After several failed attempts with therapists for my 16yo daughter with anxiety and depression, Therapy With a Heart came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Ellie was so wonderful with my kiddo who is not the best at expressing herself. The positive difference it has made in all of our lives has been wonderful and we are very thankful.

Therapy with Heart has truly been a life changing experience for me. I see both a relationship therapist, Melanie Minich and a personal therapist, Shannon Steinhilber- both are incredible. Melanie has helped myself and my husband recognize cycles and given us tools to work through them with less strife! Shannon continues to create a safe environment allowing me to come in and deal with my emotions in a positive manner. Shannon has been encouraging, open, honest and nonjudgmental- I have tried things I have done in years with her support and encouragement!! Thank you Therapy with Heart but most Melanie and Shannon. I see an individual therapist and a couples therapist. They’re both magic.Kelsey has been so patient with me during our sessions. I have a very difficult time with new people. It wasn’t always easy for me to go to my individual therapy sessions but she’s made me feel safe and I’ve been able to open up as a person more. Even my wife notices the change in my ability to be honest about my feelings, and my ability to listen openly to hers.Tara, our couple’s therapist, has helped my wife and I find better ways to communicate. She’s been great at creating a nonjudgmental space for us to open up and express ourselves, even about things that are scary to even think about much less discuss out loud. That level of vulnerability has helped us reconnect in deeper ways that make us feel more secure in our relationship and marriage.

Getting to work with an individual as talented and caring as Kelsey is a true privilege. She welcomes tough conversations and her nonjudgmental approach is clearly seen through the kindness and compassion she brings into her work. Her ability to normalize an individuals struggles and sit with them when they get emotional is a true gift. Kelsey is a true professional that leads by example and is somebody that empowers her clients to be the best version of themselves.

I was looking for a place where I felt welcome, safe & heard, and Kelsey has gone above and beyond to make me feel all of the above. She really took the time to understand why I signed up which has helped me progress every week. I could not recommend Therapy With Heart enough, especially Kelsey. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I attend couples therapy with my spouse with Tara, and let me tell you... what a positive impact Tara has had on our relationship. After we experienced some personal tragedy in close succession about two years into our relationship, we sought out therapy to help us navigate difficult discussions and grief together. It turned out we had no idea how much our communication stood to improve, and the way we’ve been able to open up and be vulnerable with each other is game-changing for us. Tara managed to make two very anxious, very guarded people feel comfortable and safe enough to speak honestly and openly, and she’s gently guided us through some intense but necessary discussions that were long overdue. Tara is a magician! We would (and have) recommended her to anyone looking to rebuild their connection.

I see Raquel at therapy with heart and honestly I could not be more pleased with the care she provides!! I have honestly only been into the office a handful of times (COVID helped me decide to move to Telehealth for the time being, still with Raquel) but I have nothing but positive things to say about that as well! I couldn’t be more happy and truly have nothing negative to say! Her and her company have helped me in more ways than I can ever say and I am forever grateful!Just to clarify, Therapy with Heart is still providing in office services, but if you do not feel ready for face to face, they have telehealth.
