I thought I was going to a barber shop not a butcher shop. I asked for a razor cut and beard trim when cutting my hair I had over a dozen cuts on my head. my beard trim turned into 6 being cut off my beard and not even at all I ended up having to go to another barber to get my beard fixed. the other barber noticed lots of hair still on my head that was not cut. do not go here ever!!!

After a few years of paying way too much in old town for haircuts I decided to try this place. Would highly recommend both Nick and Mike. Total pros!

Best barber shop ever!I go to see Sal, (Short for Salvatore), he’s an Italian American who was born in Italy. He cuts hair like Italians build cars. Precise and artful. He has the coolest genuine accent.I’m 59. I wear my hair short, parted down the middle with feathered bangs. Sal does it just right. I highly recommend Sal.

This barbershop was amazing when it came to cutting my boyfriends hair. I really enjoyed that they cared about how he wanted it, made sure it was what he wanted and they did a perfect shave down in the neck area and by the forehead. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to find that one barber that you keep coming to. Great service.

Ive been going to Master Barbershop at Scottsdale and Shea area for over a year. Ive been to both Nick and Sal and the haircut that I get from both of them is always excellent. The pricing is very competitive and fair. I like the online reservation system. There are a few reserved parking spaces right in front of the shop. I like the hot towel and neck shave. Sals large back-rub machine is out of this world!

He was professional, a great conversationalist, and very thorough. He took his time and the quality matched his skill set. My husband received a great haircut at the Master Barbershop! All the gentleman working were very professional and friendly. They offer a ton of services including straight-razor shaves and facial treatments.

What an experience! Each station has its own personal tv, the atmosphere was classy yet relaxing and the cut ended with a full on shoulder massage. Incredible experience and highly recommend!

Nick is an true professional who knows his craft. Not only did he give me a great haircut but he also paid attention to the small details such as a hot lather razor shave on my neck, a hot towel and a shoulder massage. Its these types of things that make for a great barbershop experience and that will keep me coming back.

Been going to Master Barbershop now for about 8 months since I moved to Scottsdale. The quality of the haircut is always great, the owner takes great pride in keeping his shop clean and neat. Will keep going back as long as I live here!

Lady Baraber needs better Customer Service skills. Have waled in twice on weekends, only time available, and was told to come back at 4 when I did they were closed. and yesterday she was busy with only one customer in the shop and and no one waiting. Owner needs to hire more and remove her.
