Blue Water is fantastic. Have used them for 4 years after a recommendation by a friend who was extremely happy with them. I interviewed a number of pool services. None came even close. My pool always looks fantastic. The pool guy who does our neighborhood, John, is a great guy which is important when theyre on your property every week. The office is absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, very efficient, always there and genuinely nice. Theyve educated me all about pools and advised me on my pool robot. I also used them for repairing my pool motor. They were very fair and efficient and made a minor repair that saved me a lot of money. (I hadnt realized they did motor repair and had called someone else who told me I needed a full replacement.) I have recommended them to others and I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this. They are absolutely the best. So grateful to have Blue Water taking care of my pool.

I have went through several pool companies and their own personnel. I finally found one that is a keep. They don’t have the high turn over if at any like the other companies do. Plus, they actually do clean the pool. Had numerous pool techs out and would skim one or two spots and leave but somehow I am paying for full service.This company is the best. Julio my pool tech is so nice and friendly! If he leaves the company it will be sad. He has been there for years though so I hope he stays.

If there ever is a change, he always calls giving us plenty of notice. John is very reliable and always aims to keep our pool, not only looking good, but functioning correctly! Buddy and his team have serviced our pool for over 12 years. Never have had any issues and in certain instances Buddy has waived or discounted charges that have arisen. Great company from top to bottom.

Have your water tested by a professional pool supply place. Testing is free. My pool chemicals were way off. I made three attempts to have Blue Water correct the problem and they failed miserably. No one returned my calls, no one there took me serious, no one came and corrected the pool chemicals. I was a good paying customer for a year and when I had a problem I was ignored. It may look good on the outside but deep down the chemistry could be way off. Most people are ignorant as to what is actually being done to their pool as I was. The only good thing is I learned how to do it myself and it is easy. Don’t pay these guys hundreds of dollars a year when you can easily do these simple tests yourself and save hundreds! I would have given them at least a three star rating hadn’t it been for their poor customer service. I’m sure there are more qualified companies out there to maintain your pool. Do your homework!!

My wife and I have been with Blue Water for a while. They do a solid job even in the summer when its 115 degrees or after a monsoon goes thru and the pool is filled with leaves on top and sand at the bottom. If something goes wrong they have a phone number for a repairman to help out. Wed be lost without them taking care of the pool.
