I am sitting in the parking lot while I write this review just because that’s how bad the service was. Called in for an appointment, they told me 30 minutes to come in when I arrived I waited for 25 minutes. The lady who was assigned to doing my nails suggested to her boss they raise the price because the repair for my 4 nails was a lot of work. The price was 20$, then it went to 30. Which wasn’t a problem. Problem was I Kid you not- she spent 10 minutes rushing my nails because they were over booked. After she completed the top coat of gel on my toes she tried putting both my feet under the small dryer to rush to hen it’s clearly made for one foot at a time. This was worse than Walmart. I have been to many nail salons and I’ve spent tons of money on quality but this place is anything but. I got in my car and had to go back in after looking at my toes so they could fix errors I noticed. Don’t recommend! So sloppy.

So excited to try this nail salon. Easy to walk in, select color, grab a massage chair and be seen swiftly. Quiet space and comfortable interactions. Not busy at all at peak hour so that’s encouraging. I’m sure I’ll be back for a manicure next week.

I had the deluxe spa pedicure and regular manicure. May was professional and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back again.

After trying many different nail salons in the valley, I have finally found my go to place. Susan is the BEST nail tech in Arizona. I drive 30 minutes to see her but she is well worth it. Every time that I have shown her a picture of nail inspiration, she has nailed it or makes it look even better. Each visit I leave more and more satisfied.

Do you like low-grade manicures with high prices? Do you like no-chip to chip within a day? Do you like owners who yell at you when you ask for a nail to be fixed? Do you like watching staff tip-toe around bipolar mood swings from the owner? Then this is the place for you!

I paid $170.00 plus $20.00 tip for a fill and a pedicure and a manifest for my boyfriend. I asked if she could do a specific design and the owner said yes. She finished and I left as I had another appointment I needed to get to. The next morning I went back because my cold wasnt even and the technician there did not want to fix my nails and even began screaming at me. there was no one in the salon and she refused to fix it for me...she finally agreed after I called her out on her yelling she finally agreed to take the color off but still refused to redo them and while working on my nails she showed me her eyebrows and told me that she only had one done because I interrupted her doing her makeup in the back. This jas been a terrible experience super unprofessional and I will never come back! DO NOT GO TO THE NAIL ROOM!!!!

Owner is extremely rude. Owner is dishonest about the wait time - she texts appointments to come in at a later time with no more than 5 minutes notice. Additionally, she now charges $20 for a manicure, but if you get a pedicure too its only $15? Ive never heard of such a thing. Not to mention, the price change is not reflected in the service book. You can verify the owners disgusting attitude with comments she has written back to clients who have provided reviews. I will never step foot back in this establishment & will gladly support another shop.

I had orange powder on my nails they kept telling me that they would not redo a full set because it would be too much money and would take a longer time.. you can still see my old color through my nails you can still see the orange I’m sorry but I wasted 40 dollars just to have poor quality nails I will not be coming back here.... don’t expect business if you are not going to satisfy my needs

So great. This place is a whirlwind experience, but they do a phenomenal job and are so nice. Great attention to detail. I smudged a toe and came back and they were once again so friendly, not annoyed that I smudged their work. Would recommend

The NEW Owner Susan has done my nails 4 over 20 yrs. She is the best nail person I have ever had. They are always perfect. The salon is quiet exceptionally clean & very relaxing. No TV blaring or loud music playing. I have no idea where that lady said she got her nails done but that is NOT Susans work. Nails all cloudy. The product she uses is top quality & always clear & shiny. Plus Susan has never done a nail that thick in her life. Give The Nail Room a try & U will not regret it. Every tec there is very qualified. 🤗

Google shows the Salon closing at 7:30. However when I arrived I was informed Google was incorrect and they were closing at 7. And that they were Under New Management hence the reason for time change. Until that discrepancy is corrected, the time reported should be honored. Blank trip down the drain.

By chance today I found this place and I have to say it was such a great experience. The ladies there (Mae, Susan, and Lian) made me feel welcome, had great conversation and I LOVED that they had soo many SNS dipping colors because its hard to find! If I could rate with more stars I would! You are all doing an excellent job!

My mom, sister and I were here a few weeks ago, before my wedding. These ladies made us look and feel so special! They had my mom smiling and giggling the whole time. Not to mention they made our hands and feet look perfect! One day when I move back to Scottsdale, this will be my go to spot.

This salon gets 2 stars from me. For starters, I walked in and everyone looked at me but no one said hello. A lady asked me what did I want and I just needed a nail fixed. I’m not from Arizona so I came to this salon because it was close to the resort I was staying in. But you would’ve thought I had 3 legs the way the people looked at me when I walked through the door.(The nail stylists & customers). I felt completely uncomfortable. Now I’m not sure if they’re use to seeing people of color in this area but it still isn’t an excuse to be so rude & dismissive considering I’m the only African American in the entire establishment. The women who fixed my nail was a little aggressive with me by pulling on my fingers & telling me to relax. How can you relax when you’re feeling unwanted or like you did something wrong. She was tossing the supplies back down after each use as if she was upset I came in. Second, the male worker began to sweep the floor. When he got over by the station I was sitting at he swept my feet with the broom & never apologized or said excuse me. I was just baffled by then. Third, on my way out I still thanked the lady for her services as far as my nail & tipped her & told the 7 other people including her to have a good evening & yes you guessed it. Only 1 person said thank you in which I believe it was a customer who came in after me. I mean it’s really ridiculous how ignorant people have become these days. However I was satisfied with my nail but the customer service sucks. At the end of the day money is green & it spends regardless of the color of the person spending it.

