I had a necklace that needed minor repair. Two other independents jewelry stores wanted for me to wait 2-3 weeks for the repair as well as pay dearly. I went to Levy’s at the Mall and was first greeted by a nice man who, although helping another patron, directed me to the wonderful lady in the repair area. She fixed it on the spot and then told me there would be no charge!!! Such care and service is rare and speaks to their values and customer service. While I waited I looked at their lovely, varied pieces of jewelry as well as other gift items. I will be back to buy from them and cannot say enough about the lady working on repairs.If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!!

We walked in here on a whim during our brief stint in town. We wanted to look at wedding bands for my fiancé who had now idea what he wanted. We walked out with two wedding bands and a beautiful necklace. Kelsey helped us with our purchase. She was wonderful to work with and helped us feel good about our decisions. They repaired and serviced an early Omega Automatic watch I own. Hands down one of the best servicing experiences I’ve had. They not only mechanically fixed the watch (which had barley kept time and looked miserable on my timegraph) but appropriately cleaned and preserved it’s original patina. It is extraordinarily rare to find a watch place competent in repairing vintage watches for a fair price. They’re recommended by their competitors, even up in Charleston. They have my business from here on out.

YES GO HERE! You will not be disappointed. It is at first intimidating going through those locked doors but do not fear- everyone inside is very nice and helpful! Was looking for a certain style earring to go with the wedding dress- Jackie picked us up at the door and led us to the perfect location- she found the ones we ended up getting in about 2 minutes but then was so kind as we wandered around and made sure it was right! I’ve struggled to write this review as I truly received awesome service there. The review I’m writing is based on a number of watches I dropped off for replacement of batteries. Some watches due to their makeup were kept as they had to have the o-ring reworked and pressure checked.A week passed and I was contacted the watches were ready for pick up. I drove almost 2 hours to pick up the watches and upon my arrival I was told the Ebel which was included in the watches dropped off wasn’t ready.A few days pass and I called to see if it was ready as I was going to be in Savannah and I was told that Ebel’s take longer to replace the battery.So now we are like 3 weeks into having my watch being worked on to install a simple battery and replace an O-ring.I finally receive a call from an associate who informs me that the watch is ready and unfortunately it wasn’t the battery!!!!!So it took them 3 weeks to tell me that!!!!! Something just doesn’t sound right!!!!!!It took them a few days to work on my Omega, Tag Huer. Luminox,and some less expensive watches but 3 weeks to replace a battery in the Ebel.I’m sorry but I feel something happened to the Ebel once dropped off and now I’m stuck with a non working watch.Things just don’t add up!

I’ve been a customer in the past and recently talked with their designer about making a ring from some other pieces I had. My experience with Steven, the designer, was excellent. However, on another visit I decided to look at some of their stock and talked with Debbie Cohen. She showed me several rings and we arranged for me to discuss a possible trade in with Lowell Kronowitz. Instead of having something made I traded in a pair of diamond studs toward a Roberto Coin ring. My husband purchased the ring for our anniversary and we couldn’t be happier with our experience yet again! Debbie and Mr. Lowell were professional, the trade in was a fair value, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this locally owned store!

Their jeweler is an artist! He was able to exactly replicate a lost ring that had great sentimental value. All he had to go by was a conversation I had with the manager of repairs and a 1937 14k pin that I found on eBay.

We moved from Indiana to the Lowcountry seven years ago. I needed to have my Rolex timepiece serviced, and fortunately Levy Jewelers is one of the very few factory services centers in the country. Could not be more happy. First and foremost, Lorie was excellent. Personable and so helpful. Second, not only was my watch completely taken down and parts as needed replaced, it literally looked like it did when it was given to me as a gift a decade ago. Finally, there was the followup phone call by Lorie and also a personal note she sent to followup. Good businesses do good work for their product. Great businesses do what Lorie and Levy Jewelers do for their customers.

My husband bought me a David Yurman necklace for my birthday, which is lovely. Yet I want another David Yurman necklace which is not in stock. Levy stood behind their return policy, and didn’t give us any trouble with returning the necklace.Over the years, we’ve only bought a watch and some Pandora stuff here, but I’ll definitely consider buying more items here in the future.

My Fossil watch needed a battery and the back was difficult to access. It was sent to the downtown store and the battery replaced. Shortly after, condensation appeared on the crystal and the stem wouldnt budge to update to Eastern Standard Time. When I took the watch in they offered to repair it for a fee. I explained it was working fine before I brought it in the service lady (so sorry I dont remember you name) politely explained that was what she was told. A few days later, she called and said that she asked her manager if there was anything they could do? He agreed they should, make it right. A huge thank you to them both! This was a relatively inexpensive watch, but it was a gift from my son, so it was important to me. Levy Jewelers is always friendly and and have demonstrated their passion for taking care of their customers . . . I will be one for life!

