We adopted a cat from the AZ Humane Society at this location and it was a wonderful experience! The cat, Sugar is sweet and playful (picture included). In addition, the staff were super helpful and gave us all the information to be prepared to adopt. In addition, petco supplied coupons to get their products discounted with an adoption so we could get her the food, toys, and resources she needed. I 100% recommend adopting pets and this is a great location to do it at!

We recently just adopted a kitten from this place and it was such a simple process. We made an appointment online and when we arrived they left us alone with the kitten we had chosen. All the animals looked clean and happy, and their cages looked well-maintained. After signing some paperwork, which took seconds, we were on our way out the door with our new kitten. They even gave us a free bag of food and a book of coupons that helped us get supplies we need for our new kitten at such a low expense. We would highly recommend this place.

Just took him there for grooming for the first time today in liberty did an incredible job! Adopted a new buddy here, an easy, laid back experience. The pets are well kept in large areas and air-conditioned.

Went in to check out a puppy with AZ Humane Society. The employees were helpful in directing us to the right area inside the store. Didnt end up adopting the puppy but I would definitely go back for my other pet needs.

I was just passing through town and my 15 year old dog needed a bath after a few weeks on the road. I feel bad I dont know her name but the young woman who took care of my pup was so gentle with my dogs achy hips and slow moving ways. The extra attention was much appreciated!

Petsmart sells a lot of dog stuff and when we need dog stuff, we sometimes go there. We also go other places for things Petsmart doesnt have - like raw bones, a travel water dish Petsmart doesnt stock, certain food I cant get at Petsmart. They also house Banfields. We go there too. People are usually nice in Petsmart. Were happy its there when we need it.

Today I took my dog to the Banfield Pet Hospital. The support staff and veterinarians couldnt be better. They make sure you understand everything they recommend before performing their services and post op directions are written and verbally explained before you leave.

Store always has great sales and if you miss one dont worry it will come back eventually. I stop into many petsmart locations and few are better than other but the bigger stores are the best. I always love to come see what fish they get in if there is anything new that I didnt see before and check new color variations of the fish. Just wish they could keep the fish water parameters good throughout all locations. And stop seeing ill or stressed fish.

We took our puppy here last week because she was weak and not interested in eating. The veterinarian took her very closely and gave her some shots. She advises us to take her med every day, and thank God our puppy was active now and loves to eat. The best pet shop where you can buy for a pet or have your pets to pamper them.

The staff there is always very friendly and ways have exactly what were looking for (or at least close to it). They are always stocked and can answer most questions effectively.

The kitten I adopted was sick and much younger than you guys said. Got him in the Monday after I adopted him thankfully and the vet didn’t charge me for tests.The fact he was throwing up; not able to keep any food down and had diarrhea and NO ONE realized is concerning and makes it seem like the animals well-being does not matter to y’all. I had him for less than 24 hours and realized there was an issue…I have no proper education in animals. Thankfully I had some antibiotics on hand and was able to force feed formula. The vet said I did the right thing by doing that and he is most likely barely 6 weeks. I called in to see if anyone had any more information on his health and I was just told that if he’s sick I can “just bring him back.” I hope who ever adopted his siblings isn’t dealing with the same issues. The poor treatment is upsetting and the nonchalant attitude is disheartening.

I took my dog for her first haircut. They did a really good job. They were very gentle with her and she looks great.

I was disappointed to learn that they now have an exclusive arrangement with the brand of pet food that I buy. This means no competition, higher pricing and lower customer service. 😒

This petsmart is like the others. I just wish they were all played out the same so I could easily find what I need. The staff was friendly and the coupons are good

I would like to thank the Store Manager for being so kind and helpful when I came back to his store with a cat bed that I thought was on sale but my receipt said different. Well I guess these 2 beds look very similar sitting together on same shelf and so I must have grabbed the wrong one by mistake. So I fully intended to exchange it for the right cat bed that was on sale, but to my dismay, there werent any left on the shelf. So I tried finding another bed in my price range and this is where Jason, the Store Manager chimed in and told me, no you keep the bed will refund the original price. and only charge you the SALE price because they do look so similar. Wow! I never expected him to do that, he definitely made my day much brighter. Thank you so much Jason!

I slipped in 1 minute before closing. Actually more like i slid in unnoticed while the staff were finishing up last minute tasks. They were friendly and helpful without being pushy or rushing me, even though you could see they were just as ready to go home as i was. Helped me locate the stuff necessary for my daughter to keep her newest guinea pig quarantined in comfort while assessing his condition... Thank you guys for pretty much saving my sanity.

Very easy to find stuff

Albert helped us get all the necessary food and bedding for our new dog. We will come back later for classes when he is ready and comfortable with us. Jade also gets a shout out for being so helpful when we first entered the store. She told us what we should look for and gave us a new dog coupon book. Albert then found us wandering the isles and was able to answer all our questions. Well be back soon so both Jade and Albert can meet our new dog.

Nice clean place but very crowded

Came to this Petsmart to pick up prescription food for my cat because my usual Petsmart was out of the food for two weeks, so they called ahead and had it pulled from the shelf. It was very nice to be able to walk in and pick up the food at the register.

Very clean and very helpful staff

Our local PetSmart did not have the product we need it so they called this one. We drove out and picked it up with no issues. It was nice to be able to walk in, pay and walk out.

