Sexy Bobby did an amazing job on my nails. He took his time and was meticulous . My nails look amazing! I dont know who did my pedicure but it was so so. I feel she rushed the job. Ill just be sure to ask for someone else. Ill definitely be going back to Bobby. Hes the best!!!

Terrible experience!! I have been a loyal customer to Jackie for years. She has not been able to work since having her baby so I’ve been seeing Linda. She does a good job usually however I made an appointment and had to wait 30-40 minutes for her to finish a client she had just started. They totally didn’t even take into account my appointment and took a walk in instead. What’s the point of having an appointment? Then she proceeded to hurt me with the drill 3 times without even saying sorry and was working so fast she didn’t do a very good job. The cherry on top was at the end they tried to charge me $5 extra for using hard gel on 2 nails. If anything I should get a discount for this terrible service. This is unacceptable. I miss the old management!

I’ve been going here for a couple years and am very pleased with the cleanliness of this salon and the kindness of the staff. My nails always look good, and they are very good at listening to what you want. My favorite manicurists are Tammy, Linda, and Frank. Thank you for always fitting me in!

I highly recommend Scottsdale Nail Lounge. I drive all the way from Chandler to come here, even though there are plenty of salons closer to my house, because my favorite manicurist (Kim) works here. Kim is truly the best: shes professional, friendly, and extremely talented. My nails have never been healthier or looked better. When I first started seeing her, she helped me break out of my comfort zone and try new colors and styles. I always get compliments on my nails, and they last forever. I can easily go 4 weeks between services (although I love coming back to change out the colors and designs!). Scottsdale Nail Lounge is clean and well-kept, and everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. If youre looking for high quality, reliable service at a reasonable price, then go see Kim at Scottsdale Nail Lounge!

The staff here is BEYOND friendly. The service is incredible and the pricing is great. I came here visiting from Brazil and really wish we had something like this there. I am for sure going to come back- thank you to all the staff for the wonderful effort you make so that your clients enjoy their experience. 10/10 recommend!!! :) :)

First and last visit here., and a good reminder to be pay better attention when I walk into a salon.I immediately noticed they had all the the gel/powder colors samples out for people to rummage through.Next my technicians mask was slipping down off his face the whole time, and there was another technician walking around without a mask at all. She had one, just wasnt wearing it. The counters next to me were not clean, and I assume not sanitized.At one point I was asked to wash my hands and directed to get a towel for myself which was in a drawer that was closed.Im sorry but at this point in time there is zero excuse not to have your game on for Covid 19 policies, especially in an industry affected so harshly by it.This place clearly had no policies in place beyond masks and masks did not seem to be mandatory. Maybe it was just a lazy day, idk.I actually ended my manicure at this point and let them know that I was leaving because I was uncomfortable with their lack of policies.Before walking out, I wanted to get change at the register, to tip the technician for the work he had done, (half a manicure) but they decided to charge me for a full manicure appointment. Poor business practice to charge an unhappy client who walks out in the middle of a service. Im a business owner and this just rubs me the wrong way.I am definitely not hard to please as a customer, and I dont generally like making a fuss about things. However, I feel like as a consumer I want to know when businesses have poor practices in place and I believe these guys do.. I truly feel like Scottsdale Nail Lounge could do better.2 stars based on the fact that they were cordial the whole way through.

I really enjoy this place. Katie is very professional and is wonderful to work with. She cares by paying attention to details. My nails are always beautiful. I like the atmosphere and staff. They are welcoming and friendly. The TV is on with CC while great music plays. I recommend highly.

Cindy does the best pedicures. I followed her here from another salon. She is meticulous & so kind. My pedicures with her last longer than anywhere else I have tried. A month every time & I am hard on my feet!

I have been going to this nail shop for a short period of time. I was referred to Linda and George by a friend. They did my toes and nails twice. The third time I couldn’t get an appointment with them so I was very skeptical about going. I asked them to please put me with someone as good. I got Cindy. Dang now I’m torn. Omg she was awesome too. They are all so friendly and sweet. It’s a clean environment as well. I’m happy I have choices. I really enjoy the services.

I have been searching for a good nail tech in Scottsdale for almost 2 years! I finally found Linda!! She is the BEST nail tech in Scottsdale!!

During my first visit here,Maya, nail tech was very rude! She wouldn’t even say hello, make conversation, answer question, or say thank you... and hit my hand to order me to relax my fingers! She spoke English just fine to her friends there.I am a senior and I am appalled at how disrespectfully she treated me . I will never go back again! Customer service is terrible!
