Made my big toe bleed. When I noticed it and jumped she said sorry. I know she saw it prior because there was a good amount of blood. My toe still hurts and she didnt clean it well. Nothing was offered in return. I will not return!

Not on time. You make an appointment for a reason. I made my appointment and I did not get seen on time they just take whoever walks in and you still have to wait. Not professional. They expect you to understand that they are busy that’s the whole reason you make your appointment .

I have been going to this place for about a year now. Since the Covid has been going on, they have taken extra precautions to ensure their customers will be comfortable. Very friendly as well. They do such a great job on my nail and feet, will definitely refer my friends here!!!

I drove from Brunswick Ga here because they stay open late. A bit busy & I did wait a while. But overall great service I received a full set & eyebrows. My eyebrows were perfect I love them. If Im ever in the area again I will go here.

Had a appointment at 10:30 did not get seen until 11:00. The manager is very rude the place is disgusting they dont sanitize after each customer.They had State board showing up and all the employees were running around you think the imimgration was showing up. very unprofessional. Never returning to this place. One of the employees wiped the floor with a towel then took the same towel and wiped the chair after cleaning the floor.

Went have my brows waxed. I usually don’t go to nail shops for this service being I know that these are nail techs and nail techs aren’t licensed to do wax services. However I went anyway because I was in a rush. “Lucy” waxed my brows and she double dipped my stick when I asked if she could use a new stick she immediately caught an attitude and stated “she would not use a new stick for every time that she dipped” which is unsanitary. I told her it was unsanitary in which she replied the wax gets hot so I don’t have to worry about that. That’s not true I’m a licensed master cosmetologist and in school and also my work place we aren’t supposed to double dip the stick. You should use a new stick every time you have to use the wax. If you ever want or need a good wax come see me. I’ll show you how it’s supposed to be done. I’m at Ulta Beauty and I’m a certified arch expert.

Rosie literally rushed on my nails and it shows. Very boxy.. even after I asked her not to make them boxy. So upset! Ive seen her work I know she could have done better. Very rushed sloppy work

I went here once. The location is great not far from my home. But the nail where horrible. Niecey did my nail. Well first off she was great to talk to but the nails. No. She needs a lot more work. The shape was supposed to be coffin but turned out to be box. The color was great I thought that she just maybe she was having a off day. But then every week a nail just came clean off. I never saw that before. I was so upset and I paid good money for my nails only to have the shape be wrong and on top of that the nails to come off. Let just say I have not been back. 😞😟😢

Great service, but to crowded. To long of a wait. Great nail work, eyebrow arching, eyebrow filling, pedicure and massage. You cant go to who you want to go to, to get service. You can make appointments though. I would have given them 5 stars but they are real busy and crowded. You have people walking out, from the wait.

Been coming to this shop for 7 years the service has always been wonderful!! They get busy, but they dont rush which I appreciate!! The business owners are exceptionally nice and always accommodating if you are not satisfied and they have no issues with fixing your problem themselves. Compared across the city they are awesome!

Everytime I come here to get my eyebrows waxed I have to fix them when I get home, its usually something small so I dont mind but after a while it gets ridiculous. Today I went in for the usual, I told the lady to go thin cause I have scars from a childhood accident and they are very visible when my eyebrows are full. Well it honestly looked like she didnt remove any hair, so I asked her to go thinner. That was a HUGE mistake, she rubbed alcohol on the freshly waxed areas and then waxed again *OUCH* I now have blisters on my upper lids from it. And if that wasnt bad enough, they still need fixing but I cant right now thanks to the pain.

Everytime I go, I have an awesome experience! Everyone is friendly, professional, and very experienced/knowledgeable. I dont go anywhere else unless I have an emergency, and Im out of town and dont have any other choice.

I dont typically write reviews but I had to comment on this place. This is a GREAT place to get your nails done. Believe me, I have been to other places in Savannah and my experience was not good at all. I was referred to GA Nails and to the nail tech Alessa. She was very friendly and talkative. She even gave me advice on what I should get done (which I appreciated). I ended up getting a french manicure and Alessa did an amazing job on my nails. She even catered to my request to not have the acrylic so thick on my nails (I wanted them short and with a natural look). I was very amazed and will definitely be making this my regular nail salon. :-)

Where do I start 😒. I enjoyed coming to this nail salon when they first open. They were excellent, they always speak, offer drinks and talk to you just to pass the time. These last few months have changed so much. Its not the same employees my favorite Marci is no longer working there. She always made conversation, she made sure you were satisfied with her service and took her time on my nails. The young woman they have now at #4 is the complete opposite. She always checking her phone, and ignoring you. I went to her once because my fav was out and I will never go back to her. She didnt put enough acrylic on my nails, she was always on her phone while trying to actually do my nails. Im just over this nail salon.

