Great company to work for. Friendly staff, great training. They seem to really care about their employees. It was hard to walk away, but the work is not meant for people with chronic pain issues.

Honestly, just like anything in life the harder you work the more it pays off. I read some of these reviews and really question how much effort was put in.This company took a chance on me having no experience in the field and have built me up to feel like I could do ANY job of the same nature. Luis and Alicia are devoted to solving any problem that comes their way for the good of the customer-Or helping me on things I repeatedly ask.I read a lot about the paychecks and think back to any position I have had at other jobs, It happens. The owner has identified this and brought in two ladies to resolve this solution and they are doing wonderful.I will sum it up by saying Im happy to work here. Is it hard work? Yes. Are they transparent about it? Yes. Does it pay off? Absolutely

I work for Landcorp. I am a business person. I make sure to have a contract. They pay me on time and what was promised in my contract. Others say they dont get paid...I have always gotten paid....they pay me every 2 weeks and put the money right in my bank. I love them because they are super busy and give me lots of work.

Very unprofessional. they need an overhaul of personnel. they never respond to requests for information. or help. only if there are issues. then they get a hold of you in a New York minute. Promise pay raises but then mysteriously never ever mention it again. That one is easy to fix. Just dont promise raises, if you cant keep your word. I really wonder where all the talent has gone. I suggest an emergency meeting, address al these issues at once, or suffer a mass exodus of quality subcontractors..UPDATE:this company is on its last leg. Anyone worth their salt left YEARS AGO!! The last creatures on this unfortunate shipwreck are the rats, and even THEY are jumping ship!!!! You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truly a great partner in the hospitality industry. They work hard to be a part our team at our property, rather then our vendor. Very resourceful and can provide services for all areas of property maintenance.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Freddy is the worst. Keeps promising that he will have payments on time and is always late. First time paying 1 week late. Second payment has been 8 days still no payment. Had to terminate contract because of poor comunication and how slow they handle their finance dept. This company really needs an overhaul. I do not understand how they stay in business.

Landcorp tells there employees a good pay rate in order for them to take the position. They will trick you and your pay check will say something else. They will trick you ... be careful double check your pay check ...

Be careful with your pay. They will say one thing then pay another. They still owe me my bonuses and comissions from when i used to work there. Be smart, do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!

This company is absolutely horrible. They bid the lowest on jobs to get the contract, but come close to space laboring you for maximum work in an unreasonable amount of time. They do not back up employees, if a site decides they want more done and complain about it they expect you to add it to your daily work without allowing for the extra time it takes. Their operation managers that oversee your work are lazy, rude, and undertrained for the position. They treat you like trash. They promise raises, hours, etc. And never follow thru. They expect you to do things not in the scope of work. They dont provide the equipment and materials needed to perform tasks, when finally providing equipment its halfway to deaths door and they blame staff when it finally brakes. The office staff are amazing people but the RMs and OMs are absolutely shady and useless. This company either needs a complete overhaul of management or be shut down. Its unfortunate to say but if they continue with the people they have they will slowly lose contracts until their demise.

The company is very mediocre, the employees do not have vacations, paid holidays, benefits and many other things that the employees do not have, when you work overtime they pay you cash for another account ... I would not recommend working there ...

This company is very unprofessional they take your money and they also never answer your call. They make complaints on your work thats places were not even suppose to clean. Even when they do answer your calls they act dumb and pretend like they dont hear you.This company is not professional, they hire you as a contractor but they really hire you as a normal employee, they ask you for a total of people and they pay you 10 an hour and they steal your money and make excuses that your work is poorly done. Dont let them steal your money.
