We recently moved into the area, and our pool vacuum wasnt running as expected. A co-worker recommended this place, so I took my pool vacuum there for service. In less than a couple of minutes, they had the vacuum repaired for me. Went back home to reinstall the vacuum cleaner, and it is still running like a champ. Ive also inquired about water testing and chlorination, and all of the staff Ive talked to have been very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and straightforward with how to best balance my pools chemistry. I never felt like they were trying to sell me something. A&M Corsons Pump & Pool Supply in Mesa is now my one-stop shop for all of my pool needs!

I have found Carsons pool store, to be very helpful. I take my pool water down to be tested( for free ) it tell me whats going on with the pool. And if I need to do any thing to it. That is very helpful, because it takes the guess work out.. help to get you pool up and running sooner, faster, easier, less expensive. Everything is a plus here. Great place to shop. Prices are pretty good too.

Had my first visit today due to our pool pump not working. Patrick from Corson’s fixed the problem and saw something wrong with the valve on top of our sand filter also. All was fixed and now working properly. Great service and worth every penny! A friend recommended them and they were top notch!

The staff at Corsons is great. They will sell you a great product but more importantly they are HONEST AND HELPFUL and will tell you when you dont need a new product and you can simply fix something by trying tighten this or trying to do that etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have free popcorn sometimes! Very helpful and did not try and charge the highest price for 2 different parts that could do same job sold me the cheaper one. Also passed on a lot of wisdom for chlorine bath and acid wash.

They have a popcorn machine. It makes good popcorn. Also, they got it going on when it comes to pools.

Pizza was ok, but its a place where cops hang out. Nothing wrong with that but different.

I just wanted to say that my experience with everyone at Corsons was excellent. I recently had my pool refinished in pebble tech with some complicated mosaics. Rick was the lead man on the project and it was organized,professional every step of the project. Rick was fantastic to deal with and really cares about the outcome of his projects. Lindsey was also excellent in handling all the paperwork,billing,any issues etc. Corsons is very lucky to have both Rick and Lindsey,they made all the difference.It was the great personal service that I get from the employees in the store that helped me make the decision to go with them for the pool work rather than a slightly cheaper competition,It was well worth paying slightly more to get the excellent work they provide.Thanks again for all your help. Had to take over the care of my pool two years ago and didnt know a thing about pools excep they had water in them. They staff st Corsons walked me through ever monsoon and my pool remained clear. Today I am an experienced pool owned who knows exactly how to deal with any water issue.

I had been gone a few days during the monsoon and my pool had started to just turn a little yellow. So I took a water sample to theses guys they analyzed it and sold me forty dollars worth of chemicals to cure the problem. I followed their instructions they gave me on how to use the chemicals I had purchased and ran my filter continuously. My pool went from yellow to green in two days. Brought them another water sample walked out with another forty dollars worth of chemicals that did nothing. I ended up having to drain the pool.

I patronize the Corson pool supply store in Chandler and have always been happy with the service I received so when it was time to hire a weekly service for my elderly parents I went with what I knew; what a MISTAKE! From the very beginning I had noticed that the tech wasnt doing everything the service manager promised me they would do like ensuring the pool stayed clean and clear. I called in with my concerns and was assured they would be addressed but it just got worse as the summer went on and finally the pool turned bright green. Now get this; when I called and spoke to the service manager he said it might just be the way the light is reflecting off the pool. It might not be green at all. After another call he finally visited the house and confirmed rather sheepishly that the pool was indeed green. He asked me when we had changed the water and sand (it was just a few months before in the early spring) and generally tried to deflect the fault for the pool to me. It took them 2 weeks during mid-summer to get it under control during which time nobody could use the pool due to the chemical brew they were using to kill the algae. At no time did anyone from Corsons apologize and then they had the audacity to try and charge me for the extra chemicals used to fix the water by slipping the charge into my bill. After a few more months of hit and miss service the technician was terminated. Guess I wasnt the only unhappy customer. This brings us to today (March 6th 2013) and the service manager is supposed to visit my pool because I noticed the same layer of dust is on the floor as two weeks ago. The pump (which is new) isnt priming and the vaccuum (they they charged me to fix) isnt moving around the pool. I called last week as soon as I noticed this and left a message on the number that the tech leaves in the clock to show that he has visited. No return phone call so yesterday I spoke to the woman who answers the phones and she said there were no messages on the machine. Okay, well what about my pool? She said it sounded to her like a mechanical issue. I asked her if that was something the Corsons pool technician should have noticed and attempted to repair....hes a POOL TECHNICIAN. I am not; I just pay the bills. Needless to say I am very disappointed with Corsons and hunting for another service. I dont know who owns this slip shod company but if their name is Corson they should be ashamed.

Started going there one day when I was in the neighborhood & needed some chemicals the employees seemed fine and I was able to get what I needed that day, so I started going there as a regular BUT lately they seem to have taken a real nose dive both in supplies (always out of the most common things) & now with the really poor attitude of the employees there is no point in ever going back!!
