I love this place, Its the only place I ever wanna go for manicure ans pedicure, and I try to go everytime I am in Scottsdale. Theresa does the best dipping powder I ever had 💜💜💜. Keep in mind that I keep my nails short for guitar playing and crafting. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be on long nails 💅

Wonderful nail salon. Everyone is so helpful. They play relaxing, soothing music that takes away stress lets you enjoy some me time.

Extremely relaxing and calming. I had been looking forward to getting my nails done all week and it was definitely worth the wait! They have a good selection of colors and I went on a Friday morning and there was only one other person so they took their time and did everything properly!. Other than that my nails look great!

I have gone here for years but havent the past year because of personal issues. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. Their work is above excellent. Both my husband and I have our peds done with Wendy and have done so for years. She is THE BEST!! The salon is highly sanitized and very modern!!

I walked in and they said they could take me immediately. I had to wait 30 minutes with my feet soaking. I was about ready to leave when Tammy showed up! She apologized for the wait and then did an amazing job on my pedicure and the massage you get with it! I will go back!

I was visiting Scottsdale, and two of my nails got messed up. I have a regular nail lady I adore and have been with for years, so I was anxious about going anywhere else, but my nails needed to be fixed. I saw Phuong, I think her American name was Cindy. She did an amazing job on my nails, which I picked a plaid design for St Pattys day, very detailed and on point. I was definitely impressed and recommend this place.

The ladies were super gentle on my hands and my feet and they took their time and were really neat and clean. I love the outcome! Super sweet and professional will definitely be coming here from now on!

I have been going here for years and have always had great experiences. I do prefer the women over the male because he does not give hand massages with your service....the ladies give the best mani/pedi massages in town!

This place is legit. Its clean, good price, and they do a great job. Ive been getting my acrylics with gel polish (coffin or stiletto) for over 4 years now, and Im extremely picky. I have tried countless places all over the US. If youre in Scottsdale AZ - this is the spot.

Great service. Friendly staff. Great experience for my first pedicure

I called over the phone to schedule a gel pedicure and asked what the price was for this service and was told $31. After the service I was charged $46 and when I contested they refused to accept the original price advertised over the phone. Then when I looked at my nails closer they had painted over the skin on two of my toes. Very sloppy job!

Great experience! We were from out of town and needed 3 sets of nails done in the last hour that they were open on a Monday night. They welcomed us and immediately assigned 3 ladies to help us. While we were there a previous customer came in and demanded that her chipped nails be fixed. She was handled in a courteous and efficient manner, even though to me she seemed entitled and demanding. I loved the classical symphony music playing in the background.

I have been coming to this nail salon every 2 weeks for 20 years with my mom. After today, I won’t be going back.Had an appt at 4 and we showed up 7 minutes late. Theresa, the owner told me that my appt was at 4 and had to have Katie take someone else. That’s it for me. I am not ever late but when they are running late, customers are expected to wait.This is so unfortunate to me but this place has really changed in the last year. Theresa is never friendly...her husband Nick who use to be involved more is not there as much. He is super nice along with the rest of the amazing staff!They recently just closed on Sundays which is inconvenient but I was fine with. The writing was on the wall for us after today. I have referred so many people to go there and I feel like they could care less to keep long term customers.I will gladly take my business elsewhere and you should too.

Chi, my nail technician, was highly professional and took great care with my nails. I got a neck massage and forearm massage that was so relaxing. No drills were used at any time during the removal of my gel manicure and re-application. Beautiful and relaxing music played in the background. I am heading back there today for a pedicure. Excellent nail salon. You will not be disappointed with the cleanliness and service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! Literally the most terrible place I’ve ever had service. I get my toes done basically twice a month and never have I ever been more disrespected in a place that is supposed to make a customer feel welcome and want to come back! Which I will never come back definitely won’t recommend any of my friends to come here. They completely disrespected my privacy! As a person who goes to nail salons a lot I’ve never experienced this type of behavior from nail techs let alone the whole salon and when I asked for a manager they stood around like they didn’t speak English!

They always do a great job

The nail tech stayed after hours to ensure I got what i wanted, even though i came in after six without an apt. I got the best fill and pedi and I will now make this go-to spot. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend to anyone.

Not fancy but the salon is clean and the techs are more than capable. Quick, efficient, pleasant and readily accessible. Have been using this location for years without problem.

Have gone there for years. Last appointment I ended up with pealing skin on fingers I believe from gel light. Than tried to call and their phone does not answer for three days and goes to a message please enter your access code. They also took an appointment twice yet I waited over 20 minutes both times. Late for my commitments because of it. Really going down hill.

Got the SMS polish for about a year, and Betty was my nail tech, I informed her that I was starting to get swollen fingers and I wanted to switch to regular polish.She insisted that we could do it next time.So like a dummy I let her do it and the results were really bad!!!I got hives a few days later and asked for Betty to remove the highly toxic chemicals and was told she no longer worked there. I had 2 other techs, before Betty, who were really bad that I couldnt stand.They talk to each other in their language about their customers and will carry on with each other, basically ignoring you.I am happy to report that I found another place on Deer Valley Rd and Scottsdale Rd that is much cleaner and uses fresh scrubbing tools for each customer.I am wondering if you realize that you are getting your feet scrubbed with scrubbing tools that have been used before on many other people. Ugh I am disgusted by the place and the techs who work there!Stay far away from this joint...no auto calving of manicure tools either!

Good service, good location, a little pricey though

My sister and I came to Paulines to get Pedicures prior to my sisters wedding. The nail tech cut my sisters toe within 5 min of being there and it wouldnt stop bleeding. My sister asked them to just stop and the tech proceeded to put something on her toe making it burn. She left and I finished my pedicure but was asked to leave my chair immediately after the tech was done. I asked if I could stay a few minutes for them to dry but was pointed towards the door and because there was toilet paper wedged between my toes and a slathering of lotion on my feet, my shoe slipped and I had to get 3 toes redone within 5 minutes of leaving. There are tons of pedi places around and despite my sister being a repeat customer there, they offered no explanation or apologies for cutting her toe and now needing to wait to get a pedi before her wedding. Just go somewhere else......

Stay away. The woman who did my pedicure was so rushed she was very rough on my feet and at one point it hurt so much I had to tell her to be more gentle. I have had a lot of pedicures and never once had ask for this. But what is unbelievable is that she argued with me and said that was how it is. She was rude and obviously not paying much attention to what she did and didnt care at all. This is not the place to go for a relaxing pedicure.Ive had other pedicures here and not had any problems, but I will not be going back after this experience.
