Dropped my wedding ring off to be sent to be refurbished. I called almost a month later and they never sent my ring off! It was still sitting somewhere in the store in the mall the entire time! No one knew/noticed until I called to see why it was taking so long to get my ring back. Good thing it wasn’t misplaced or damaged or lost because that would have been on their store in Savannah Georgia! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a jewelry store. We have never gotten anything else from Helzberg but unfortunately I have to continue inspections there every 6 months to maintain the warranty.

I absolutely loved the staff when I went to this store! I walked in and everyone in the store greeted me it felt awesome. Ive been in sales before so I know how it works and the best part was it didnt feel like they were pushy or anything. They actually cared and in my book that scores extra points!!! Thank you Helzberg for being better than most stores 😊

If you want help you better wear your best clothes. They wont even look at you.

My diamond fell out of my wedding ring. My husband paid for the warranties and is still making payments. I did not make the trips to the store for inspections because I was on a high risk pregnancy and my family and I wasnt even thinking about the ring inspections. Well, the company refuses to replace my diamond despite the circumstances. Im so upset. My diamond was a radiant star and wasnt even a carrot. The replacement diamond is approximately $2300. This is the last time I will ever make a purchase with this company. Dont get me wrong, I totally get the policy but I have a genuine and documented reason. I know for a fact that this company allows deployed customers the right to replace their jewelry if anything happens while they are away. Im just not a happy camper at all. All I want is my little diamond back

Found what I was looking but sold a ring that then had to be modified and wasnt told at time of purchase. Staff had lots of miscommunications with me and took time to resolve my issue

My engagement ring is from Helzberg and the top piece is already shaky. The helzberg in oglethorpe mall, savannah ga, has some horrible employees. No respect for cultural differences. I was explaining how wedding bands are worn in my country and she asked me in a rude tone so how long are you going to be in your country? and if I was going to stay in America after marriage. I was stunned speechless by the rudeness. Never buying anything from there again. I went Zales with my fiance and the salesperson spent almost an hour getting rings that satisfies both cultures. Beautiful rings and were way better quality than the ones at Helzberg.

The employees make false promises and when confronted with what they promised they are disrespectful. I sent my engagement ring off and the promised that it would be back in less than a week called in today they said 2 weeks. They also lied when we made our purchase just to get the sale. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE
