thank you Chris!!!!! Ive always loved the Rogers, AR location and will continue to use it. Thank you again guys.

Amended review. This place is scandalous. Selling bogus memberships with misleading and dishonest information.Never explained they were putting me on a recurring charge for a service that is not even available in my home state after being lied to that it was. This is about to become a legal issue. AVOID ZIPS CAR WASH UNLESS BEING TREATED DECEITFULLY IS YOUR DESIRE. NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THESE SNAKE OIL SALESMEN.

Staff was really helpful in providing and addressing the concerns while vaccuming and also excellent quality regarding the wash of the car. Always prefer this for clean get away

Ive been using Zips for a long time, even since it was Boomerang. I came in yesterday after riding for miles on muddy dirt roads. Even though they were busy, Enrique took extra time to spray the Pre-wash on my car and helped knock off mud that had compacted in my tire wells. Enrique went the extra mile, even though I am only on the basic plan. Great job, Enrique. Thanks Zips

I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade with Safari rack hand brush guard in the car wash is a robo style brushes and it did a fantastic job with no worries about my Safari Rack or my brush guard I will continue to take my vehicles there from now on

Great place to get a automatic car wash if you dont feel like hand washing it. It does a fairly good job and the vacuums are free after you purchase the car wash. For a automatic car wash its one of the best in my opinion.

Free vacuums are apparently free for a reason! Can’t blame ONLY zips... does ANY one take care of ANY thing anymore?!

I have the membership package and had issues with the direction of the attendant showing me how to hook on to the ride. After was finished, went 3 miles down the road and heard the hole in my tire. a quarter of a inch hole was chunked out of my car! I have a Audi A4 and my tire is 298 each tire. Not happy customer and will be looking for my money!

The car wash is fine. However they had charged me for my monthly payment and yet I had to pay for a car wash today. I even asked the reader to scan my tag several times.

I used to love this car wash until today. It always got my truck clean and beautiful with the membership. What a wonderful value. As of today I have cancelled my membership, though it makes me sad, because I had a great thing going. I went through the car wash last time, and I realized my steering wheel was turning right and left throughout the entire thing! I was wondering how that worked. Thought it was standard operating procedure. This time my trucks steering wheel turned right, proceeded to bounce up and down over and over while rolling backwards. Then all of a sudden the car wash started pushing my truck towards a pole in the car wash. I slammed on my brakes, and thank goodness the truck stopped, and I wasn’t pushed into the pole! I put the truck in park, because my truck wouldn’t reverse, because the wash was still running, because nobody running the wash was paying attention to what was going on inside of the car wash. I had to get out of my truck and inform the workers that their wash was trying to run my truck into a pole, then they hit the emergency stop button. He then proceeded to tell me it was because I turned my wheel. I was not turning my wheel, because I would’ve never turned right if I was steering. They had me reverse back on the track and drive out. I went back in and cancelled my subscription, because I have spent too much money on my truck to have it run into a pole. I don’t think I will ever be able to trust a car wash with a track again. So I think this is farewell to Zips! This is truely sad, because I loved this car wash. Especially this site, because it was the only automatic car wash I knew of that actually got my whole truck clean.Edit: I have since visited this wash, and the staff is much more attentive. They have added new brushes, and my truck does not turn while I’m going through it. I’m glad I decided to give this car wash another try. I talked to the manager about how pleased my service was, and I found out the establishment is under new management. Thank you Zips!

We paid the for the $20 carwash. Our car wasnt very clean and the vacuums had almost no suction at all. We even changed in case it was just the ones we were parked between. We wont be back.

I get it. It’s winter time. It’s a rainy day. Likely a lot of people aren’t washing their cars on a day like today. But it’s the only day I can and others are here too. The hours say you’re open at 8 AM EVERYDAY. Your online hours say the same thing. If you’re not going to be open, at least put the cones out to block people from coming in and wasting their time.Myself and another customer were prepared to start vacuuming our cars only to find they weren’t operating. Cool. Go inside to see guys cleaning the interior of the car wash and ask if they’re open. Nope! Off to the pleasant grove location we go. Don’t worry, their service sucked too.Thanks for nothing!

One of the newest car washes in Rogers. Very good! It has a subscription service for $30 a month for the top wash they have, where you can get your car washed everyday if you want and its only the 30 bucks a month! So if your a person who always want their car clean like me, this is the best deal in town!

Being a multi-car household with 2 memberships, I use Zips frequently...2 or more times a week. Ive always had a positive experience, out of 100+ visits. I got in on a $9.95 a month(per vehicle) special for unlimited basic washes, so for me it represents a good value. I find the wash quality to be very good and the free vacuums are a added bonus. What limited interaction Ive had with staff has also been positive.

Car wash did a good job, even at cheapest level, with only a few spots visible at all that werent clean (I imagine thats just the limitations of things unless you handwash).Vacuums are free with car wash, but the suction was so bad it was basically useless.

I understand that sometimes things go down. But I just spent the last hour on the phone talking to someone from customer service or something like that.. Trying to get the app to work and redeem a free car wash, and when we FINALLY got it fixed I went up to the shop and the machines were down. Too much aggravation for an over-priced car was. Went to Happy Days right down the street and it was cheap and did just as well.
