She kept in touch with me to make sure she found just the perfect stone. Tomo was great as well. The ladies of this Jared know their stuff and truly work very hard to make sure your jewelry purchasing experience is a good one. Just cant say enough great things about them!

Walked in an no one greeted me or spiked to me for 15 minutes, even after they finished with clients. Just went by the register and got on their phones. Even made eye contact with three of them. I eventually had to walk over and state I was here. When they guy after me came someone finally greeted him so I don’t see why I didn’t get the same welcome. Next time I’ll just get my order shipped somewhere else. I guess I didn’t look like someone who was a customer.

We were shopping around for a setting upgrade for my wedding set. We first went to IDC and the customer service was horrible. Our last stop was Jared and I am so HAPPY we decided to stop. The customer service that Tracy & Miriam gave was fantastic!!! Tracy helped me see a vision of my ring that I just couldnt see without my original diamond in the setting. I really didnt know what I was going to do with my diamond bands from my original wedding ring and Miriam suggested making earrings. OMG, what a fantastic idea. Not only did I get the most fabulous setting but I got earrings as well. I can honestly say that this will be my only jewelry store I will go to. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! haha
Terrible service. Brought ring in for 6 month check up and inspection, the sales person said to pick it up in 2 hours. Came back 3 hours later and they havent even started yet. Ill try Pooler store next time.

Hope that UPS doesnt lose your package or someone steals it off your porch. you will still be in for the money you spent. Why wouldnt they send it with signature required. I never received a very expensive piece of jewelry and I still have to pay for it or my credit will be ruined. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP WITH JARED!!!!
Have a debt collector coming after me because this place can’t do their job. And since the account (that I’ve been told by multiple people was squared away) has been sold to another agency without my knowledge, they can no longer give me any information that can help me with my dispute. 10/10 would not recommend.
Had to return a ring I had purchased online. Was going to have to ship back but we were in the Savannah area and just took back to them in store instead. I have never had such wonderful experience in a jewelry store till then. They were just the nicest and most helpful group. The way I was treated you would have thought I was a high dollar regular! The jewelry appraisals that we had done at this Jared store were done very professionally. However customer service and communication were horrendous. The appraisals took 10 days instead of 2 days. I went back to get the jewelry at the suggested dates, three different times. No one contacted me ahead of time, with news of further delays. One of those times we called ahead, confirmed that the job was completed, but heard that was not true once we got inside the store. One other time, I was told that the store experienced a blackout and could not access customer records, there was no system backup nor a backup generator! They had millions of $$ in jewelry inside for a period of time, without any electronic security! Amateurs. Despite the professional work on appraisals, I will never return to this store again.
I always go to see the same person each time which is Portia because I like her attitude towards her job and she is always very helpful. She ALWAYS asks about my girlfriend and daughter, and she ALWAYS allows me to search for what I want to buy rather than suggesting the high end items for a quick sale. Id DEFINITELY recommend my friends and family to this location!! 😄😄😎😎
My experience was great both times that I went to Jared. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. My mothers ring that was repaired looks better than the day I bought it. I will definitely be visiting Jareds again

Took 2 watches in to get new batteries, person that helped us didnt even set the time or the dates on the watches. Didnt even ask if we would like to have them cleaned.Not impressed with the customer service.
The process was quick and easy since I already had a Wish list setup. All I had to do was get qualified for financing, then I could choose the ring for my fiancé. Payments are very reasonable also. Thank you Jared!

