The lady that works the front is pleasant and respectful. It isnt her fault that my vehicle was towed. She was informative and followed policy. While I didnt appreciate having to pay 200 to release my car. I appreciate her following protocol making it efficient.

Great service but a little pricey.

They arrived in a very timely manner and were VERY AFFORDABLE. They were able to get my car back on the road i definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a vehicle towed.

The tow service was prompt, our truck was totaled and Sapp’s picked it up. The workers were professional and have integrity. We had about $300-$500 worth of tools in our truck. The rear window was smashed by my head in the crash. So it was open.Not only did Sapp’s cover it with a sheet of plastic but! Everything was there.So thankful to come across a company with integrity. Kind of rude and made us wait outside for an hour before the even opened the doors. I understand taking a lunch break but I called and they said they were on their way back. Over an hour later they let us in.

Terrible straight set up money making scheme with the police department paid my insurance on the sence but yet still impounded my car for two hours$175. And $25 for uber plus rude tow truck driver.

I asked Sapps to tow my truck that was involved in a accident to my house. I gave them my credit card because they said I had to pay upfront and my address. They took it to their lot instead. I called to see where they were at and they said on the way. Still no show so called again and they said they took it to the lot and I would have to pay extra to have it towed to my house. They were never authorized to take it to their lot. They purposely did this to get a extra tow fee and storage.I asked to have Mr Sapp call me and he never did. They ripped me off and couldnt follow directions. They also charged a clean up fee to me when the other car was the one all broke up and the firemen did all the sweeping before the wrecker got there. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Not sure why there is a pull out fee if you actually have to go out into the yard to retrieve your vehicle. They dont pull it out for you. So why should you have to pay for that service.Its probably just like any other wrecker place... You hope you never have to call it.Always call ahead to find out how much you owe and what paperwork will be needed to retrieve your vehicle. This will save time and headache.

Ran me thru the ringer charged over $600 after an accident charged for tarpping adman fees ect I will never use them again at work or private

Sapps Wrecker Service is the BEST towing company in Savannah. Not only is their work great, their drivers and staff are professional. I could tell that the driver who towed my car was experienced and 100% knew what they were doing. They handled my car with care and treated me with respect. A customer in front of me when picking up my car had an issue and was upset. Both the front desk staff and the manager handled this in the best absolute way. They made sure the customer was happy and taken care of. I 100% recommend this towing company for ANY tow!

Very unprofessional. Told me I dont need an appointment and to call 30m before I need them but when I called they said not available till next day and by appointment only 😡 they cost me a lot of money and time. Will NEVER use them.....

My daughters car broke down at the Pilot Travel Stop in Port Wentworth on her way home from Charlotte to Savannah at 1:30AM. Im in NJ and had to find a tower that would come out that late and get her vehicle to the auto repair shop in Savannah. The driver was courteous and texted me to let me know the girls were ok and that the Jeep was delivered. The cost was of the tow was on par with most other services but its the customer service that sets them apart. I highly recommend them.

Best locally owned and operated towing service. Every time Ive ever called them Ive always got somebody on the phone. My first impression was assuming that theyre like most towing companies I thought I would be waiting for hours but lo and behold they showed up less than an hour. Their truck looked brand new and the driver was very professional and the price was fair.

Wouldnt do any business with these people. Semi trucks parked all over their lot but dont turn around there they throw a fit. Best that they make no money from big trucks! Use someone else!No I had never been to Savannah, Ga. before. Probably wont miss it if I dont come back.

CROOKS!!!!My BMW was “Driven” into the Yard 10-3 as i come to pick it up my car would not start at allll my mechanic said they could have possibly glitched the chip in my key so the ignition wouldn’t start & the car would have to sit on their lot costing more money they wanted to keep my car!!!

