Working with Mario is a great experience. He works hard and cares very much about whats going on. We were doing some dedicated work with him for one of his customers, and we just could not make it work, no fault of Mario, its just us being a small carrier and not being able to hit the times his customer needs.

Why do they only respond to the positive reviews? Looks like automated responses regarding the negative reviews.Correct that they dont answer the phone once you pick up the load. They provide no assistance when in transit, change delivery appointment when in route and dont tell the carrier about it. When escalating an issue upper management will tell you that their hands are tied. UNETHICAL.

Not sure why people are negative about them. I honestly did not have the same experience, was working with Eric Nofsinger and felt like he was on my side of things and was setting up more opportunity and potential for us to grow together on a few lanes. The communication also was great and had no issues what so ever on getting a response on emails and calls. Also i think there online booking platform is great, cause a lot of brokers still dont have one and they do. i also think theirs is a lot easier to use and most i have came across.

I had the pleasure to meet the Emerge team last year and ever since they have been my preferred broker! Despite me working with only one broker (James Howe) I was able to book consistent lanes that covered 20-30 trucks a week.We submit our invoice and paperwork through Apex and have never had an issue getting paid. The broker we have worked with have always seemed courteous and professional.***NEVER had a situation where they provide misleading information nor not paid TONU. They always look at the situation realistically and understand if the truck is broken down - the load cant arrive on time. (most of the brokers dont know how this business works on the back end)I strongly recommend this company if you are looking for a long term relationship.

Gabriel Gill and the rest of the brokers crew along with their managers are true professionals. Hauled a load with them last weekend, no trouble, no issues. Got fully compensated for trailer storage due to frost just to keep the load in one piece. Haul loads with them anytime!

Calling yourself an expert will not make you one.ANSWERING THE PHONE to your CARRIER would be a beginning.Here&now: successfully finished load for you; at the end, for lumper fee code, NO ONE ANSWERED the phone /hour of trying/ after one employee that we got hold of said hell call back right away. Informed that both receiver and us are waiting just for that. There r phone records. We paid so we can move on. Even receiver asked what r we waiting for.Shameful.

Avoid this broker, thay are not paying compensation for any additional. As soon as you delivered thay are not responding anymore.

Carries beware of this company, they are booking loads with carriers and they still shop for rates, once they get a cheaper rate they cancel your load without notice, broker’s name we dealt with is Ben, as I said carriers stay away from this company!!!

AKA Emerge. Bad for all carriers, The platform of this company, is having carriers bid against each other. Big benefit for shippers. The losers will be the carriers. Bidding only drives down the already low rates. Working with this company is working against yourself. That goes for the 3pls % as well. May as well just burn your trucks to the ground. The positive reviews are obviously fake!

The only reason I gave one star was because I could not give zero stars. My driver was promised detention after waiting a total of 6 hours at a shipper who had overloaded him in Austelle, GA. Our load was supposed to be 46,400, which was fine since we can carry 47,300. Unfortunately after scaling we were almost 200 over gross. So he went back and waited 3 more hours for the shipper to decide they needed to remove one of the conveyors. However, after all that wasted time we barely got he load off the following evening and lost our reload that was paying $3 plus a mile. It was the next day before we could find a reload. Terrible customer service from John and Ranger upon trying to collect the detention. They are super nice and make promises they have no plans of keeping until you try to collect.

I hauled one load on july 29 finished july 31 from OH to MN, paperword was sent same day of delivered and still waiting to get paid, today is 10/13/2020.

Terrible customer serivce on the shipper side. They put in low bids to win the tender, then cant cover the load for the agreed upon price. Very slow to respond to issues. Very poor communication with customers. The TMS platform is a good tool, but they do not know how to service customers.

We move for them a a load from Montana to Colorado, after we arrived at the delivery, we was rerouted to different place 65 miles more, it was not an issue for us to deliver it there, but we never got compensated for it, not possible to reach anybody by phone, total ignore, booked load with DONTAVIA BOGAN
