Drove up to Phoenix from El Paso, Texas yesterday and this morning when we went out our battery was dead. Our car is a 2020 CT5 V, we got it jumped and headed to an Auto Zone. They said the battery was bad but they couldn’t replace it. So we looked up Cadillac dealers in Phoenix and called Earnhardt Cadillac. The young lady answering the phone indicated they were so busy, Saturday, Memorial Day Weekend, but to come on by. So we pulled up directions and headed their way. Mario Coronado, our Service Consultant, was so accommodating and helpful. He said they would take care of it as soon as possible, and they did! What a wonderful relief and such a pleasure to do busy with Mario Coronado. He turned a horrible morning into a great day. My service advisor, Steve, is always very responsive. My car suddenly started to run hot on a Friday afternoon with the temperature gauge bordering on red, and he had me drive it right over so it was there for service on Monday, rather than take a chance of something more major occurring over the weekend. The work was warranty as a result of a faulty part replaced in April, so Earnhardt honored the repair and fixed at no additional cost.

We arrived at Earnhardt Cadillac after making a deal over the phone. I was meet by Chris, whom I talked to over the phone. He was very professional and courteous. We went for a test drive and then set us up with the finance office, Sara. She was a very friendly person, very courteous and professional. She had all the paper work done, all we had to do was review and sign the documents. We were there about 2 hours max. The vehicle was clean, full of gas and off we went. Every dealership should take care of their customers like Cadillac does. They are the best and the service is outstanding.
The individuals who work here are great and cant do anything about manufacturing, however, stay away from the 2021 Escalade, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, all 21 GM SUVs. I paid over 120k for my Escalade, didnt even have 5k miles on it and it starts shaking/chugging like my transmission is going out, took it in and they said my valve lifter was cracked and they would replace all with brand new pieces. Now Im scared to drive it with my kids, afraid we will get stuck somewhere. I contacted Cadillac Customer Service and they have called me twice stating they will call back with resolution and nothing, that was Feb 2021. Guess what! The exact same thing happened a month, took it in and they said it was rhe same thing, EVEN THOUGH THEY JUST REPLACED my brand new car with brand new parts. Im buying words, very upset and want them to fix the malfunctioning part so I can start over.
My mothers car was totaled. She was considering purchasing a Cadillac. I stopped by to have a look. Ran into salesman Michael Perri. I told him the situation and price range. He showed me a very nice vehicle to bring back and show to my mother, The Puppy Dog Close. I was hesitant because I had meetings and couldnt just go to my mothers home and back. He said have the car back this afternoon.When I arrived she like the vehicle but wanted the larger engine and more options. We hadnt done any real research so we shopped their deal and found others competitive or lower. Called Michael and told him. He said we want you completely satisfied, bring your mother and we will find the perfect car. We arrived back at Earnhardts and Michael greeted us. He found us a beautiful Certified Preowned vehicle that had every option and AWD. My mother who is 79 wanted more bling in the wheels and tires, so the ordered the Chrome 19 and tires for 30% of the cost. We got a better car fully optioned longer warranty (CPO) New19 Chrome wheels and new tires for about $6000 lower than the first vehicle.What was great about Earnhardt Cadillac and Michael, was their flexibility to get a fair deal done. Great service and knowledge about the industry and getting a deal done.Thanks to Michael Perri and the Earnhardt Cadillac team.