A great one stop shop for anything your pet friend may need. The dog boarding and veterinary center are both extremely well kept and the Arizona Humane Society even has an adoptions center at this location.

Great customer service and amazing staff. My friend and I have been meeting at this store for several months with our Dobermans who are both well trained to train in the AC as we are in Arizona. Today was my dogs 10th birthday and treated her like a queen. There is gal named Kristin who is usually at the register when we leave and purchase things that is WONDERFUL. Cant say enough good things about this store.

Clean, easy layout to follow, and a lot of great things happening there. PetSmart isnt my favorite place to get my dog groomed (hes a bichon frise, so Im pretty particular about how hes groomed) but solid service regardless.Last time I came in, I really appreciated that they asked if I needed help with anything. Right away, they sent over a knowledgeable team member to help fit my dog with the perfect sized harness. Such a huge help, especially since I was nervous about getting the right fit.This location is full of welcoming, expert animal lovers; Id definitely recommend this location!

We adopted our adorable pup from their adoption center and we couldnt be happier. The staff was friendly and helpful with the process.

Quick stop in today at this location to see if they had any dogs up for adoption. This is a Arizona humane society adoption center inside of PetSmart. Unfortunately on this visit they had no dogs up for adoption. As far as the store is concerned the areas that I visited were clean and neat and seemed well stocked. There were plenty of staff around if you had any questions.

I spent $45 at the store today while waiting for my dog to finish up at banfield. The banfield front clerk asked me to leave the building bc I will have to pick up my dog curbside. I was about to spend more money but I was asked to leave. What banfield is doing with this mandatory curbside terror is beyond rude, completely unintelligent and bad for petsmart’s business.

Location is convenient, has what I look for. Would be nice to have a bit of shading given the number of shopping locations related to parking area.

The first time my dog stayed here, her ear was bit by another dog and she had to get stitches. The second time, my dog had eaten a laminated paper because the paper was put in a place she could get it. They then gave her an emergency check up without our consent. Low stock on many items as well. The only nice thing about this location was the staff!

Not gonna lie, I think Petsmart is way overpriced, but I went to the North Scottsdale location anyway and Im glad I did, it was really busy, they had a free adoption weekend and a sample event going on at the same time and the customer service was still on point, from the associates, to the manager on duty(TJ), to the really busy adoption center, everyone I encountered was very helpful smiling friendly and you could tell they were there to help and I was able to adopt this little charmer!!

I have taken my dog here for 5 years and they have always done a great job taking care of her. I only use banfield and not the grooming or training services or anything. The clinic staff is very helpful and show they care for your animals. I also only buy my dog food from here with the wide selection and competitive prices.

Like this place very much!! Found a perfect collar for one of my dogs. The old one would slip off easily. This new collar was newer in style that when she pulls the collar tightens and shes so much better with her walks!! Shes happy and seems to enjoy her walks more. Clerks in store are great and very helpful!! Its a great store and the clerks are so helpful.

In an era of online sales, Pets Mart on Miller is a great brick & mortar! I have been taking my two pups to Pets Mart on Miller for over 7 years! Tanika has been taking care of their grooming needs for most of that time. The store is nice, has a wide selection of pet goods and is conveniently located off Miller Rd. just far away enough from all the hustle and bustle on Scottsdale Rd. Lastly, their rewards program is great, and the more you spend the more you save, in the form of credits to use against a future purchase ($5 - $25) every 2 - 3 months, you will also get $5/$10 off coupons pretty frequently in your email!

Great place for pet food, toys and essentials

The only complaint I have is that when they are sweeping they should be sure to get under shelves... my puppy eats everything and it was horrible to take her in there. She was trying to eat pieces of tags, plastic, paper and so many hairballs. Again, its my only complaint. Your entire staff is the absolute sweetest and the store is well organized and stocked. Just puppy problems!

I have used the pets motel twice at this location and they do a great job. Staff members are friendly and professional. My dog really enjoys being there. I definitely recommend it.

I love this place because my Basset Hound loves this place. I remind him, a day or two before we go. So then he actually licks his floppy ears all clean and velvety knowing everyone that passes by us, is going to want to touch him to pet him because he is so beautful.

If receiving service for grooming, I would recommend to receive service somewhere else, have came to this location two times and both times have they cut my dogs hair way to short, causing red bumps and ear inflammation. Was very disappointed in service.

PetSmart is a cool place to be at if you want to get a new pad or just want to hang out and grab a couple of things with a friend at Gaza animalget to know the place and you might meet new people are they very friendly and I happen to like them a lot they kind of like my little check of family when I dont need high expensive items I can go to them and they got what I want I got two nice little birds and I really loved a man the food and item and stuff there is really cheap so yeah go over there and check it out you might like it

Called in for information on insurance, dna testing, and availability for grooming and kept getting told, “I don’t know, you would need to look online.” Not sure if the person was brand new but it would be great if the staff were educated enough to answer questions over the phone rather than redirecting customers away from making purchases altogether.What an annoying experience to have..

Awful our dog has been going there for 9 years, after todays experience she will no longer be going there. Ever since they went corporate they have gone downhill. If you choose to board your pet there beware there is no communication with corporate and the store. And doggy day camp was over filled with dogs today big and small room is to small for that many dogs.

Convenient, easy and easy out, lots of parking. Almost always have the products I need.
