What Never use this company! Ever! Not safe and not in your best interest. Not honest.This company is a joke. AAA sent Daiss towing out last night to pick up my BMW that was having mechanical problems. This guy pulled up with a flat bed and put one hook under the car that was not even fastened properly. I had the proper eye bolt to attach to my front bumper and questioned what he was doing. At that point he went to his truck to have me sign a waiver disclaimer and I refused because He would not used the proper eye bolt I provided. He had two hooks on the chain and was going to pull it up by one hook on his chain. What a joke. Then left us there . But before he left I asked him while recording the conversation why dont you use the eye boly and fasten the hooks to the rear and he said I dont have the hooks. Also he argued saying I hooked it to the chassis which is supposed to be the frame. So when I looked it was hooked to the metal that goes over to the wheel which is part of the suspension. I am so glad I did not just say okay. And sign the paperHe didnt even ask for my ID or AAA membership card. This guys was a real piece of work. Lazy and no good.He was arrogant and no good.

Scott was sent out to help me he was super nice and came out in 10 minutes like the aaa receptionist told me they would. He changed my tire in about 15 minute with no problems.

Bubba Daiss and one of his mechanics tried to swindle me out of thousands of dollars on car repairs and sales.Sued them and took them to court.Won my case.The Daiss group have a long history in the Chatham county Georgia court system. It is quite revealing how many times (in nearly 20 years!) that so many people associated with this company have run afoul of the courts even more shocking, how many of those unfortunate to fall prey to lies and poor service have had to take them to court.I would not recommend you allow AAA to send them to help you. Ask for another towing company if possible. Working with Daiss is not worth the money and trouble.

I was in a accident and my car was brought here. Cops told me I could get my belongings at the tow yard as long as I had my tow forms. Lady at the desk told me very rudely that the cops arent bubba daiss and I couldnt get anything out my car without giving them 150$ for the tow fee. They probably stole all my belongings before hand why I couldnt get my stuff! Rude ass ppl. Hope I never have to deal with them again!

Too bad you cant give them zero stars! My sons car was totaled and Bubba Daiss towed it back to their lot where several things were stolen from my sons car. Expensive headlights from the trunk, Apple headphones, my sons check card where they emptied and overdrew his account, several gift cards he received as graduation gifts and who knows what else. I called them and spoke to a women I think couldnt really tell but she went to denying everything from the get go saying they didnt have the key to the car to get in it but the car was totaled and wouldnt lock so they didnt need the key to get in it! THEIVES!!! I would NEVER allow my car to be towed by these thieves!!!!

I have given this company $4000.00 + in the last year for parts and labor and they wont even wave a diagnostic for replacing an engine they installed 5 months ago that they only gave a three month warranty on because they cant stand behind their work for any longer apparently.

They are hourly notorious for an authorized repairs and polite and tell you that you approved of a repair and force you to pay the bill. Do not go to them if youre looking for anybody honest !!!! I cant even believe AAA is associated with these thieves!!!

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with they will basically take your vehicle where ever they want so they can charge you twice I recommend you use any other tow company in Savannah they are simply conartist trying to sxrew you good luck if you call these scam artists!!

Place really needs to be cleaned up. The office looks condemned, got stung by a wasp. Theyre several nests out there. The office thats in use needs to be condemned. The toilet had resting poo inside. The ladies were nice enough

What a joke. A 10 year AAA member gets told it will be one hour. 3 hours later another service calls and drives an hour to get me help. Not even a phone call. This company dishonest and plain lousey. Dont waist your time with these low lifes.

Showed up within 10 minutes of being called, delivered car where we needed, when we needed, no problems.

The worst towing company ever. They tax you$125/day and steal your personal items.
