Amazing customer service! Has everything I need for my pet! Wont shop anywhere else!

Ive been shopping at this store for about 2 years, and always had a great experience. Associates are always helpful and pleasant, greeting you with a smile and a hello and thanking you for shopping there. Store has a great variety of pet foods at very good prices and store size is not not huge, so finding items are not an adventure in the wilds like in some of the bigger chains.

We took one of our dogs in for a haircut. She looks wonderful and feels so soft!We dropped her off with burrs in her coat from an accidental trip through the desert she took. They got them out and made her look great!

Pet supplies Plus is fabulous. They have everything youd ever need ...I own a store in this shopping center so it is So convenient, besides Dr Brett and Staff are superior in the medical side . .This place offers the best prices in town . I love getting my monthly coupons...Thats the cherry on top !

They always have just what we need. Got the weight management Fromms, built sticks of course and some glucosamine tablets.Staff was very helpful.

Small but has what I need fast good service

The store was spotless with friendly employees and great selection of products. Our pup came out with a frisbee for play later and a stuffed bone, which he enjoyed on the patio at AJS.

I had a wonderful experience here! I took my shepherd to get groomed today. My dog is not the easiest to groom and Natasha handled my wild sheppy with care and patience. My pup came back looking clean and beautiful! So impressed! Natasha is an excellent groomer. Would definitely reccomend!

Super clean store and courteous help

I have our golden retriever, Lakota, groomed at this location ( North Scottsdale ) and the groomer Rae did a superb job ! ***** She’s wonderful and our pupper always comes out happy ! We go about every 3 mos for a clip down and bath/groom. The store is great too as they seem to carry all your needs always offering coupons for different items. Try them you’ll love them. Conveniently located at the plaza on Lone Mt. and Scottsdale Rd. We also use “ Brett the Vet there at the Animal hosp nextdoor. Great service with A+ care !!

Great customer service

I went into Pet Supplies Plus while waiting for my vet appointment. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly. I am quite particular about the brand of food I will give my dogs, and they had all my pups’ favorite brands and flavors at competitive prices. They had THE BEST holiday selection and I found the perfect matching jammies and special holiday treats. Five tail wags from me!

We purchased a number of items today at the north Scottsdale store. Sadly, for your company, the cash wrap is so small it does not accommodate a sale with many items; we were not charged for two items because the cashier was stacking items on top of other items. We will return with the receipt and pay for the items, but if is happening to us, it happening to other customers! Time for retrofit of the cash wrap!

The people that work there are super and my dog loves going there

I love that this is locally owned and operated pet store but is clean, inviting, has superior service, tons of selection and is priced better than big box stores.

Same (low) prices as Walmart but without all the lines and crowds. Only have to drive 2 minutes now to get everything I need for my pets.