My check engine light was on and I was concerned. I called Earnhardt first thing the next morning and they got me in right away. When I arrivved I was told by the service writer, Steven, that there was an open recall which might solve my problem. Steven said it might take a couple of days to diagnose and correct the problem. Imagine my surprise when I received a call that afternoon from Steven telling me that the check engine light problem was, in fact, related to the open recall and that the correction of the recall fixed the problem. What a relief. So, instead of two days, it was less than a day and I had my car back in good working order. Very professional and very efficient. Steven was diligent enough to also advise me of a potential tire problem even though there was no discussion about any tire issue. I appreciated his advice. In all,This was as professional service experience as Ive ever had with any vehicle Ive ever owned. Needless to say, Im extremely pleased with Earnhardt Cadillac.
We took our Cadillac Escalade in for warranty work when we first moved to Arizona. Apparently the A/C cant take the 115 degree Arizona heat because it detonated and needed a complete replacement.We always worked with Mario in service and a few of his coworkers (equally as nice) when he wasnt there.I would give this dealership 6 stars if I could. They replaced our entire A/C, even gave us a new battery under warranty. They provided a free loaner during the process and detailed our SUV before we got it back.We were so happy with their level of professionalism and experience that we chose to upgrade our Escalade to Cadillacs Brembo Brake system ( roughly a $4K upgrade, but helps with towing and any emergency braking you may encounter). This was out of pocket expense that we chose, and they did a great job. While they were working on the brakes, they noticed a leaky front shock and replaced that under warranty too.Super nice, super honest and very experienced. We cant wait until the electric Escalade comes out and well be back to trade in and upgrade.Great work guys! You all should be very proud of the awesome atmosphere you have created and the great experience you provide to customers like me. Thanks again!

We live in Las Vegas and we had been looking for a used Cadillac Escalade esv for a while when our credit union told us about this dealership and said that they had the truck that we were looking for and that they’ve used this dealership before and had a very good experience with them. So I called the dealership and spoke with Makki, he was the best salesman I have ever dealt with and we’ve bought a lot of cars in the past. He helped get everything done over the phone, he even drove the truck to a mechanic of my choice and waited while they checked the truck out for me. He then got the best deal for us without us even having to be there. The price they gave us was amazing and less then any truck we found in Vegas. Makki truly was amazing to work with, he gave us his cell phone number and it made getting everything done so much easier! Anthony Herrmann was amazing, from our initial phone call to arranging to have my husband picked up at the airport...no high pressure just informative honest answers! My husband is a Cadillac man, and gets a new one every few years (for the last 20 years!) This is my first Caddy and I absolutely LOVE it! I think all our future Cadillacs will be bought via Anthony, the service doesnt get any better than Earnhardt! I only wish we lived in Scottsdale so we could use them for servicing, but our ZONIE CADDY will have to be serviced in La Quinta, CA!

I would have thought it bizarre to write an amazing review on a car buying experience - which most of us see as akin to going to the dentist. The experience was quite stellar. Because I had been working with the gent in the Internet Sales Dept. beforehand, it made my actual physical visit quicker and more seamless. Men working in the showroom floor see patrons coming and open the front doors for you and direct you to the waiting area where theres premium coffee, drinks, bagels, fruit and a lot of snacks. Its heavenly. The wheeling and dealing was respectful, non-intimidating and my guys were patient during the finagling and my trade was valued at higher than I could have gotten in a private sale.Before I knew it, my new ride was being detailed to the nine and I drove away just two and a half hours later. This place is classy, stellar and awesome. You must check it out.

After somehow loosing my phone in the slide part of the console cup holder, I panicked. I was in prescott and went to lamb Cadillac. They told me they weren’t sure they could access it at all and if they could it would take at least two or three hours. Service representative suggested I go buy a new phone. Called Earnhardt Cadillac my normal dealer and was told to bring it in the very next day. Drove into service department, spoke to Jordan an awesome young man, with a great attitude. He immediately put me at by telling he would see what he could do. Five minutes later he gave me the phone. Some how he was able to get my phone out. Really wanted your dealership to know how much I appreciate the efforts of Jordan. Just thought you should know.

They ruined my car! And to add insult to injury, they wanted me to pay to fix it.Mr Clayton, Im not interested in being lectured about Cadillacs issues with the CUE system. You were given a 2014, only 21k miles, twin-turbo, 420hp CTS-Vsport in perfect working condition. What even you would describe as cherry (itscolor by the way, cherry red). You returned it, in what can only be described as DEVALUED!Obviously someone was careless or worse.If you believe Cadillac is central to the issue, well youre one of those guys that knows what to do. I wont hold my breath. 13 years weve been coming here, way before Earnhardt, it was called Legends.