On first visit sat for 45 min after appt time still not seen for lashes.Second attempt waited 15 min to be told to come back Monday as the girl who does lashes wont be In🤔🤨☹

I WILL NOT BE BACK!*rewind to a few years ago*My sister, mother, neice, and I went for a day out to get pedicures. The following day my sister and I took my niece back to get a full set. One of the techs (who didnt even do the full set) accused use of not paying for my niece pedicure. We explained the pedicure was from the day before (hat went on for some time before it got situated) so for years I refused to go back.*fast forward to two weeks ago*I went for a manicure and was instantly excited to see their was an employee who looked like me. It isnt often you can find a African american nail tech. Well I became annoyed quickly at the fact that during my entire service she kept looking at her phone. When my service was done I asked how much did I owe. She tells me hold on cause she doesnt know.*fast forward to yesterday (4/1/17)*I walk in and the owner tells me to sit at station 4. Annoyed because I knew that station 4 was the same tech from 2 weeks ago. I suck it up and go to 4 anyway. Sure enough it was the same young lady. She asked what color and I said the same color I already Had. However, she suggested I look at the new colors that had come in...ok fine. So I went with a new color. We sit to the station and she says you sure you want a manicure or just a polish change (as if she didnt want to do a manicure...which also happened the last time). I said well really Im not sure what do you think. She never answered me. She began my services and I had to listen to her talk about needing a drink cause she was stressed, she went back and forth with the owner about the plastic things you put on the nails to remove the polish, she and another tech talked about the tech that was servicing me not getting her pay check on time. As if that wasnt enough of foolishness I had to now listen to her rap the songs that were playing in her headset from her phone that she continued to check and text on. All of that and my nails were not polished correctly, she did not use the color I chose, and they are not filed correctly. I paid and left with no intent to return.**update 4/5/17**To make matters worse...my gel polish is lifting after only 4 days of having them done.

SOMETIMES WE TEND TO GO FOR THE CHEAPER SERVICE AND BELIEVE ITS THE BEST SERVICE BECAUSE ITS CHEAP BUT ITS NOT THE CASE HERE I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!This salon has terrible service I had been going to the salon for a while because it is convenient as far as price but that is about all. The owner (the wife) is very indifferent towards customers will not make much convo with you I had been going there for about 8 months and she has never really acknowledged me and I spend at least 40 dollars every time I come in so thats poor customer service. They are more focused on quantity instead of quality employees are lazy I began asking them if they had license while they would be doing my nails or feet and came to the conclusion that non of her employees are licensed. On my last visit I spent about $60 to get a pedicure and a gel manicure because my cuticles are beginning to peel the employee who was doing my feet was not licensed. I asked her to cut the side of my toe nail down a bit she didnt know how to do that she did not give me a foot massage which I paid for and when she began my manicure she only took off my polish and cut my cuticles then when I asked her was she supposed to do anything else she said I was done I asked if she was supposed to give me a massage she then poured a little oil in her hand and rubbed it on my hand and told me my bill was 60 dollars. I would never return to this salon and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Piss poor. While scrubbing the bottom of my feet, the guy cut me . The bottom of my foot is bleeding alot, even after i got home. This place was once good but i wont go back. I shouldnt had to pay since I was cut. I basically paid them to cut me smh. This was a waste of my time.

I got a gel manicure. It was Super slow, she filed my nails too short, gel looks awful and very unprofessional and cuticle oil was rubbed on like lotion... Definitely not worth $30.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are HORRIBLE ! I waited almost an hour just to get a fill in ! They dont speak when you walk in, they let people cut in front of you, if youre a favorite, theyll take them first, no matter how long youve been waiting, and they have nasty attitudes. I just walked out. Never going back. I wouldnt even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Almost the worst mani ive ever gotten. I still have paint under my nails from the nail polish i had before, cuticles are worse then when i came in. The lady seemed like she couldnt see well at all. Never again. And she took over an hour just to do a french manicure. I have bumps, rough edges, and cotton painted in to my nails.

Went to get a full set, this lady applied the tips then decided to go take other customers and play with someones kid I waited 20 mins finally I told her to remove them Im going somewhere else. She proceeded to snatch them off like I was wrong for leaving ....Ill stick to kim or labella nails in Georgetown!!!

Went in for a mani and a pedi and wasnt happy with it. I was assigned to a man who literally just painted my nails. Half of the reason for a manicure or pedicure is to get nail maintenance done (filing, trimming, removing cuticles, etc.)!! My gel manicure I got sucked and chipped within 3 days and looked entirely grown out in 10 days. All of my gel manicures have lasted at least 3-4wks since I dont do strenuous activities with my hands. Will not be going back here.
