Excellent service. This was my first time in this beautiful salon and it is so immaculate and clean! I received the best care and impeccable service. Maria is so knowledgeable and very talented! After seeing her transform my feet I cried! The work she does is amazing and she is super professional. Dru is so sweet and helpful. Elizabeth is so friendly and nice! LOVED this salon! Ive been searching for a salon since moving to Scottsdale that is clean and trustworthy and that does a great job and I found that and MUCH more. Elizabeth and Maria were so incredibly sweet and the other woman in the salon and I had a great conversation. I left the salon feeling energized and well cared for. I love the way that they treat their clients and look forward to going here for the years to come! Also, two weeks later my gel nails look beautiful!

Maria and Liz do outstanding work and they are awesome people! Other salons dont focus on their customers but tend to work as if their only interest is to get as many people in and out in as short of time as possible. Ethereal has a relaxed friendly atmosphere, with a focus on helping customers understand how to care for their body. In addition, they promote cleaner versions of nail care and polish There are comfortable chairs, interesting conversations and laughter. Have been going to Ethereal for years, and learned how to care for my feet and wouldnt think about going elsewhere. Love Ethereal!

Wonderful place and the friendliest and most competent staff! I had a bare manicure and a classic pediicure with Maria and she was fantastic! Top-notch place with very reasonable prices. I am just visiting Scottsdale, but if I lived here, I would be a regular customer here. So so good!I also had a massage with Donald and it was amazing - one of the best massages I have ever had. What a gem of a place!!! The reviews are solid and I can see why after spending the afternoon here.

I hadnt tried out any nail places over in this area, so I researched the top rated ones on Yelp and Ethereal came up. Five star reviews on Yelp so I definitely wanted to check it out. I made an appointment for a Dazzle Dry Manicure because Ive had the normal gel before and it damaged my nails. The Dazzle Dry is a vegan polish treatment that is supposed to last longer than normal polish but strengthens your nails. Anyway, I went and got there early and they got me seated right away. Danielle was my nail technician and she was SO nice. The place is adorable, cute, and clean - it feels like youre at a friends house but very calming and relaxing. Theres a no-phone policy so you get a chance to get to know who is doing your nails, which I found refreshing. Danielle explained the Dazzle Dry polish and everything she did as we went along. Chatting was fun and the other ladies at the place were super nice as well. When I was leaving she told me about their stamp card system and helped me set it up on my phone. Really awesome experience, will definitely be calling this my new nail place from now on!!

Ok, so please excuse my ratchet nails, (Ive been so busy I havent had time to go in and get the gel taken off!) but Ive never had a gel mani last so long or so nicely EVER. 27 days and no lifting or chipping, IM SO IMPRESSED. I also was on a time crunch when I made my last minute appointment and they did my mani/pedi at the same time. LOVE this place and will be back soon.

Best spa I have ever went to. Elizabeth was great and very fun! Both Maria and Elizabeth are very funny too. I had such a great first facial and I already scheduled for my second one. I got a bare buff also. She worked with me even though I bite my nails and they turned out perfect. I definitely will become a regular here! :)

I’m in town from Boston visiting a friend and we decided to do pedicures as part of my birthday weekend. My friend chose here based on other reviews and it was the best decision ever made. Maria and Elizabeth were so wonderful to chat with and so thorough with the pedicures (don’t even get me started on the heavenly foot massage). 10/10 will absolutely go back.

What an amazing nail salon! I showed up last minuet to get my nails done and the lady told me not to worry about it she will get me in as soon as possible. Ethereal nails is a salon that I genuinely enjoy going to. I went there to get my nails done for a wedding and I have not stopped going since. Maria and Liz not only do an amazing job on my nails, but are also a fun time to be around. I go once every two weeks and I honestly look forward to it. They are perfectionists in the bestway, and I’m confident in knowing my nails will turn out just the way I want them to. I’m also very indecisive and as long as I give them a general idea of what I want, they pick out the color within seconds, and I’ve always been beyond satisfied. Everything about the experience is positive when it comes to Maria and Liz due to their expertise and charisma. I highly recommend this place and am so happy that I found them!

Genuinely amazing experience all around! I got an express facial and a pedicure with Elizabeth and was so impressed by how knowledgeable and professional she was all the while being genuinely friendly and showing care and concern about my well-being. She provided feedback on my skin and offered suggestions but didnt push product (although I would definitely consider the product she recommended). And, being an introvert, I appreciated her willingness to let me sit quietly but also engaging in conversation during my pedicure. Everyone at the salon was so friendly, the salon was modern looking and clean, and I loved how they use essential oils in their services. I would definitely drive 30 minutes to come here again!

This is my absolute favorite nail place that I have ever been to. The girls here are such sweethearts I honestly love going just to chat and catch up. Other than amazing customer service they also do the best manicure I have ever gotten. They truly take their time and care about the health of your nails and ensure your experience is great. This was my first time going here, went on Wednesday and it was the best experience ever! The owners are super fun, and hilarious. They make the time being so enjoyable and pleasant. This salon is very hygienic with excellent customer service. I was a walk-in client and was able to been seen right away. While their pricing is slightly higher than other salons I was more than happy to pay for it simply because I could feel how the employees were actually happy to be there. Thats not the case with many other nail salons... even when you tip well.

