The front desk was welcoming, helpful and professional, and overall the salon was very clean.Cierra was my hairstylist and she did an incredible job. She was friendly, professional, and sweet. I walked out of their looking and feeling great. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back.

This was my first time going to Refine Men’s Salon and it was a pleasant experience. I had really long hair and beard that I grew during 2020 and a stylist, Christina helped me style my new look for 2021 and I was really happy by the result!! They are professional and really knowledgeable about the styles!! They also consider the inputs customers have for their styling needs!! They have walk-ins as well as specific appointments for customers!! I would definitely recommend them for your future styling needs!! 😊👍🏻

Refine Salon is amazing. I just discovered it a couple of months ago after getting what was actually the worst haircut of my life at a different place. Kristina has been fixing it over the last several weeks and now I wish I had found the place earlier. Everybody is friendly and the stylists have their own cubicle areas so youre not sitting 4 feet away from the next person getting a cut. Guys, check this place out. Im sure theyre all great, but Kristina has been awesome- friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Kristina did a fantastic and thorough consultation, listening to what I liked and disliked even though I didnt know exactly what cut I wanted. She clearly explained her plan and process, cross checked her work, and provided styling, maintenance, and product advisement. Most importantly... My hair looks great.

I called yesterday and made an appointment for 5 oclock but when I arrived they said they didnt have me down and had no record of me. Its only 2 people, obviously they realized they didnt save it in the system or whatever and they tried to be nice and offered me 20% off if I wanted to wait until the 5pm customer got started (clearly the spot they had also offered me) I said no thanks Ill reschedule for Friday, then 30 minutes later i called and asked if I could have a free haircut since I made a 45 minute round trip in rush hour for nothing and I was told no. Thanks for wasting my time.

I took my sons here to get a hand crafted haircut in preparation for family pictures. My sons both have extremely straight hair that is difficult to cut! Tammy was amazing. She did the entire cut using scissors over comb. The men’s salon is high end, and the stations are further apart from your average barber shop. It feels like they designed it knowing we would be social distancing. Their cuts turned out awesome! We will be back! Highly recommend! Also conveniently located close to Olive and Ivy and Nordstrom for takeout and online pickup!

This is a very nice, clean salon with a welcoming atmosphere. Sierra has been my stylist for 13 months now and is absolutely the most meticulous and professional stylist to ever have cut my hair. I initially only intended on getting a nice hair cut for my daughters wedding but my wife was so impressed with the outcome and I get so many positive comments and compliments that I simply cannot go anywhere else. Every visit Sierra takes her time to give me the nicest experience. The value far exceeds the cost of the service. I use to loathe having to get my haircut and now it is the most enjoyable and relaxing experience. I look forward to every visit as it is such a nice experience all around. Trying out a pedicure next!

Great pedicure with Sierra in a low key, neutral themed place. Pleasantly absent of themed items trying too hard to be masculine. Prices reasonable for what offered, and less than competing salons targeting similar demographic. Very attentive hostess staff in setting up appointments and checking in and out. I will return.

Ill go ahead and add to the chorus of 5 star reviews: this place is great! Ashley did a fantastic cut, and really took her time to make sure it was done right. The conversation was great too, which is rare.The slightly higher than average price is well worth the results. You really feel taken care of here.

It was a truly 5 Star Experience for me, and I am not an easy customer to please. I enjoyed and was impressed with Refine during my first visit on November 9, 2019. I had a great haircut by Rosa followed by hands and feet care by Tammy and finally a relaxing facial and massage. I will be back for more.

I love this place! An upscale mens salon! Soon as you walk in you feel like royalty. The interior design is amazing and manly. The owner, receptionists, and stylists are friendly, knowledgeable, and well skilled. The services are great! I go there for the hot stones, pedicures, and facials and always come out feeling 10 years younger!

Put simply, this place is great and you should resquest Heather. Formerly called 18/8, Refine Mens Salon is nothing like any other barber shop Ive been to. You get the spa treatment with your haircut. Great customer service and care thats well worth the price. Heather is the best hair stylist Ive ever had. Shes the only person Ive known to give my funny shaped head a good fade. I fully recommend coming here!

Went here on vacation and had a relaxing experience. Great cut, great stone massage and nice warm towel. This place caters to guys with and had a decent lounge area with drinks, candy and tv.

Front desk ladies were friendly beautiful and welcoming. Sierra was my stylist and she had a super sweetness to her that made me feel comfortable. Haircut and hot stone massage were what I needed. The mini tv lounge was clean and just right. I will be back and thise time for a shave as well!
