THE BEST! They pick up/drop off at your house with no hassle, literally can get any stain out of ANYTHING, have excellent customer service and extremely reasonable prices for the quality and care of the service. Sam and his team were extremely careful with some dresses that have delicate beading, got a 2-year stain out of a designer dress I almost threw out and called to ensure I was a happy customer after dropping it off at my door. I could go on and on about how great they are!

I love this dry cleaners. They have always done a great job with my clothes. Stains or anything I need help with, they have never had an issue. Always on time and ready. They are not that costly which helps, because I get all my shirts dry cleaned... they are also very friendly and welcoming every time you go there. I highly recommend them.

Ive been using Organic Dry Cleaners now on almost a weekly basis. They are incredibly helpful. They come to my office and pick up both my regular laundry and dry cleaning, dropping off the previous weeks items. This process is not as expensive as you think, and when time is your most important asset its totally worth it. The pick up and delivery is free and has radically changed my scheduling. Its giving me more time in the mornings and more time with my family on the weekends. I wish I would have signed up for their services years ago. They are courteous, prompt, and do a fantastic job with everything. Ive dropped off comforters, formal wear, you name it and theyve taken great care. I highly recommend Sam and his team. I brought in a $1,600 Versace dress that my son spilled red wine on. In the moment I tried to pat it dry with club soda etc but it only looked like it made the stain worse than made the bright colors of the dress smear.Even the lady at the front wasn’t that optimistic about these stains bc they were quite big and had been sitting for 2 days. She said she would give it a try and wouldn’t charge me if it didn’t work.I picked it up a few days later and the stains were completely gone with no sign of the color being smeared or pulled out. Definitely 5 stars, I will be back if I ever get another stain!

No doubt, I have found my new dry cleaners! They deliver my dry cleaning in such amazing condition. The way they hang my shirts and pants to prevent wrinkles is something none of the other delivery services Ive use has in the past have ever done. I dont see myself using another cleaners for as long as Im in Phoenix. There prices are also as comparable as any other cleaners Ive ever used, that constantly left me unsatisfied. Edit 03/29/18: It has been one week and the owner has reached out to me multiple times in regards to the experience below. Its obvious that Sam cares about his business and his customers and wants to do right by both. We had a very open discussion about my initial experience and while I cant say Im ok with what happened at least I know he cares and is willing to try to work on known issues. I will say that the cleaning completed on my two finished items was well done and Im happy with those results.This is one of the very, very few times I wish I could give less than one star. Im so angry and disappointed...I have never had a worse dry cleaning experience. I dropped 2 dresses and a blouse off on Monday at 4:30pm. I explained to the guy that I was leaving town and needed to pick them up the next day. He said it wouldnt be a problem at all and I could pick them up at 5pm Tuesday. I get there at 6:30pm and walk in to the girl behind the counter trying to handle an angry customer on the phone. When she scans my ticket, she tells me that my clothes arent finished and theyre set to be finished on Wednesday. My printed out ticket with Tuesday on it apparently didnt mean anything. After a speakerphone conversation on the girls cellphone with her manager, I ended up with 1 dress and 1 blouse that were clean but not bagged and an even more crumpled than before dress dug out of whatever dirty pile.... the dress I was most concerned about of course and had to argue over to get back. All I ended up with was a bunch of, Its not my fault and Well, Im not there so I cant help you. No one even cared. Worst customer service ever. I guess its my fault for choosing you, Organic Cleaners. Never, ever again.

Update: The dry cleaner owner reached out to us, and was very sincere and apologetic. He explained that dresses are the most expensive to dry clean. Apparently there was a miscommunication, as the the girl who serviced me was new and didnt explain that dresses were $13 each to dry clean not $13 total. I received a credit for the miscommunication in price. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of the dry cleaning. We trusted them with our formal clothes for a black tie event and everything came out great, which is why I initially went back 2 times in the same week. This place does do quality cleaning, I was just very upset with the sticker shock, that I now know was a miscommunication from a new employee.This place is a rip off! I went twice, their prices are ridiculous! For 3 summer dresses it was $44! Beware they dont have set prices so they make it up as they go along, I asked the cost ahead of time at drop off and they quoted me $13. The first time i went it was $75 for 4 dress shirts, 2 slacks and a suit. If you want to feel taken for all your money this is the place to go. Will never go here again.

I have recently subscribed to Wash and Fold service at Organic Dry Cleaning and Laundry and I have to say I am very impressed. I am extremely busy and even a few months ago I would have never thought I would be sending ALL of my laundry out but this service makes it easy. Now my clothes are taken care of and all I have to is to put my bags out for collection. I am a firefighter and I also direct a large nonprofit. Some days I am racing from the fire house to a board meeting and I need confidence that my shirts are pressed and professional and Organic Dry Cleaners definitely takes pride in their work. Over the years I have tried to save a buck by sending my dry cleaning to a cut rate place but after permanent damage to an unreplaceable item, I will never make that mistake again.
