Pool Buddy was very responsive to my concerns to start with. He stopped by to look at my pool while I was at work and saw it was an easy “fix”, completed 1 of the tasks, called me with the other. He was informative and extremely helpful with my issues. My pool cleared up by later that afternoon and is now ready to use for the summer! I needed some emergency pool work done quickly and couldn’t find anyone to do it. Someone suggested Pool Butler. I got an immediate response and immediate quote and a very fair price. The work was done perfectly.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Home warranty company stuck me with these guys. I had a leaky motor and they did come out to replace it, but left the grounding wires sticking straight up in the air. There is a rubber like O ring laying on the ground under it and what do you know it still leaks. Pool guys are trying to blame it on something else. I have a brother that is a pool builder in California and he even said it is a total pool code violation the way they tried to fix it. When I call the guy he just smart talks me saying he did me a favor. These are cocky untruthful people.

The owner, Josh, was amazing! He dropped what he was doing to come to our VRBO to clean our pool because the management company is not clean the pool before we arrived. We called and he immediately said he would come to help us out - he was there within 20 minutes. He was amazing and I couldn’t say anything better about the cleaning, price, professionalism, and outstanding customer service!I highly recommend him to anyone in the Scottsdale area!

Josh is the best! He diagnosed the problem based on pictures but came out to confirm. Super easy fix and very reasonable. I saw a few bad reviews, but they seemed to have unrealistic expectations. So happy I ignored them and called. Will definitely hire again!

We arrived at a Turnkey vacation rental on Thursday with a filthy pool that was promised to be cleaned on Thursday. Turnkey was unable and unwilling to arrange a pool cleaning. Friday morning. When Turnkey still could not figure out how to get it cleaned after we had lost a third of our vacation we found the Pool Butler of Arizona to clean the pool. Josh was so understanding and drove straight to the house and completed a perfect clean up job. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Our pool pump motor stopped and I couldnt get it to turn on. I called Pool Butler and he said that they could come the following day. He called back 5 minutes later and said that one of his guys was close by and was running ahead of schedule and could come right away. He had it working easily in about 10 minutes .
