Bought a house with a non functioning spa, called Aqua Spa and they had it up and running in no time. Theyre friendly, professional and my go to for anything spa related. Highly recommended!

Every so often you run into a company that is the best in the business. Aqua spa is that company. We own a vacation rental management company with 40 plus homes. We have a lot of spas that need service. Chris and team are so good at what they do, are so responsive, great communicators, professional, respectful and most important, they are competent and know spas. I like to refer to Chris as the SPA GOD lol. Thankful for these guys as they have saved me many times and I couldnt imagine myself calling a different company. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We have been living out of state for several months. When our friend who has been tending to our hot tub while weve been away told us the tub was leaking heavily, we needed a good spa services company to look at it to determine the cause. Our friend checked and got a recommendation for Aqua Spa.We are thrilled with the great service we received. The owner, Chris, personally inspected our tub, and with text messages, photos, videos and phone calls showed exactly what was wrong, fixed it then and there, and send a video showing it was back and working well. The price he charged was very reasonable.A+++++

I was impressed with my first appointment, fast, friendly and the price was responsible ($115.00 for a drain and refill). However, when I had to contact them a few days later because now I had floating materials in my spa (which I didnt have before) I was charged another $345.00. They flushed my hot tub 4 more times and still had the floaters. They sent out another guy the next day, they said he was more experienced, but I had to point out all the multiple floaters all over my small 250 gallon hot tub to him. He said well I can try to flush it again...not the experienced person I was expecting. With all of the issues I have had I should have received a phone call to confirm I was satisfied. Instead I received a bill and the money was taken out if my bank account without my approval or signature. $455.00 total for a hot tub that just needed a cleaning. I have since found out that the pricing was not reasonable. Live and learn.Chris did send me a refund notification as his response indicates. However, he is incorrect that my hot tub hadnt had a flush for years. My hot tub is only three years old, in great condition and we did flushed it about a year ago. You should verify your information before stating it. He also said his technician told him I was satisfied with the results. I had to leave for an appointment shortly after the technician came so how on earth did I say I was satisfied after the third time of coming out to my house? I obviously was in contact with this company several times; hence the three service calls. Three strikes and then a review. I really dont want to re-live this experience anymore or correct false statements.

We have a spa that hasnt been used in many years, and we were not sure if it was in working condition. Called Aqua Spa and Pool LLC and Jeff came out to check it out, clean and complete maintenance on it. Over the course of his service today, we have a new friend as well as an honest, reliable spa expert who gave us tips and tricks to look for until hes back in a couple of weeks! Very professional, personable and knowledgeable! The sign of a good business rests mostly in the hands of its staff / representatives - we are sold on Aqua Spa! Thank you Jeff!!

They never called back.

I googled Jacuzzi Spa repair and found Aqua Spa close and reviews were very favorable. I scheduled service and my appointment was at 630am. The repair associate was on time, quickly assessed the work and educated me on the repair. An estimate was made. He had to go obtain parts and was going to come back later between jobs and install parts, refill and test. He did all of this and did it for under his estimate. Highly recommend.

We have a very large spa and we wanted a spa cover so we can keep the spa heated throughout the year. They came, measured, and within a few days we already had the cover. The owner, Chris, came and personally delivered it. We love the workmanship, customer service, and the speed of finishing it so quickly given the custom spa cover (size and shape). We feel that the custom cover was appropriately priced. we definitely can recommend this business.

Chris the owner fixed my problem. He was very professional, knew what the problem was immediately and i was completely satisfied. i would not hesitate to recommend Aqua Spa to anyone who needs a spa repaired.Excellent customer service from initial contact to completion of the job.

I recently bought a hot tub on offer up. It had a bad leak issue. I called them and they got out to me quickly. Once it was worked on they found the problem was a bigger repair that O could not afford for a pro fix. Chris actually refunded the money that was charged to come out because of this. Our hot tub stopped working so we called Aqua Spa and Pool to come and check out what was going on. Dave was the technician who came to our home and we was wonderful. It look him no time to uncover that our heater was out. He was able to replace our heater and fixed our spa in an hour. He was amazing! I highly recommend Aqua Spa for your hot tub/pool needs.

Our above ground hot tub at our Short term rental property leaked overnight and I called Aqua Spa to come check it out. They were able to get me in on the same day and diagnose and fix the leak (faulty valve). Chris was very professional and kept me in the loop via text and pictures. I was very impressed and satisfied with the entire process. Aqua Spa will be our go to business for any future issues with the spa. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. The scheduler was super nice and helpful. Dave, their lead technician, did a full detail on my spa. We had some difficult problems to fix on an old above ground spa. Dave was so great! It took a few trips to figure out the problems and do the repairs. In the end everything works great! The office always called with a time, and Dave showed up on time, was very nice, gave a cost estimate (which I felt was very fair) and got the job done! I highly recommend this company!

Relatively new spa owners of 2 years, we thought wed save money on electricity and chemicals by emptying our spa for the summer. I filled it Monday, noticed a lot of water at the base later that day. The next morning, the water level was down an inch. I found Aqua Spa on Home Advisor. They called me immediately and I had an appointment for the very next morning. Dave and Chris diagnosed a bunch of leaking gaskets and had my spa fixed, filled, and good to go in just a few hours! And the cost came in about what we expected. Thank you so much Aqua Spa! I called Aqua Spas, the recommended Home Adviser repair service, and was given a next day appointment. The repairman was not only friendly and courteous, but answered my concerns,. He then quickly and competently repaired my leaking spa with in the mandatory $120 minimum trip charge.

I was skeptical at first on setting up leak repair for my hot tub because I usually prefer to fix things myself. However, I am so glad I did. The leak was fixed faster and cheaper than expected. Great service!

New to this area, we were looking for a spa service. We called another company who quoted $1500 to Fix an issue. Then we found Aqua Spa. Not only are they honest, but their staff is wonderful (especially Sue their office manager).

Our Hot tub went into protection mode and was basically dead in the water Aqua Spa said they would be here in 45 minutes and actually were. They trouble shot the problem, called the mfgr to see if it was still under warranty (it was) and then went to get the parts. They were back in about an hour, installed the parts, and were gone in about 30 min. The hot tub is now working just like always.Im keeping Aqua Spas number handy so that if we have any more problems, they will be the first to be called. I have no problem recommending these guys to anyone.

I needed someone to come out to take a look at the pump on my hot tub. Called a company, they offered a free estimate. They came out and the repair/replacement was going to be ridiculously high, so called around. Got ahold of Aqua Spa who came out and did a great job at a fair price. Very professional and experienced. Highly recommend!

The technician was solidly booked but was able to reschedule and fit us in. The problem turned out to be a crack right through the tub so he couldnt fix it. The company has a minimum call-out fee so I was prepared to pay that but he offered a substantial discount. Very happy! Use these guys!

I called Aqua Spa because my spa was not working at all. I called several companies,and they avoided my questions about the cost of repair. Keith at Aqua Spa clearlyexplained to me that he could not determine a cost over the phone because a minimumamount of repairs would have done to find out the condition of the rest of the spa. I feelhe was honest with me because they replaced a few, small items and got the spa runningperfectly. They could have easily told me otherwise to get me to spend more money withthem. But, they didnt. I trust Aqua Spa and will call them for all my service needs inthe future.

After checking around I called Aqua Spa. Im glad I did. Their customer service was friendly and they were at my house next day. Fixed my heater issue for less than I expected.
