Be careful everyone! I went there early and was told by John in the front that my car was okay to drive and to come back tomorrow because that’s when the tires would arrive and he checked my car out and said my car was okay to drive and well an hour later my tire blows out on 495

Thank you to all the guys that helped us on 08/16/2021. We shredded a tire on our fifth wheel far from home (Michigan). We pulled into Sullivans just before closing time and they still took excellent care of us by replacing all 4 tires and checking our spare with no hesitation.

Very disappointed. I have used Sullivan for 10+ years and always been satisfied but not today. I had dropped off four tires and for loose wheels to have the new tires mounted and balanced. Quoted $25 each for a total of $100. Received a call later saying two of the rims were bent and needed straightening and did I want to do that? I said yes without asking how much (shame on me but I was on another call when this one came through so wasnt focused). They never told me the cost would be $175 EACH! Imagine my response when I was presented with a bill for $458 when I picked them up. I could have bought new rims for what they charged me to fix these cheap ones. If you are increasing a customers bill by this amount that should be stated up front WHEN YOU CALL vs. waiting for them to ask. Lost a loyal customer today...

After a couple of years getting serviced here, and a number of issues after each large repair, I would recommend somewhere else.

My new 2021 MINI Cooper with run flat tires was punctured on my way way home from Nashua, NH, and I had to go to Sullivan Tire to see what they could do.The tire was punctured so badly that it had to be replaced. Tony had to run o their Bedford location to get a comparable tire; I still need to go to my Mini dealer to get an official replacement, but Tony got me in and out within 2 hours.He did the best he could at the moment, and they did a great job of taking care of me.Cannot thank Sullivan Tire enough!!!

Amazing food even for a non-indian as myself, the mild was so flavorful and not spicy.The service could be better but that is okay by me, the restaurant just seemed slow in relation to the amount of time we saw a waiter/waitress.Well decorated and maintained.

A tire shop with NO AIR? 4hour or more wait stated drove on a flat tire need a new tire and didnt even look at it because of NO air couldnt put on a lift, at a second garage tire plugged no problem. Not an honest business

Untrustworthy, unprofessional. Take my vehicle in and get a quote for new front tires and an alignment check. Im told that to check the alignment I need a new ball joint. Okay done. Get the vehicle back. Splash guard by the replaced ball joint is cut up, and left that way. The worst is that now the steering wheel shakes, at times uncontrollably. Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop I call to follow up on the shake. The next day its checked, and Im told its bad shocks($300), convenient. Im supposed to believe the shocks all of a sudden went bad right after your work was done on it? I didnt have these issues prior to dropping it off at this shop, now I do. I declined the shocks and not to my surprise the shaking seems to have stopped after being checked. This was supposed to be a simple in and out to replace two tires and check my alignment. Instead Im told to spend an addtl $300 on a non-issue, for something that was a mistake made the first time around. Save your trust, time, and money. Go somewhere else. If I could post videos here I would..

Sullivan Tire had a good deal going of Buy 2, Get 2 tires free. The tires were good quality and installed in a timely manner. However, one of their representatives misquoted me the final price on the phone. While not honoring the original price at the time of checkout, Sullivan Tire has since reached out, apologized for their mistake, and refunded me the difference. They are a good family owned business and I appreciate their responsiveness in fixing their mistake.

Did not receive alignment report, and didn’t realize that until after I left. I was also not called when car was ready and had to call 2 hours after promised time. Overall will return, but these are the improvements that could be made.

RIPOFF!!My wife brought her car in for routine maintenance a few weeks ago. Not only did they not change the oil, the front desk employee tried to tell her that she needed more work done and quoted her over $1000.00. Took the car to our regular mechanic and what do you know, there absolutely NOTHING WRONG with her car!!! The only thing we needed was the oil change Sullivan neglected to do! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these CROOKS!!!

I have had very good service at Sullivan Tire in Westford, MA. Ill break it down into 3 services I have had done there.1) Yesterday, I had a slow leak on one of my tires. I had medical issues I had to attend to and needed help immediately. It was a Saturday, very busy day for retailers. I went to Sullivan Tire as I purchased my tires there. I told them I had to wait and could they fit me in. They said it may take several hours. They really went out of their way and got me in and out within 1 hour. They found a leaky valve. The price was very reasonable and I was on my way. Thank you! Greatly appreciated.2) I had a full synthetic oil change done several months ago. All went smooth. I had an appointment and was out in about an hour. They also threw in a discount coupon.3) I wanted to purchase snow tires several years ago. I was concerned about the ordeal of having to change over tires twice yearly. I talked with a very knowledgeable rep, and after going over all the options, I found that going with an All-Terrain tire for my SUV was best for me. The rep was up front and honest. In the long run, the best choice for me.Up to this point, Sullivan Tire has met all my needs. Very experienced reps and the work has been professional. Detailed bills explaining all work done is great.Update 12-20-2019Just had another full synthetic oil change. Once again impressed with the quality of Sullivan Tire in Westford, MA. In and out within an hour. Courteous staff. Paperwork explaining all details. Very competitive pricing. Always a coupon to save money. The consistency is what matters. Went in for an oil change without an appointment. They got my car in right away and finished in 45 minutes without charging an arm and a leg.

Excellent work though not the cheapest. But the entire shop is immaculate and the office and waiting area may be the best Ive ever seen. They have state-of-the-art tools and I have never seen them be dishonest. If you dont need a repair, ask if you can use their waiting room and Wi-Fi!

New (converted) Sullivan Tire, much closer to home than the Bedford location we used to frequent before. Good service, could be a little speedier for basic work like oil changes but the waiting area is comfortable.

I chose Sullivan based on the reviews, not the lowest cost. I thought smaller size compared to BJs, Sears, Town Fair Tire would get me better service. I was scheduled for drop off at 10 and pickup at 4. Instead, I dropped off earlier at 7 (open). The person at the desk in the morning was very unprofessional. I went one hour 15 mins past my scheduled time (45 mins before closing) to pick up and the car was still “on the wall”...not ready. More importantly, I did not even receive a courtesy call stating that the car is not ready. They offered to have the tires done while I wait. But, I didnt want a $700 rush job and have to deal with subpar service for the life of the tire.Their online service schedule shows availability everyday. It seems they take all the customers they can and provide best effort service instead of quality service.

I recently bought an old VW bug and asked Fuzzy to look it over for me. Even though he doesnt work on air-cooled VWs anymore, he agreed and gave me the best service imaginable. Not only did he identify what needed to be fixed, he put me in contact with a local VW mechanic that can do the work at a reasonable price. Later, I received a detailed invoice with all needed repairs and even a couple sketches. All for way less than anticipated. Thanks for all your help!