The employees are nice enough and seem eager to please, but I wish I would have found what I was looking for elsewhere. It started when my husband and I picked out his wedding band and were told it would need to be ordered. In the meantime, they said, they would size the one in the store and he could wear it. We were informed sizing it would leave a visible line based on style, so it would be exchanged when the new one came in, which wouldnt be until after the wedding. Getting home, we didnt see the visible line they said would be there, and after wearing it for our wedding and honeymoon, my husband decided he wanted to keep the original. It was now sentimental and he was clear that he didnt want another, which ultimately worked out because they had not placed an order for the new one as promised. A few weeks later, we go in to have his ring cleaned, and this is where things went sour. The ring we bought was a flat/matte rugged looking metal, which is what my husband loved about it. When they cleaned it, they polished the finish off, and we got it back a shiny metal. It now was not the same ring anymore. The jeweler tried to fix it by refinishing it, but ultimately just screwed it up more. We were so upset, and the explanation we were given is that they had hired a new jeweler who didnt speak good English. They finally offered to order a new one in his size, so we agreed and went home. A few days later they called us and we went back in to the store and they showed us the new ring, but then informed us it had not been ordered in his size. What in the world. So we had to leave again. Shopping here was such a stressful experience. I paid off the ring immediately, closed out the card Id applied for, and am washing my hands with this business.
I needed a clasp fixed on my same day visit. Called around and everyone said it would be a week. I called Jared and the nice lady said YES it cant be done today. 45 minutes later Im on my way. Thank you Jareds.
This was my first time coming into Jareds and I was amazed at the service I received. My sales person was Matthew, he was amazing! He was patient, he paid attention to everything I said, and even paid attention to the jewerly I was wearing at the time, which helped him to pick out some beautiful options for me. It was very hard to make a decision, he even made that painless! From now on, I will only shop at Jareds when I looking to purchase jewerly, never anywhere else. Thanks for a beautiful experience!
I had one of the prongs that holds my diamond in fixed & had my ring buffed & cleaned here. When I picked it up I almost cried bc my wedding ring looked brand new again!!! Thank you so much Jareds. Will refer others in the future!
Not a great experience was looking to propose to my girlfriend a guy came to help me purchase a ring then he had to get with another customer he was very polite ! Then lady with red hair chubby was so in a rush for me to leave rushing me out the store I asked her to make sure was a size 6 and she said if that’s the one he pulled ! in a very rude way didn’t even want to make sure for me will never do business with Jared’s she was bad representation
Marie was a pleasure to work with. It was time for my annual inspection on multiple pieces of jewelry and unfortunately all my receipts and information were mixed up. She patiently sorted through the mess and spent an hour and a half with us. My ring was also resized and was done at the time stated. She delivers exceptional customer service!

Overall, I am happy with my rings, but it was the process my fiancé/husband and I had to go through to get what we wanted/asked for.He picked out the ring with the help of staff, but I also gave him pictures, and told him the color of stones I wanted.He always bragged about the customer service and how helpful they were. All in all it was the unsatisfactory product we got; after he invested a couple grand.I was highly disappointed after getting my ring, and it wasn’t the right color, and even worse stones were falling out left and right.I was livid!!! How can a person pay so much for a ring, and its falling apart.I showed no one my ring. I should have taken a picture of the missing stones, but I was so embarrassed. My ring stayed in the box until my fiancé, at the time, could go have it repaired. Mind you, the stones falling out happed in a matter of hours, not days. We gave it to them multiple times to fix, and stones kept falling out of my ring and wedding band. (Mind you we were living in another state that did not have a Jared, so we had to travel back and forth)I would not trust this Jared to take care of your jewelry that will mean the most to you.(The picture is of the rings when we first got them..the wedding band was suppose to be aquamarine not amethyst. The second picture is the final product. They asked if we wanted them to bind my rings, and I quickly declined)Customer service was still okay through all the errors. The low rating comes from the frustration of them getting it wrong, the stones falling out, the traveling and the money we were required to pay to ‘fix’ their mistakes)

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. brought my movado watch to get a battery replacement they broke the glass on it. almost 2 months later and I still dont have my watch back...
DONT EXPECT THEM TO BE ABLE TO ORDER ANYTHING ON TIME !!!!Ordered a ring on the 6th of September they said it would be in no later than the 17th and didnt, not only that but it wasnt the right ring. They ruined my wife and Is wedding and were very rude about the whole thing I would never trust them to order anything for me in my life!!
Was in the store around 1230 today and wanted to look at engagement rings/settings. Found several settings/rings we wanted to look at and in the 15 minutes we were in there not one person in the store who worked acknowledged our presence or asked to help us in any way.