I was towed out of a jam by Cameron from Sapps Towing after my car failed to ford a street. He showed up on schedule (25min from the call), pulled my car up on the flatbed and took it right to my house. He definitely went the extra mile, even helping me push it up the driveway a bit into the garage. If Im ever in need of a tow again, Ill definitely use them again.

Sapps towed my car on Tybee Island, and although they had the key to my car they managed to bend the inner tie rod. Im going to follow up on Monday and see how they respond to this situation, but right now I am looking at a costly dealership visit due to the negligence of the most trusted towing company in the region. Will update when i speak with the office.Update: The man I spoke with in the office did not hassle me at all. I was expecting to have to argue about it, but it was a quick and easy process. I imagine this sort of thing happens occasionally and they handled it very well.

Jackie at Sapps towing was extremely helpful making sure I was taken care of and even referred another service to see if they could get to me quicker but Sapps was able to come out first!! She even called to check that i got taken care of the next day!!!

Fantastic! Called at 3:30am. Was being hooked an hour later! I drive tour bus and most companys arent very experienced with motorcoaches but not them. Half hour and we were on the road. Super nice guys would make them my first call if I ever had trouble in GA again!

I would give them a zero if I could. While driving on 95 north this company had a truck hauling a large excavator/back hoe,not sure of proper term. The treads on the item being hauled was encrusted with mud and rocks. While behind this vehicle several rocks flew off it,cracked my windshield and also left chips. We immediately pulled up and my friend dialed their number to report what happened. We were still close by the truck. Took photos of the rock encrusted treads. These peoplewere totally awful. Denial,said they would call us back. Said driver of truck was not answering his phone yet chided me for driving 55. Of course I slowed down to try to keep next to the truck!How would you know that if the driver did not answer?Baloney!Will not return calls. You people suck. I hopee people reading this do not use you.

For the 20 yrs I worked for Gro-Masters,when any of our trucks were broke down and needed a tow Sapps was called. Very courteous and professional. Even when my personal car broke down,I called them and they were very nice and there rates are reasonable. I highly recommend Sapps.

SAPPS TOWING is the most horrible towing company in the low country. I cant find a FB page to write this review so here it is....HORRIBLE COMPANY. They picked up my van after a wreck and were suppose to take it to the body shop but left my van sitting in their yard for FOUR DAYS until I called the body shop and found out they never dropped my van off at the body shop.Ive called a dozen times and gone by there twice requesting they pay for 4 days of my rental cars and they blow me off and tell me they will get back with me (manage said they owe me for some but not all), wont return calls, and just recently threatened to have me removed from the office because I was voicing my opinion of why they owe me for their negligence. The manager Stacey is horrible and is very unprofessional. They say one thing and then go back on their word. It took me 2 weeks of calling and going up there to be told they wont right their wrong.This company is HORRIBLE and will CHEAT you. Dont use them! Please share this review so other wont be take advantage of you too. HORRIBLE COMPANY

I just sent the following to good Sam Roadside Assistance and thought I would put it here also.A happy ending to a harrowing experience. We had lust left a fuel stop and on entering the highway, my diesel idled down and the engine light came on. The scary part was the line of 18 wheelers fast approaching. I managed to get to a safe area to pull off, and called my Good Sam Roadside Assistance. I talked to Darren and a tow truck was required to get my 5th. wheel safely to the nearest park. As long as I wasnt towing any weight, my truck would function safely. Good Sam sent Sapps towing out of Savanna, and the driver, Lawerence, was there in an hour. I just had to send you, and Darren, a note thanking you for the great service. Lawerence, (from Sapps), was a gentleman and very understanding of our situation, Darren said that he had trouble finding a company in that area who could tow my rig safely, and I would heartily recommend Good Sam add Sapps to their list of companies to deal with should the need arise again in the future. Was broke down with overheating problem in a 40 motor home they came as they said handle my Coach with care and delivered it to a Cummings repair center even returned the following day and reinstalled my drive shaft . very professional to say the least very satisfied with the service Thanks to all sapps drivers involved Great people