Visited today with my fiancé to purchase her a Rolex. Salesman (David I believe) failed the test. When I told him we came to look at Rolex watches, he immediately said something along the lines of “let me guess, you’re here for a steel sports model right? We don’t have any”. For those not in the know, these are difficult to get as many people simply purchase them and resell them. Most Rolex dealers will only sell these to you after you’ve purchased the less desirable models, such as two tone Datejust or Cellini’s...I was very off put by this. Funny enough, We came with the intention of buying a precious metal watch for my fiancé, but if you’re immediately going to lump me into a group of resellers or whatever it is you thought, we’ll take our business elsewhere. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover David.

I’d like to call out Brad in this review specifically, as it is unusual in this day and age to get truly personalized, timely, and professional service. Brad is personable and welcoming, never pushy, and truly passionate about his work and customer relationships. Visited the store in order to have a older Rolex submariner serviced. My point of contact was Lorie. She explained the Rolex service, it’s cost and the anticipated turnaround. Of course the COVID-19 pandemic changed the timeline slightly, but the watch was returned to Levy Jewelers with only a slight delay. Regardless of the timeline, Lorie kept me apprised of the watch and it status. When the service was completed, I return to the store and was amazed at how thorough the Rolex service program really was. All of the staff at the store were not only courteous but very professional. But I would like to single out Lorie not only for her professionalism but outstanding communication. I will certainly be visiting Levy Jewelers again in the future.

My mom had a set of Mikimoto black pearl earrings and necklace that my late father had given her and had always wanted to have each earring turned into a necklace for myself and my sister when we graduated. My mom had wanted it done by Mikimoto to ensure it was done by someone who worked with the special pearls. Levy sent it up to them but unfortunately they sent it back saying they don’t do custom pieces. Lori told us that Levy’s personal jeweler could do it for us and he’d worked with the pearls before. It was such an amazing experience, picking the accompanying diamond and chain and Lori helped us the whole way. I could not be more impressed with how it turned out and am absolutely thankful for how the advisors and jewelers at Levy worked with my family to get exactly what my father would have wanted. They’re AMAZING!!

Jim was the most pleasurable and knowledgeable sales manager Ive ever experienced. Most notably, he proved to be the ONLY person in Savannah with a vast working knowledge of pearls, especially the coveted Mikimoto pearls! I went in with a strong level of knowledge, but he had even more to give while also making the process fast, fun, and enjoyable. As a fellow salesman, I couldnt ask for better. My wife and I stopped in Levy Jewelers while visiting Savannah GA. I was looking for a reasonable price wristwatch. The salesman who worked with me was great. I explained that I was not interested in a Rolex and was looking for something in the 2 to 3 hundred range. After looking through a wide range and assortment of watches I settled on a Boliva. It was a nice watch and although it was a about twice what I was looking to spend I found it to be worth the investment. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the watches and was not pushy in the slightest. He took the time to even show me the Rolexs and explain the difference and the value. He was smart in not prejudging my ability to purchase one. I could of easily bought one but I am not a watch guy so I am not about to spend what a decent mid sized vehicle would cost on a watch. Point is, that he took the time to educate me and I actually thought for a brief moment about going ahead and investing in a Rolex. My wife would of wanted the same amount for her. Levy Jewelers has very qualified staff. I must apologize for not remembering the salesmans name, especially because he did such a great job

Super kind and compassionate staff. Great attention to detail, and they never make you feel pressured while you are contemplating a purchase. Everyone working there is very professional and always greets you upon entering. Mr. Brad at the Oglethorpe Mall location helped us with our wedding ring purchases, and we couldn’t have had anyone better than him helping us—he knows his stuff and is super polite. I can’t think of anything bad to say about this business.

I didn’t buy my current watch from them but during a recent visit to their Broughton St store Angel noticed it was a bit dirty between the links and recommended they give it a dunk in their ultrasonic cleaning machine - Complimentary!! Now it’s bright as new. Great customer service on her part! Thank you! I WILL buy my next watch from them.

I recently needed my watch battery changed, and after many attempts at different locations that couldn’t change it for various reasons. Finally, I went to Levy Jewelers for one last attempt. They were able to replace it in only a few minutes!! The staff including Jim and Aleoeici were super nice and understanding! I will be going to Levy Jewelers first from now on!

What a great jewelry store! I have never been in such a posh store where salespeople and the owner treat you as if you were the only, most-valuable customer! I was not in here to buy. I did not look like I could afford to purchase any of their wares, and yet Mr. Kronowitz made me comfortable, and regaled my curious, home-schooled son with local pirate information and a quick lesson on pearls and where they come from — oysters not clams. When I have the money to purchase jewelry — I will only shop in this store with these fine people! Thank you again!