I wish I had known about this salon a LONG time ago!! They are so awesome and the environment is so nice and relaxing!! They corrected my awful nail job and made it 10x better! Ill be going here from now on :)

Ive been coming here with my mother for several years, and there is no other place I rather go. They are clean, friendly, professional. All the nail technicians are great, but a few of my favorite are, Cash, Danny, and Jenny. Raymond, the owner, is very nice and accommodating whenever possible. Just remember to bring cash for tipping!!

I was mistreated/ scolded at the salon when I asked for the nail tech to do something extra which I was willing to pay for. Because it would have taken to much time and I was cutting into her appointment time. Please teach employees customer service skills it will make your business flourish.

I have been there twice. It is a sns and padi 。that a girl name May ，Shes very good attitude and patience。The massage is very good and the cuticle is very clean. I really like it.I will book her next time。The store is also very comfortable and clean.

I used to be a loyal customer, so writing this review kind of pains me. But after my experience I feel it necessary. To preface this, I have a nail girl about a 30 min drive away who is my ride or die. I decided to get my nails done on a whim a little late in the day so I didnt want to make the drive down there, so I decided to come to a familiar place a bit closer. I didnt have an appointment so I walk in and wait for it to be my turn. The initial design I asked for I was told they couldnt do. Which is fine. No big deal. So I find a new design. Simple mauve nails with a rhinestone on each finger. I show the girl and she says yes. She says it looks like dip powder (which it did, it was what I wanted) and I say yes. When I walked in I told them I wanted a full set, and the girl confirms this with me. I say yes, my current set was grown out quite a bit and I was missing a nail on one finger. She then lectures me (loudly, with a nail salon full of people watching) about how I dont need a full set I just need a fill because its very damaging to take off all my nails. Now, originally I wanted a full set becayse I had white gel with chrome powder on top and I wanted French AND a different shape. But since I wasnt getting the French I said a fill was fine. But now I cant get the dip powder (or maybe I still couldve? She just didnt do it). So now she tells me to pick a color in the book of gel polish. I point to one and tell her I like it. To which she responds No, THIS one looks more like your photo and points to a different one. I wasnt in the mood to argue so I let her do that one. (even though my choice was more similar imo). The rest of the time goes by rather uneventfully, until its time to pay. (remember I got a fill not a full set and regular gel polish not dip powder) and she charged me $60!!!!! After my tip I ended up paying $80 for a gel polish fill. I was shocked, but didnt argue. At the very least this was a major rip off and at most she deliberately over charged me. Ive seen other reviews with people saying they got over charged too. Unless you want an empty wallet and sh*tty nails, go somewhere else.

Most importantly, not steril. The tools used were not in a steril package, were not soaking in a steril solution, and after use were just placed back into the mail Techs personal container. No cleaning.Service, well the nail tech working on me was texting and on the phone the whole time. The tech working on my daughters nails tried to get her phone number. Shes under age.If I could provide less than one star I would.

My sister and I went in for gel pedicures and manicures. The man who did my toes cut me and the woman who did my nails rushed the process. My nails started cracking the next day. I havent even had them done for a week and they look like they have cracks all through them. My sisters look the same. We will not be returning.

OMG!!! Never will I come back . Had dip powder done, my nails and fingers looked Hideous!! Had pedicure as well, NOT GOOD ! I find it hard to believe they are EXPERIENCED HERE!!

The ladies act like they did not want to do our nails and if you change anything they speak in their language, like they are mad at you or even irritated. The lady that did my toes did not do the full pedicure right and was not personable at all.

I loved this place before the new owners came in. i got my nails done last tuesday, tips with liquid gel and all have fallen off in less than a week. When i went to make an appointment and complained they really didn’t care and said i’d have to wait another day to get them done. Very disappointed with these changes and most likely won’t be coming back after spending 45 dollars on a full and now having to spend 60 after a week.

I visited Scarsdale and decided to get a pedicure .First I thought it was good service . The lady who did my nails was nice . However as I was leaving the male manager charged me $5 more because its opi without having the sign that its extra to use opi. I told him its not good business not to inform customers before hand . This would never happen up north . Not to mention she added acetone to thebottle to thin it out . Then 30 min later the polish on my big toes scratched.

When i came in for my appointment, David asked me if i was doing gel with my full set of white tip with acrylic. I responded with no. He said ok, got someone else from the salon to grab the guy to do my nails. Since this was my first time getting this service i asked my guy if he was doing the white tip with acrylic. He said yes. In their menu a full set for white tip with acrylic is $35. That is why I was shocked that my total came out to$60. I remembered when I sat down and David got the guy that he did not rely the information to his coworker. Since there was no way to change my already done nails i figured i had to pay the $60. This is a rip off and they do not listen to their customers.

Love this spot for a relaxing manicure or pedicure. Tried SNS for the first time a few weeks ago and they were great at SNS French manicure. They fit my daughter in for a quick SNS removal at closing time, which was much appreciated.

The place is clean but very over priced. Full set acrylic dip and classic pedi plus gel polish cost me 125 dollars.

Worst pedicure. Tech had zero personality and spent about 15 min. No massage, nothing..