I had tried a gel manicure at two other salons, and in both cases my nails were lifting within 5 days. Ethereal Nails gel manis last 3+ weeks - plus its a lovely little place!

I have been a customer for a long time and fell in Love the minute I met Maria and Liz. However, I am writing a review tonight because they never seize to amaze me. I was looking down at my nails and how amazing they looked and then thought about when I had them done and realized it had been over two weeks. I don’t have one chip and no signs that they will chip anytime soon. They still look shiny and bright and better yet - they are growing which means they are healthy. This is so because they use high quality products and treat your nails like a stylist treats your hair and an esthetician treats your skin. There is a reason most women get here nails done every two weeks and it’s because they usually HAVE to. That is not the case here. All I got was a regular gel manicure and I am a busy women who has an 8 month old and plays sand volleyball so I am constantly washing my hands and I’m rough on my nails. I can’t speak highly enough about these ladies. The fact that looking at my nails prompted me to write an impromptu review at 10:45 pm on a Saturday should tell you all you need to know! (Besides that I am incredibly lame...)

I called for a last minute pedi, and Elizabeth and Maria told me to come in and wait and see: they let me know that they were totally booked up. I waited in the lobby until they could see me ---- but it was so worth the wait. So professional, so personable and such an amazing experience - I now have beautiful nails for my event tomorrow! And I have my new nail and skin professionals that I will be frequenting often!

I was waiting a while to post this review to see how my nails held up, and after 2 weeks I can honestly say this is the best manicure Ive ever gotten. The dazzle dry mani is perfection. 5 minutes after the top coat was applied my nail polish was already dry! Usually my nail polish is chipped and cracked after a week but not with this manicure! My hands are constantly in and out of construction gloves and after a week of work and a week of vacation theres still not a single chip or crack! The ladies who run this place are so incredibly amazing and nice. They worked with me on a particularly challenging design and everything was perfection. Definitely choose this place for the healthiest, longest lasting, nail treatment youl ever get. Thank you guys again! Im booking my next appointment soon :)

Not only do they do an amazing job, but they pay attention to details and I so appreciate it. These woman TRULY care about you and your nails. As I entered this quaint beautifully kept salon, a sign over the door Enter as a Stranger, Leave as Friend welcomed me and that is exactly how I left feeling! A lovely woman greeted me and gave me many options for my nails, which I might add needed much help! I was escorted to a sink and given a clean washcloth and nailbrush and told to scrub up...which I loved and which EVERY nail should do!!! I have been doing the SNS dip for over 2 years and I am now a convert to Hard Gel Overlays due to the weakness of my nails underneath! Elizabeth handed me a PLETHORA of color choices...yep-they even do Chrome! And boy did she do the most AMAZING job ever! She was so methodical and meticulous and even built up 2 of my nails that had been torn by the sns nail dip from a previous salon. She also introduced me to everyone in the salon as we all laughed and chatted away to one another. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place! I love it so much that Ill be flying in just for the day to get my nails done...and Im from San Francisco! Salons everyone should be taking a cue from Ethereal!!! Nicely done Ladies 💅❤

The whole staff here is AMAZING! Hands down the best salon Ive ever been to. The environment is so fun, everybody is laughing and singing along to the songs playing, Ive never felt so comfortable at a salon before. Elizabeth did a hard gel full set on me and theyre even better than I was expecting! It was 100% worth the price for the service, experience, and outcome, they won me over!

Just in town on business, pulled this salon up due to ratings and I was not disappointed. Very clean, they even change liners in the basin. Basic pedicure was 45, but they did a great job. MARIA is fantastic!

I love getting my hands and feet cleaned up at Ethereal nails. The ladies here do an amazing job every time and keep me looking sharp. The hand and foot massage is also great and I feel comfortable there since it is a smaller shop.

Cannot say enough great things about this spot! I wasnt sure what to expect...very tiny, boutiquey vibe...not your typical nail salon experience at all. My nails are looking perfect but the best part is Liz and Maria. They make you feel so comfortable, are so funny, its almost like youre hanging out with your lifelong friends while getting pampered!

This was my first time here and the customer service was great, but unfortunately the artist didnt schedule enough time for her to complete my nails the way that I asked, so I had to leave with unfinished nails. The job is ok, a little rushed but none of what I asked for nor wanted. And I was still charged full price. My experience would have been better if my nails were fully completed.

Usually I go to a nail salon and play around on my phone or ready a silly magazine, but Maria and Elizabeth had me laughing the whole time. I had such a fun time with these two; they were kind, welcoming and they made my nails look fabulous. You wont regret the appointment!

What I found was a hidden gem in Scottsdale where the service was great and the sisters who own the salon are friendly, welcoming, and talented at their craft.
