I thoroughly enjoyed the service from pure cleaning. They take care of all of the details which I do not like to do. They dust, windows, floors and even removed water stains from my sinks. Perfect for deep spring cleaning or regular upkeep. Totally worth the cost.

Just had my home deep cleaned it was a joke. They dont pull anything out, they missed the outlets, the mirrors were a mess, they dont even have trash bags. Three cleaners were in one small room for 45 minutes missed the counter ( the only one ) missed the two light switches and missed dusting the dressers. Also they didnt move a thing they just used a dirty swifter and moved around all the items. It was totally not a deep clean, totally not a good job, totally would never use them again. Also, they broke a bottle while cleaning my frig but never offered to replace it. Lastly, I paid extra for frig and stove to be cleaned they didnt even pull them out! Furthermore, as I said they broke a bottle and I just found glass under the frig that they didnt clean up! Dangerous! And they didnt even clean the interior of the microwave!!!! They dont even fold the towels or throw blankets!! Got them thru #AMAZON going to complain! Terrible job!

(This is a long review, but the first and last paragraphs should spare you the minute details should you prefer not to read it all.)Unfortunately, I have to write that my experience with Pure Cleaning LLC is quite different from the few other reviews currently here. My hope would be that our circumstance is an exception to the rule, but I feel compelled to share our awful experience and give fair warning to others that perhaps also may be taken advantage of.We purchased a one-time “deep cleaning” service on Amazon to include one of our bedrooms. We also elected to pass on a few extras like having the oven cleaned as our house was already very clean and we only wanted to purchase help with perfecting the nicks and crannies, so to speak, as we sold our home and wanted to make sure it was in immaculate condition for the future owners. From the very moment a cleaner arrived from Pure Cleaning LLC, however, there was a constant battle over what we paid for and the cleaner and her presumed manager via phone calls with her trying to upsell us on services we did not require. The cleaner would not let my wife have a word in edgewise, and more than once I had to approach a conversation between them to interrupt and set things straight - that we only wanted what we paid for and exactly that. After seemingly getting past the preliminary issues the cleaner later progressed upstairs where the one bedroom we paid to have cleaned is located. The cleaner entered and looked around - apparently preparing to start her work, we thought. She then returned a moment later and entered a different bedroom we made clear we did not want cleaned and began working. I noticed the deviation from our previous conversation and my wife proceeded to run to the bedroom to point her in the appropriate direction. The cleaner proceeded to state she had already finished the service. Literally 10 to 20 seconds had passed since she entered the already immaculate bedroom save the the dust on the blinds. A one bedroom service was certainly not rendered in the least. The cleaner proceeded to refuse to provide the bedroom service for which we had paid. During the entire time the cleaner was present she repeatedly tried to manipulate the circumstances with tactics like mentioning she had given us some “favors” by providing additional services for which one would normally pay. I used the comments regarding these “favors” to once again make clear we were not asking for additional service - only what we paid for. The response was that no such comment had been made when the cleaner had just done so another time less than a minute prior to my own face.Essentially, we didn’t get what we paid for and dealt with consistent belligerence, dishonesty, and manipulation the entire time. I personally would recommend a person to stay away.

They are amazing. Love their work, They come twice a month sometime weekly when I get too busy.
