Id never been terminated from a job before ....this is a hard time for me for sure! As soon as I went in to apply for unemployment I was greeted by the kindest lady. I was already a mess in my mind because of even being in the position to have to do this. Her kindness eased the anxiety I was feeling. The other employees were extremely helpful in guiding me through the computer process. Unfortunately, anxiety got the best of me and I couldnt finish and had to go back but I received so much kindness and love from one of the employees. She helped me not feel stupid and understood my position. I appreciated her a ton! ❤

Dont expect to use your phone while here because the building interrupts the phone service and nobody will hear you.... Things are taken care of pretty quickly otherwise and the reception lady is very friendly

The Anderson Work One is a great place to go when you need help or have a question about unemployment..The staff are very helpful Polite & friendly...I can honestly the Anderson Work One is the best out of ones I have been to...

Its pitiful when you go to the unemployment office to straighten out a issue and they tell you theres no one you can talk to about your issue that you have to call a number and sit on hold for a hour or 2. Why do they even have a office then?? Ive tried reaching someone at this 1 800 phone number for several days now and still have not been able to reach anyone.

Everyone here is super nice

This is not a temp agency. This is a government program to help people find jobs. They help you with resumes and job fairs. But is advertised online as a temp agency. Not a temp agency!!!! If youre looking for a temp agency look elsewhere. They are friendly but its a waste of time.
